I can't recommend them enough. When I walked in, it was busy and yet he still greeted everyone with a smile. He replaced the batteries on 5 watches and even took the time to set the time and date on each one. He is so reasonable with his prices, but I was blown away by how fast and friendly he was. I needed 10 watches with metal bands resized. My wife had used Acacia Jewelry before so I decided to take my watches there, too. The gentleman behind the counter is always friendly and greeted me warmly. He carefully had me try on each watch to ensure a good fit. I returned a couple of hours later and tried on each watch again. One needed another link taken out and he quickly took care of it. Every other watch was sized perfectly. Will change my review, once my ring is resized and fixed. First time I went in and got my engagement ring resized, the work was a bit messy. I solder jewelry, but I wanted to get this professionally done. I had a recommendation to go here, but once I got my ring back it was still very loose and you can see the melting points where he soldered. I will go back in a few days and see if it's fixable and able to be sized correctly. It was only supposed to be taken down half a size and doesn't seem like they made it any smaller at all, just made the band look scratched up and messy. Price $80 for a 14k band to be resized--I've had friends pay $50 for the same thing as well. read more

If I could give Lee 6 stars I would. I have been coming to him off and on for the past several years and every time I walk in he always cheerful and always eager to help. I bought in a couple watches and he replaced the batteries for me in no time flat. His price is super reasonable too. Today I had a day off and decided to run errands and get batteries for my watches that stopped running. Checked on trusty Yelp and came across this store. Located next Ewa Foodland, it's such a small store if you blink you'd missed it. I walked in and was greeted by a friendly elderly man with an accent. He told me it would take ten minutes for my three watches and $15 each (a reasonable rate). Went to Jamba Juice and Longs and came back and my three watches were ready to go! I have a broken clasp I need fixing and will be back to get it fixed. I'm glad to have found this business so close to where I live with reasonable rates. I thought I'd have to go to town and get my watch batteries replaced and fix my necklace. I will definitely support this mom and pop store more often!! read more

Mom has an old watch that she loves and is sentimental to it. It needed a new battery and wanted adjust the band to her thinner wrist. As we walked in we were greeted and got right down to the business. The battery was going to be $12.000 but the clerk suggested a new wrist band because the current band was no longer functional. Mom was reluctant but I suggested let's take a look at what is here and see how it would be better. The clerk suggested a band she would like and she did. That would be $20.00, priced down from $32.00. Sounded good to me, and mom too to my surprise. We came back in 20 min. after doing some shopping at the other stores. Everything was done. Mom put her watch on, it looked good and she was happy. I inquired about clocks since I saw several around the shop. I explained about a cockoo clock mom has that's old and hasn't used but has been hoping to get it fixed. He said there's a good chance he could but wouldn't know until he took a look at it. I don't usually write a review for anything but this place is legit. An unfortunate event occurred where one of my gold chain snapped. Came here to see if they can repair my broken chain. The guy was super polite and nice. I am a busy person and thought that I would have to come back to pick it up later but I was in and out within 10 minutes! He literally fixed it in front of me. I was searching for a shop to replace batteries for my watches and I came across this place on Yelp. After reading the wonderful reviews I decided to come here. This place is tucked in the corner near Foodland Ewa Beach. The man is super nice. He greeted me right away and asked how he could help. I asked for battery replacement for my mom's watch and to look at the earring she was needing fixed for months (maybe even years). The nice man replaced and fixed my items in less then 10 minutes! Found a parking stall close to the shop & noticed the lights & door was open before 10am. It was about 950, so, I walked over to see if I could go in. Went it & was greeted by the owner. He didn't seem to mind that I walked in before opening. He saw me holding the watch & said "battery replacement?". Checked out my watch & said "Give me about 5 min". Browsed around his shop & he was done. $15 + tax, had a little small talk with him & I was out the door! That was the quickest errand I ever did. Very pleased with the service. He called Macys and they quoted him a pretty high price so I googled and saw this jeweler had 5/5 for every review & everyone said "very reasonable prices". So my husband went this morning and he came home saying the service was EXCELLENT. He said "the guy was so nice I wanted to give him a tip but he said 'no, no you already paid me'.". She went to a place in waipahu and was quoted a much more higher price because instead of rebuilding her chains they were gonna change the entire link that was broken. But this place right here is amazing! I told her my dilemma, one week after delivering my son I wore my wedding ring and band & had to get it cut off. When they removed my band it cracked in 2 different places.
