Came here for my dad's birthday and had the best experience! We had a really large group, but I still felt like I got plenty of personal attention. The staff was amazing - constantly checking on us, refilling drinks, etc. I got the swordfish and it was cooked perfectly - everyone was talking about how great their food was. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is also really nice, lots of dim light and a very cozy but modern atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Perfect place for a birthday or special occasion!

Wonderful Moscow Mules served up by the bartending staff. Then she recommended the pork chop which was other worldly and absolutely phenomenal. Tender and flavorful and cooked to perfection on a bed of mashed potatoes and broccolini. I'd always known Siena for their great pizza but this dish is over the top and a great reason to return.

The food is good to me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was pretty average service was impeccable, which is mainly why I'm giving the four stars as well as for the ambience of the place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It is a beautiful restaurant however, among all the dishes we ordered we only liked two of them.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The eggplant stack was okay. The grilled octopus was very good. It came with a potato fritter, which was also very delicious. The chicken cutlet with the vodka sauce rigatoni was amazing and probably the best dish we had that night. I would also skip on the mushroom tortellini. I felt like it could be a lot more creamier. The tortellini was definitely overcooked. The pizza was probably the most terrible thing we had. overall, I don't think I will be returning, but it's good to try one time for maybe only the vodka sauce, rigatoni with chicken cutlet and the grilled octopus.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This was my second time at Siena, and everything form the service, the ambiance, and most importantly, the food, was top notch.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our server was extremely attentive. The olives and Parmesan was a nice touch to be served with bread. My duck breast was probably one of the best meals I've had at a Buffalo restaurant ever. The coffee was also tasty. I really enjoy it here.

While staying in the area for business meetings we came here for dinner... Made a reservation and it's good we did, they pack this place at dinnertime! Service was decent, but the menu was great! So many incredible options to choose from! They have a nice list of pizzas too, as they have a wood fired pizza oven. We started with their table bread and this was some outstanding bread, which also included crackers and I'm pretty sure it's all made in-house. They have a nice wine list and it's not over-priced either. Next up was their salad, which was really good and made with fresh ingredients! Definitely enough salad to split with someone. Their entrées all impressed those at the table! The pork chop was incredible and so was the fish dish of the night, a halibut. Pizza was really good too! Highly recommend saving room for dessert, they have a nice list of options for dessert! Definitely some really good eats here... Stop in and see for yourself!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute restaurant located in Snyder.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our server was fantastic, it was nice to connect with someone with small kids and we exchanged ideas for ways to keep them busy this spring break! Really enjoyed the tuna tartar appetizer. The Osso buco and risotto was delicious. I had the chefs special, a veal shank with potato mash and veg and that was very good as well. Your dinner also starts with olives bread and cheese. I had a great blackberry mule too!

My husband and I finally made it here for dinner, and it was absolutely amazing. I don't know if they accept walk-ins, but we had a reservation, and we still had to wait about 10-15min to be seated. We went to the bar for a drink and it wasn't a problem. When we were seated it, I found that the restaurant is much bigger than I realized. The ambiance is nice. It can get a little loud but nothing terrible. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. We did go closer to the holidays, so I'm thinking that that could be why it was packed Everything was great. The service was wonderful and our waitress was very nice. I didn't get many pictures because we spent our time really enjoying the meal. I do know that I'll be back for sure. On a side note, the parking lot is a little tight, and the night we went, it was full. I managed to find a spot and backed in because I knew leaving would be tricky. At the start of my meal, the hostess started going around asking if anyone had a particular car. It wasn't mine, so I continued my meal. The hostess made a second round of asking about another vehicle. Apparently, the person of the first vehicle in question had parked in a way that a person couldn't safely back out. However, that person couldn't be found in the restaurant. So, they decided to ask me to pull out of my spot so that the woman blocked in could pull forward through my spot, and then I could go back to the spot. I was a little annoyed. Not at anyone, just the situation. But of course, I hopped up to go move. Everyone apologized it was no big deal. I went back to dinner. At the end of the night, they offered us free desert for moving the vehicle. It was a super nice gesture. I was stuffed, but my husband ate one there, and we took one to go. They absolutely did not have to do that, but it was very sweet. My husband loved both of his sweet treats, too!

This is not a fine dining salad. There is way too many stems.
    Jiwon K.

If this is what they call fine dining, I'm scared. I don't think they understand what that means. Is it a nicer restaurant? Sure. Fine dining? Absolutely not. But hey, it's the suburbs of Buffalo, so the standards may be different. The nearly 30 min wait when we had reservations -- not off to a good start. Immediately I knew it was not "fine dining". Then, the salad. It was a crime. Almost half of the salad was the white stem part of the lettuce. Fine dining establishments ensure that every single bite is perfect and of the highest quality. This was not that at all. It was giving olive garden level quality of care and attention to the food. And when I gave the server the feedback saying the salad was just okay because it was all stems, all she said was okay. Why even bother asking me how the food is, if you don't actually care? The main was good, but I could not get past how everything else leading up to this point was severely below "fine dining" experience, it didn't matter to me.

    Stuffed Hot Banana Peppers

If you're looking for incredible service and amazing food, Siena is the place for you! It is always on my rotation of places for a special occasion and a great meal. This time around for appetizers we got the Salsiccia pizza, Caesar salad and stuffed banana peppers. The pizza was excellent and had a great little spice to it from the cherry peppers. You can never go wrong with one of their pizzas! The Caesar salad and banana peppers were good too, but the pizza was the standout. For entrees, I got the veal cutlets with vodka sauce and I have to be honest, I have never wavered from this dish. They have the best vodka sauce I've ever had, and the cutlets are always so thin and crispy, the whole meal is just phenomenal! We also had the pappardelle, and that was excellent too! I can't recommend those dishes enough! For dessert and drinks, I had the pomegranate mule and the Brookie. The mule was so good and probably one of the best I've ever had, and the Brookie was excellent as always! It's definitely the go to dessert for me. Overall, I love Siena! The service is always top notch and the food is incredible! The atmosphere of the place is perfect for any special occasion or even just date night, and if you get the opportunity ask for Jake, he was an awesome server! Highly highly recommend Siena!

Update: I was able to make a second visit on my trip to Buffalo and I was able to try a few more of…read moretheir sandwiches and I am glad to say I will be revisiting every time I am in Buffalo. Always listen to the staff! So I found this place on Yelp and drove about 15 mins from where I was staying to have lunch here. I struck up conversation with the cashier and she said her favorite item was The Club, so that's what I ordered. It's a cute little sandwich shop, it's an order at the counter and they bring your food to your table kind of place. The food: The Classic- Ricotta and pork meatballs, roasted peppers, cherry tomato confit, fresh mozzarella, pesto. This was the universal favorite of me and my two friends. This was so insanely good. Loved the bread as usual, the meatballs were incredibility tasty and tender and the fresh mozzarella had a great taste and good mouthfeel. I didn't even notice the pesto in to be honest, if I were to add something to take it over the top, it would be to add fresh basil, that would make this a perfect sandwich but this was insanely delicious to start with. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=Y_iTTjKvV5hLy-880SZzlA&select=ij0TFdrEOvs15sH_ooYO6A The Club- house roasted turkey, crispy prosciutto, arugula, roasted tomato, caramelized onion aioli. This sandwich made so much sense. First, I love the bread, it's soft, chewy, light and I love the smokey undertones from the oven. Second, the ingredients all make sense, the turkey was an in house product and the turkey tasted like actual turkey which was great. I loved the arugula and the roasted tomato added a nice sweetness but the caramelized onion aioli was amazing. It added a nice creaminess with a subtle sweetness from the caramelized onions. I also really liked the crispy prosciutto, it had a saltier crispy bacon feel to it. This place is a winner and should be celebrated as such. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=Y_iTTjKvV5hLy-880SZzlA&select=cBxGQw9MCVdExyLHgW8XBA The Forager- Roasted mushrooms, herbed ricotta, spinach, crispy onions. This one made so much sense and there wasn't even meat in this one. I loved the roast on the mushrooms, the herbed ricotta was the sleeper item that tied everything together, there was also a nice freshness to the dish I really enjoyed, I think it was an underlying lemon flavor that really added a lot of flavor. The Italian- Ricotta, goat cheese, fig jam, arugula, balsamic. I thought this was going to be an easy favorite but it was just Ok. All the flavors made sense but the sandwich was way too sweet. Also, I didn't love the flavor of the prosciutto, I think the prosciutto could have been a bit better.

I can't stop thinking about the penne ala vodka we ordered. The portions are large and meant for sharing, but my husband and I both agreed we want our own orders next time. It was that good! The mozzarella sticks had a huge cheese pull. The chicken Parmesan was so crispy and saucy, absolutely delicious. Everything was enjoyable and picture perfect. I had high expectations and they were blown away. I'd recommend making a reservation as they seemed very busy, wouldn't want to risk it by just walking in.

Somehow the mozz sticks are perfectly melted inside and not like that string cheese you brought for lunch, definitely a much try. The Caesar was MASSIVE and arguably one of the best I've ever had. We brought more than half home. For entrees we had the chicken piccata, gnocchi with cream sauce, chicken parm and spaghetti. Everything was incredible, oddly enough with the exception of the chicken parm! It was served in a large bowl with sauce so it wasn't able to retain any crispiness and my husband did find it to be a bit bland. However the pastas and piccata were incredible. I think the parm would be massively improved with differently plating! We had affogato for dessert and the brownie with ice cream followed by an espresso martini which were all divine. Service was fast and efficient, which they need for such a tiny place! All in all a great first time at Rizzos, with wonderful traditional Italian flavors and incredible service to match. Would have preferred a crispier parm but portions are huge and we literally left with 6 takeout boxes! Can't wait to visit again!

We paid approximately 5000 for the event and were very disappointed. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone I was very disappointed. Our tribute to our mother was ruined. The manager is way too young in experienced for the job I had to rate it one star because yelp wouldn't allow to leave it star less. Laurie (Dragone) O'Brien

French toast with ricotta whipped cream and berries, crab cake benny, but the smoked salmon toast and baked eggs won out. The toast had tangy Roquefort crumbles and pesto on it. I don't always like smoked salmon, especially if it's mushy... This was nice quality salmon. It was a thicker piece and not mushy at all. I really enjoyed this toast. The baked eggs were two over easy eggs on top of potatoes, peppers, mushrooms, and onions. The menu said it had pancetta, but I didn't notice any. Also got a peach Bellini, even though it was super sweet... It was very tasty. Their coffee, also... Superb! So many times you go places and the coffee is just blah. I don't know what they're using, but I really liked it. There were tons of choices for brunch, including meatballs and sausage, salad, soup, and your regular breakfast fair. We will definitely be back for brunch again. The service was also super efficient, I think we asked for more coffee three or four times.

Interesting - the pizzas were prepared by an Indian chef who was manning the stone oven. He came over to meet us on his way out at 10 PM. He was very friendly and we enjoyed meeting him. The calamari appetizer $19 was delicious but pricey. Alcohol always runs up the bill. Two glasses of wine and one glass of Prosecco put our bill to $82 with tax. I liked the Italian pottery decor. The bar area looked inviting and nice with the triangular shaped wooden shelving and yellow lights. Our server was friendly and helpful. I would come back for good Italian food. Probably for a special occasion.
