Pizza was excellent, with the local standard of "cup & char" pepperoni. Also, sauce wasn't overly sweet which I appreciate. The wings were solid, though I would get crispy/well-done next time for my personal preference. We got the Tuesday take-put special that included boneless wings (nuggets) which was nice. Both sets of wings were wonderfully saucy. Only misstep is we sadly did not receive any blue cheese for wings, ...not sure if this was intentional or not, but it was a bummer. Waited over an hour for our food. When we got here there was only one table that did not have their food. Thought it would be relatively quick only order fish fry and beef on weck. Have been here before and did not have this wait. The prices are high compared to others in the area. Not sure what will bring us back. read more

Shame on me... Decided to give this place another chance after three bad experiences. We are not by any means picky eaters and do enjoy a variety of food. But never again with this place. My wife and I each ordered a panini. Both of them were ice cold in the middle. It's like the only put the bread in the panini press and took everything else out of the fridge when it was done. Lunch on a Wednesday was a mistake even after reading positive Yelp reviews. Pizza was okay but service was near non-existent. Even though there were only three occupied tables upon my arrival, I had to approach the owner Rob at the counter after waiting ten minutes to place my order which he himself ultimately delivered to the table and apologized. Young server basically ignored me while taking care of the table of two that were seated directly next to me at about the same time I was almost finished eating. I had to politely ask her for a check several minutes later. Her attitude came across like I was inconveniencing her. Unfortunate experience. In the future, I will continue to patronize the "other" pizza place (a stone's throw down the road) which for years has had consistently amazing and friendly service at lunchtime. read more

I ate there for lunch, had the slice special. Slices tasted like day old pizza warmed up, not very good. Pizza is cheap to make and can either sell your business or hurt it - why serve pizza that is not fresh is a terrible move! Fish fries looked good though, maybe go with that. read more

Topico has "Got to Go"! after numerous take out orders that weren't made per our request. How do you miss writing down "pepperoni" but wrote down the other extra items? Also Pizza was very doughy in the middle. Busy or not, no excuse!We have spoken to Rob about this before as noted in previous reviews. I will post a pic of Pizza n order n bill.at $2.75 for an added item and almost $4.00 dollars for a few anchovies, it's just getting out oh hand cost wise for a sub par product. Notably, the two times we ate inside the restaurant, food was good! My advice to customers if you're taking out a pizza make sure you open the box in front of the person delivering it to you before you leave the restaurant to make sure that everything you ordered is on there. So we are covering three visits, 2 take out and 1 dine in. All were good. 2 pizzas. The first was perfect, second was a little well on the edges but still very good and better than most pizza's. Like it is up there with Bocces. We went into for dinner and had two paninis (caprese and my husband had the godfather) excellent. My husband is picky and he was very pleased with the his foods. The cranberry wings are good. We got them charred. They have a hint of cranberry but nothing too over powering. The restaurant is cute, it's romantic. Ordered takeout - pizza (small) was great. 3 salads - got large, were huge. Chicken was a bit sparse on the salads and we had a long wait (50 minutes when told 30) - nothing major. Wrap was decent not outstanding. Epitome of a 4* establishment. Lots of food (price was pretty high all things considered), quality was very good. Nothing outstanding but some things to work on. They do have quite a few help wanted signs up which is plaguing everyone and probably the reason for the longer wait. Will give it another try to see if they've improved. read more

To be fair this restaurant has only been open 5 months and is still working out the kinks. The server was very sweet and did a good job. The menu choices were good ie subs, pizza, calzones, wraps and panini's as well as several mostly Italian dinners. The food we ordered was good and almost very good. The portions were large. I ordered a panini which had lots of meat but it was really just a sandwich with lightly toasted bread. It needed much more time in the press. The biggest problem was that we got there at 4:45 and my husband got his food at 5:45 and I didn't get mine till 6:05. We had to leave by 6:30 to go somewhere else. I thought we had plenty of time but no, had to eat quickly! They definitely didn't have enough people working! It was clean and neat but way too dark. The best pizza and wings in Clarence, hands down. Full disclosure, I have known Rob and Tony for over twenty years and I've also had the pleasure of working for them a few lifetimes ago. However, I still think their food is incredible, their recipes are untouchable and their level of service is unmatched in the area. It's their food that led me to work for them in the first place in the early 2000's when I needed a second job to make ends meet. They've successfully owned and operated four other locations from pizza to catering and back again and their experience and genuine love for food and the service industry shows in everything they do. I love the new location, I'm glad to see an iconic team back together again and overjoyed to see that they haven't missed a beat with their stellar pizza, on-point wings and meatballs and lasagna that are to die for. Rob has been an active and engaged member of the Clarence Chamber Of Commerce for decades, he takes home a handful of awards every year at the Taste Of Clarence and his restaurants are THE go-to for all of the area schools. It feels good to support a business that supports the community so often and so passionately. My son and I split a double of chicken wings today and they were just as good as I remember them and competitively priced. Medium, saucy and cooked to perfection. I moved a few towns over, but now that my son is going to middle school in the fall I see a lot of timed orders and quick pick-ups in my future. The new location is clean, homey and multi-faceted as they are offering ice cream, a full bar with plenty of tvs for football season, catering, quick pick-up options and obviously sit-down, take-out and delivery. I'm so glad to see Rob enjoying another new crest of success at their new expanded location. Keep up the amazing work, boys! You raise the bar so high for pizzerias, restaurants and caterers that there really is no other option when you're close by. Portions are very generous Royal sub did not skimp on meat Our waitress was extremely nice & very attentive. They must be doing something right there was a continuous line for take out. I've got to say in all my years going through pizza after pizza never really finding a good place, now there's your traditional cheese pep from imperial very good, has been my favorite for years. But man oh man I tried Rob's for the first time this summer and again my second time yesterday and I have to say this is the best freaking pizza of my life there needs to be more robs around if your not around the area I wouldn't guess you know the place and I feel like Rob's needs more business. Absolutely a 10/10. I can't even express how much I love this pizza and it's only my second time having it. I will continue to make the commute 30 minutes away just to eat robs. and the service 10/10 very polite nice people, very quick service too.
