First time coming here to buy a Mother's Day gift was great. The guy that helped me was really nice and had great product knowledge. However, my mom did not like it ended up exchanging it for other items. But my mom changed her mind about the jewelry she exchanged it for and decided to return the whole thing in general. My mom called ahead just to ask some questions about the return policy and claimed that the lady who answered the phone was rude and sounded agitated. I love Pandora jewelry and my husband and I always shop at this location. We've always had good experiences until we went in today. This girl who helped us either didn't know the merchandise well or just had poor customer service. I asked for something specific and she told me they didn't carry it. I later called the store and an associate told me they do have it. I also told her what I was looking for, but instead she kept trying to get me to purchase other things...like the special edition Mother's Day bracelet. Or a rose gold set. I will be returning what my husband purchased (just so I would have something) and buying what I originally wanted from an associate who deserves the commission. read more

Walked in the store looking to buy a charm bracelet for Mother's Day, waited for about 15 min for a sales associate to become available, a couple walks in after me and a sales associate asked who's next, the guy and myself both raise our hands so I ask "you were here before me" he says "I think so" and she attends to him and tells me "we'll be right with you. I walked out...bottom line is acknowledged your customers as they walk in, that's the first basic rule for customer service, also; if you guys can't track your customers; get a number system. read more

I wondered into this store a few weeks ago knowing nothing at all about Pandora. I was greeted by a lovely young women I believe Taylor was her name . I am absolutely OBSESSED with Pandora. Everything from charms to bracelets to rings and necklaces.....whatever it is I gotta have it. The girls here are the best....esp Chelsea, Ann, and Lauren. They are so creative and customer service is always exceptional. It can get busy esp on promo days, but its well worth it. Tip: do ur research first before coming into the store. It can be overwhelming when u see the huge inventory they have. read more

Today, we were in Pandora to buy a new Disney charm for my Disney specific bangle bracelet. As soon as my husband and I walked in, we were greeted with a smile. I have been to this story many times before, so I already knew where I needed to go. I started looking at the charms, and the associate came to help. She pulled the tray out so I could get a better look. I immediately decided I needed to have Snow White's apple. It is a gorgeous deep color red with a silver stem. Our lady took it out and put it on my bracelet right away. Their store iPad wasn't working properly, so we checked out with the computer We were in and out in less than 5 minutes. Really disappointed in the way I was treated at this location. My first time going in, I was greeted and helped by a lady named Ariel. There was a charm I wanted to get to commemorate my graduation, but I did not have money at the time. I left and decided to return today to get it. The same associate who helped me then was there today. However, this time I was not greeted or helped. I was ignored by the 4 staff members there in the shop. On top of that, the same associate I mentioned was telling her coworker (not so discreetly) that I wasn't going to be a paying customer. I decided against getting that charm. I first visited Pandora about a month ago and I'd have to say it was the best service ever! As soon as I walked in it was welcoming and I was immediately greeted by everyone. I was helped by a girl named Roxy and she was so patient and helpful. I came in to purchase a bracelet for my uncle to give my Aunty as a Christmas gift but I had no idea how it worked or what to get. So I told roxy what my Aunty liked and she took the time to show me various options of what I could get based on what I told her. After about 30 minutes of me just looking around I finally purchased an oxidized silver bracelet with two clips and a dragonfly charm! Overall the service was so great that I actually went back with my mom this time and she bought two bracelets for my cousin and I. So I definitely recommend you visit the pearlridge location and if you get the chance to go and see Roxy! read more

I received a charm bracelet as a gift from my boyfriend, but it was too big. I went in to see if they could help me fix it and I had the most wonderful experience. Not only did she change my bangle for the right size, but she helped me pick out a couple more charms. I was helped by the manager and she was super helpful and sweet. My experience today really bummed me out because normally when I go there, the ladies usually take great care of me. Today my boy friend & I went to the Pandora in Pearlridge with the intention of picking up a charm he had ordered for me for my birthday. We received a call yesterday that it had arrived. When we first walked in, it was packed as I figured it would be on a weekend, so we had to wait a few minutes, which I didn't mind. A sales person by the name is Sine' became available, & before my boy friend or I could tell her what our intentions were today she kindly & instantly motioned for my bracelet, removed it, then tried to sell me a chain for my bracelet, telling us there was a sale them & that we'd get a great deal on the gold ones. We had told her we were here to pick up my charm, yet she was still very insistent. I, being a sales person at my place of work, completely understood that she was trying hard to make a sale with us. On any other day I would have dropped half my paycheck on charms or additions to my bracelet but we are throwing a big party for our son's birthday & are pressed for cash so we explained once more about just picking up the ordered charm. We believed she understood, so I let her take my bracelet off & apart, only to see her place the chain on. We explained once more we were there to pick up the charm & nothing more. Her pleasant demeanor changed, & she very rudely explained the sale they had today. This time my boy friend told her of our intentions today & she asked for my ID (which I gave) & went to get it. When she returned & put my charms back on my bracelet she was mumbling under her breath about how we didn't wanna save money today & hurriedly put my charms back on. I thanked her for her time & walked out. As a sales person I understand what Sine' was trying to do but as a customer I was very disappointed today. Her lack of customer service skills showed & this experience stuck in my mind throughout the day. I probably would return to this location to do more business but I would really appreciate if Sine' received much more training so no one else would have the same lackluster experience I did today. read more

Worst service. I'll make it short . Went to pandora 3 times in one week. On the 3rd time went to pick up BLACK FRIDAY PRE SALE, informed rep I was there to pick up pre sale item ended up being treated like a regular Black Friday shopper. Waited 2 hrs. Got there after 6pm and was seen after 8pm To pick up a PAID ITEM. First time I ever shopped at this pandora . GO TO THE ALA MOANA STORE, NOT THIS ONE!!! Very disappointing experience at this pandora. Customer service is terrible and the associates are rude. I walked into Pandora to buy a birthday gift for my mom. The sales associates saw me walk in, but said did nothing to acknowledge me. After waiting around for about 10 minutes for someone to help me or even verbally acknowledge me in the store, another woman walked in. Chelsea, one of the salesgirls who had seen me walk in, looked at the woman and told another salesgirl who was just finishing up with a customer to help her out. Luckily, the woman was cool and said we had been there first so we should be helped first. For such a "high end" store, you would think the management would emphasize the importance of customer service to their associates, however they do not. I'm especially disappointed in the salesgirl Chelsea, who has not yet learned how to acknowledge customers, so rude of her. I would definitely NOT recommend coming to this pandora store. I actually live 5 minutes away and go to the ala moana one instead. If you have a good experience in the pearlridge pandora it is probably a fluke. read more

First of all, the Pandora store in Pearl Ridge is BEAUTIFUL, ELEGANT, LURING. They have excellent customer service, and they will actually help you put together a bracelet for yourself or someone special. Pandora is the perfect gift (sentimental, meaningful, memorable, one of a kind)! I already have six bracelets and now want some of their earrings, necklace & rings. We recently visited Pandora in Pearl Ridge to inquiry about their charms and bracelets for my cousin. I had no intention to buy but just to get information and prices. While looking around a sale associate warmly greeted me and asked if I needed help. I told her exactly what I wanted (bracelet and charm). She handed me a catalog and went over each item with me. While assisting me, she continued to greet nearby customers and smile making every customer feel appreciated. Taylor was very patient as I asked many questions and inquired about different bracelets and charms. Her professionalism led me to inquire about bracelets for my daughters. I pointed my daughters out and told her their favorite colors and what they were interested in. In minutes, she put together the most beautiful bracelet and charm collection a mother could ask for.
