    ***DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU EXPECT A CERTAIN LEVEL OF QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE*** keep reading for my situation with "Princess Gold Creations. On 3/11/22 I went in and made an order for a custom 10mm bracelet. Alina (Owner) helped my put in my order and said "anything you like we can do". I wanted a 10mm 14k gold bracelet, Lehua blossoms on the Ohia tree. I also wanted "Hoku Healani" in the font "brushed script" raised in pink glitter and blue glitter enamel ombré. All of which she said she they can do. It would be ready on 4/1/22 On 4/25/22 I went in to ensure my order would be ready. I spoke with Brianna (Alina's Daughter) she confirmed with her dad that it would be ready in 4/1/22. On 4/1/22 I went into the store to pick up the bracelet. I spoke with Alina and it was not done. I asked to see it. Let me tell you. The bracelet was not what I wanted. I was not happy. They took it upon themselves to engrave something without consulting me. Yes, it had the Lehua Blossoms, the engraving and the name correct but it was not what I asked for. I was upset and asked what they can do. She was going to give me a refund but I told her it's not that I don't want it, I just wish you would have called me. She offered to finish it and insisted that I would love it when they are done. I was quoted 30 mins. I waited. 2 hours later and they just buffed the bracelet, (photos attached is what I was given). No enamel whatsoever, the bracelet was very lightweight and still not what I wanted. She offered to take $100 off. I explained the significance of this bracelet. She told me it was okay to come back if I did want the enamel since they failed to do it and it was on the original receipt. I paid the remainder of the bracelet. I took the weekend to think about it and look at the bracelet. I still was not happy. I went back on 4/4/22 to add the enamel on the bracelet. I spoke with Alina and told her I want her to add the black enamel as promised. She tried to talk me out of it and then say I should just do glitter. I stood my ground with the black enamel. She said it would take a week. I asked her "what do I get in return?" She laughed at me as she pulled out her receipt book. I looked at her in shock, grabbed my bracelet and walked out. Later that evening I spoke with Briana and told her what happened. She invited me to come back and speak only with her and her father. I agreed and informed her I would come back on 4/5/22. 4/5/22 came, at 1pm they were still closed and I was waiting for them for over 15 minutes (when their shop opens at 1). I walked in but allowed another customer to go I front as I did not want to deal with Alina. She said "you cannot talk to anyone else, you worked with me so you only deal with me, no one else!" She went on to talk about what happened on 4/4/22 and I let her ramble. When she stopped I told her "I hear what you are saying but NOT ONCE DID YOU APOLOGIZE FOR LAUGHING AT ME" she back peddled and said she did and so on and so forth. To cut the story really short, I talked to her husband. I said "if you were not able to do the design in the first place, you should have called me and said "I can't do the design for you. Why don't you come down so we can take a look and design what we can do for you" this would have eliminated all of this" Alina kept butting in our conversation. I got fed up when she started talking about their policy and how they are going to keep 35%. I said "we are having a good conversation over here and you keep butting in. If you want to talk finances, take it in the back!" I looked at the husband and told him "you can take $$$ for labor and I want everything else back." Alina insisted it should be back on a credit card. HECK NAAAHHH NOT WHEN I PAID CASH! Needless to say, they came back to the front of the shop with my refund in hand. As I exited I thanked them and said "Alina, I wish we could have worked it out but it is what it is"

    Originally went in to extend my Milano chain. Daughter quoted me $3100 for a 3 inch extension, about 3 weeks wait for parts needed to order... I agreed and put a $1k down. 1 week goes by and mother Aleena says I need to come down. So I make my way there on Sat and wait in line again (atleast 1 to 2 hours), Aleena says can't do it and she only has a 2.75 inch ROPE piece NO milano link. After discussing this she says maybe we try this/that and she will make it work she'll need a week... I agree and left. A week later I go there and wait in line again about an hour or so just to find that it hasn't been worked on, needs another week, okay I figured 1 more week. This happened a couple more times until finally she said to come by its done. I get there early before open and was seen 1st, I get my chain and I already can tell it's not done correctly. From a 27" chain, added a 2 3/4" should make it about 28"+ to a little over 29" but because they joined the rope and Milano link the way they did it measured 30"+ and said "see its even longer!" Fucuken crooks!! I got into an argument telling her it's not done right just take a look at the rest of the chain (rope to link) its so obvious Ray Charles could see this crap from the moon. She finally agrees and holds on to the chain... 1 more week. I come back after 1 week wait in line etc. and AGIAN she says her brother is still working on it... she'll have it ready in a few days. I come back a few days and says it's done. This time instead of only joining 1 rope link to 1 Milano link they did 2 and didn't fuse the open ends either smfh. I was so frustrated and tired of having to deal with coming back and fourth from Waianae I decided to pay and take it home but it gets worse. So a couple months go by and I'm cleaning my chain, as I'm drying it with a cloth the rope extension separated from the Milano link. I dredded going back but had to, I get there wait again for about 2 hours and calmly tell her what happened she tells me they can fix it but I had to let her know how it should've been done. We go back and fourth about it and I keep telling her it's their parts they worked on that broke and tried to show her how it should look by pointing out the original parts of the chain rope and Milano link and how it's joined. She says she cannot!?!? I told her if she would refund me and she says give her back their pieces and she'll refund me so I cut off the extended pieces in the store and gave her back. She refunded me of $3100. If you have to do custom work I advise not to. I've seen their bracelets and they are very nice but while being there for hours and hours of waiting there many times I saw a lot of frustrated customers also with bad experiences. The daughters (if that's who they are) are very respectful, my complaint is against Aleena and her brother who ruined my chain. If they have done it the way it was suppose to be done I would not be here putting them on blast. Many friends and others who follows my social media said how messed up that was and appreciate the heads up. Now I'm sharing my story here so many others can be aware before gambling their hard earned money to work that this place produces.

    DESERVES NO STARS Placed an order in the shop on 12/05/2020 for Christmas. I confirmed with Alina that it would be ready by Christmas. It was finally the week of Christmas as I kept trying to call the shop and there was no answer EVER. I did not receive any call that my order was ready and I wanted to know the status of it. Christmas came and gone and I felt bad I did not have the gift for my husband in time. I went into the shop on 12/26/2020 asking about my order. Alina stated "it's been ready" I told her that I didn't receive a call or anything and she said "sorry." I quickly glanced over the pendant I got and there was no engraving done that I ordered. I pointed this out and waited in the shop for it to be done, even though it was "ready." I left the shop and went home, when I got home I looked over the pendant and realized it is not the pendant I wanted. The pendant I wanted was the Hawaiian coat of arms with a warrior on each side and the bottom says "Ua Mau Ke Ea O Ka Aina I Ka Pono" The pendant I got has no warriors but some type of tree looking thing and a bunch of letter on the bottom that you can't make out what it says at all. I am very disappointed and will be going back today to get this sorted out. Update: they will be redoing my order and it will be ready 12/29 . The one I wanted was "casting" and the one I had gotten was "hand engraved" which I wasn't aware of the difference when ordering and was not brought to my attention. I'm glad they are able to fix my order and get the right one. Update: went on 12/29 when they said to come back for the order and guess what ... STILL NOT DONE! They told us to come back 12/31. This is the THIRD TIME we went there for our CHRISTMAS ORDER and it was not done. They stated, " we didn't know what design you wanted" when it is right there on our receipt, plus they have our phone number to CALL us. Too many excuses. Very upset & will not be returning for any business. Also, we drive from the opposite side of the island each time we go there. Update: went back today at 5:00 (they close at 7:30) we were told "you came to early" mind you we were told NO SPECIFIC TIME. They told us to come back in "2 hours" Yet again, we came from all the way across town and have to kill 2 HOURS! We are furious. We just want our items and never to go business here again! Update: finally got my order. Attached the photo below of the corrected pendant. It looks way better than what we first got

    Finally decided to change the battery on my watch . I remembered there was a watch & Jewelry repair…read moreshop located in Macy on the 4th floor . Very fast and friendly service I dropped off my watch and the salesperson said it will take about 20minutes . I walked around Macy and for a little then went back and my watch was ready . They guarantee the battery warranty for 2 years . Lots of replacement watch bands to choose from.     I've been needing to get my watch resized and my chain cleaned, I've never really known of any…read moreplace that could do both until I found this little stand here on Yelp! The service was quick and efficient, the staff was friendly and had a nice area to wait if you decided to stick around while they worked. The service only costed me about 20$ and took just around 15 mins to complete. When I returned the staff had me try my watch on and it was just a little too tight, so he took it back and made a quick adjustment then and there and gave it back; just like that it was the perfect fit. These guys are very smart and know a lot about jewelry and watches, they are definitely worth the quick stop by if you need any of their services! The only criticism I could think of is when both of the workers are busy at their work benches it may take a while to get their attention, and you might wait a while till they can get to you. I will for sure be back though!
