Purchase a lab grown tennis bracelet from pandora while on a cruise in the Bahamas. It was $1,600. Within two weeks, the clasp broke when I was putting it on. I contacted the store well within the 30 day return policy but they said because I had worn it, they could only exchange it or give me a gift card. I asked that they have someone contact me to discuss because I do not want a $1,600 gift card to Pandora. I am still waiting 3 weeks and 3 phone calls later. If they are going to sell fine jewelry, they need to have fine jewelry customer service. I will never spend a dime here again. read more

Placed an online order for pick up and didn't hear any information on if it was ready for pick up (double checked my emails, spam folder, etc) called a couple days later to see if it was ready for pick up and the woman on the other line was very rude saying they don't call when it's ready and that I should have gotten an email. I confirmed with her I didn't get an email and she became condescending saying "it helps if you check your spam and refresh your email" like I don't know how to use my email? And states I need to pick it up today or it'll go back on stock. Get to the store to pick up my order where one employee is helping a customer (the only customer) and the other women (assuming the one on the phone) comes out from the back room and goes to talk to the same customers the other employee is helping with. Wait 20 minutes for one of them to acknowledge me but nope. Another customer comes into the store another 10 minutes later and the older women (who isn't doing anything by the way just talking storynto the customers wife) turns back and says "we will be with you shortly" FORTY MINUTES LATER. Finally the customer before pays and I say I'm here for a pick up and before I could finish my sentence she just yells "someone will be with your shortly" Literally I just needed to pick up my order and should have only taken 5 minutes at the most took over an hour to PICK UP very unprofessional read more

My hubby asked me what I wanted for Valentine's, and since I Absolutely love everything at PANDORA we went to the Aiea Pearlridge location and it was quite pleasant. When you get there there's an associate that greets you outside with hand sanitizer and asks you what can they help you with. Since Covid, the store is limited capacity and they' ll let you know when you can go in to shop. The store is beautiful and so much to choose from! I specifically wanted that red heart charm and cute Llama and the associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. She explained how to care for your jewelry and also I was surprised that the store is owned and operated by Ben Bridge Jewelers. Charms, Necklaces, Rings in sterling silver, rose gold and 14k. The manager Roxanne at this location is rude and unprofessional. I had asked for her to find an item and put it on hold for me so i can exchange a gift i received in the wrong size. She kept putting me on hold and before she put the elevator music you usually hear, i could hear her helping out other customers before me. Mind you i was on hold for a while already and she kept giving me such a bad attitude. I knew there were at least 2 of them working because another woman answered the phone before her. I ended up buying a necklace from here, a diamond necklace with a white gold chain. I wanted to treat myself and add something to my outfits when I move back home to SD. I typically don't wear necklaces but the lady helping me was super nice. I forgot her name but when I see her, I will remember her. She explained everything about the loyalty program and points earned when purchasing a piece of jewelry. She suggested a ring but I told her I don't wear rings anymore lol The inside was nice and bright with beautiful jewelry on display. The value of the necklace was affordable. Usually the bigger the carrots, the more expensive it is. I ended up getting an added protection coverage just in case my clasp or pendent is defective. A nice added convenience. So when I went in and asked for Hawaii themed charms to buy for the wife, all this store could afford me was the three bottom rows of a display case - which was 2/3 empty! Alright guys, here's one for the books. Hope y'all have your reading glasses on; this review is worth it! My husband started a charm bracelet for me for the past years. And it has been built up, charm by charm. I will post some pictures down below. Recently, we came to the Pearl Ridge location because one of my charms, the Koi charm in exact, had broke off from the link. So I wanted to see if they replace or at least fix the charm itself, and see how much it would cost. As I'm talking to the GREETER she tells me "Oh, we have a policy of a one year insurance on it." So "if you bought this over a year ago we can't do nothing." "But let me talk to my manager on shift and see what we can do." So, as we're waiting, my husband and I are getting frustrated because we only wanted my charm to be fixed. Here's the funny part, the greeter comes out and explains how we bought the charm in January of 2020 and since it's May 2021, over a year of purchase, she tells me they can't do anything for us. The manager on shift told her directly to call the higher manager because it passed a year of purchase. No sympathy, nothing. And explains they can't replace it, and they can't fix it at a price. She insisted on telling me to use long nose pliers and close the link myself. But because my husband spent over $1k in Pandora jewelry I didn't want to risk my charm being even more broken. This has been the first charm to break on me and because of the poor customer service I will never be spending another $1 there. It is not worth it, management will not care if you need your charm replaced or fixed if it has reached over a year of purchase. Instead they want you to spend more money and just buy a new charm at FULL PRICE. Please, in all honesty, if I'm being rude than thank you for reading. This is a place where we can write reviews, harsh or not. But if anyone who wants to purchase Pandora charms then please by all means. Im not telling anyone not to. Just be aware of the insurance details. As for me, no more charms, no more bracelets, no more jewelry for me. I never had a problem with any of my charms and we all know charms can cost some $$$$$ depending on which ones you choose. I'm really dissatisfied and disappointed that this happened. I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge one of your employees for excellent customer service. I normally shop at Pandora's Pearlridge location Store #231 for all of my families charms and accessories and Employee Rachel went above and beyond customer service. After arriving to the store on 2/15/2024, we had waited patiently for our turn as the both employees were engaged with customers at the time, after waiting for well over 20 minutes for our turn we approached the counter, only to be looked past by Salesperson Cat E and customers who just arrived to the store were serviced before us. Clearly seeing my frustration as we then had to wait another 20 minutes, Rachel took it upon herself to stop what she was doing with her customer and acknowledged myself and my son to ensure us we were next. Unfortunately we were serviced by Cat after she was done with her customer but that gesture alone from Rachel is what kept us in the store. Some employees need to be trained in their surroundings but employees like Rachel need to be recognized for above and beyond Customer Service. We spend hundreds of dollars on your products and I'm glad to see that some employees still can provide quality service on top of quality products. . Headed in at about 7:15pm on March 3, 2021 and was greeted very professionally. The staff members working tonight were friendly and helpful from the very beginning. The conversed so naturally trying to help us figure out what we needed. At no point in our visit did I feel undermined or rushed. The experience was very relaxed and pleasant. The two ladies tonight gave great customer service and made the experience so pleasant we ended up getting five more items than what we originally intended. I recently travel through Europe and bought a charm from each city I visited. I had room for a few more charms and went in to get a plane that has "to travel is to live" on the back, a pink suitcase that has "love travels" on it and a cute globe that rotates. I was disappointed to find that every store around the world has a few charms that are unique to that location and not sold elsewhere. I should've bought a charm from Florence and Provence that I didn't and now regret it. But I'm happy with the three new charms that I got and the service from the sweet local girl from Tuesday night was great. Three staff members were at the door and asked to see my receipt and inspected it for what felt like ten minutes. First I was told that I couldn't exchange the items because it was some kind of promotion, only later to find out it could be exchanged and there was no promotion or sale involved. A couple of tips to improve your service: Service customers in the store, you sell jewelry. Not in a line outside the store. Handle both the jewelry customers bring into the store and your inventory with care. Items I was presented in store looked worn or had finger prints on it. And items I purchased were tossed here and there. It was paid for. Know where the jewelry is located. (staff member searched multiple trays in multiple showcases to find items) Pay attention to the customer you are servicing & not another sales person's customer. I was left waiting to be serviced again for five minutes. Especially during the pandemic, wipe down your counters and iPads. I was asked to sign an iPad for payment with my finger and it had a whole lot of greasy finger prints on it. I had to wash my hands after to be safe. If it weren't for time & crowds I don't want to deal with. I would not have chosen to buy anything in the store. I ended up spending and buying products even though I came only to do exchanges. This is grace, I wanted to wear my special bracelet. I just wanted to get out of the store, not a good thing. People should feel happy, safe, & comfortable to shop in your store. Things to keep in mind, people/families buy these meaningful jewelry items for their loved ones, for themselves, and some may come back to do exchanges. Things add up and are not cheap. People may save up to buy these special items. Customer service skills are vital & that is also what you offer. Treat your products with care. If you don't like what you do please find another profession. I generously gave two stars for the correction of the promotion, charged appropriately, and my sales receipt was correct when I left. Had a terribly unappreciated moment in this store with Alisse. Normally it would be a waste of my time posting but this experience was extremely nasty. First of all after waiting patiently 48 minutes, she takes me in the store. I asked for the San Francisco pendant that I called hours ago for and they had 4. I came to Pandora recently in search of a gift for my mom since Mother's Day is right around the corner. I saw a cute pair of heart earrings that I knew my daughter would like, but wanted to keep my options open in case something else cane along. She did an awesome job helping me select a pair of surprise earrings for my daughter and even wrapped them for me! I may have mentioned to my BF that I wanted to start a Disney Pandora bracelet about a thousand times, so while walking around Pearlridge a few days before my birthday, he suggested that we go in the store to check it out. It wasn't too busy and we were approached right away by one of their associates, Roxy. We told her that we were interested in looking at the Disney charms and she pulled out the Disney tray and got to showing us what was available. My BF ended up getting me the Mickey bracelet and let me choose my first charm. Being a huge Beauty and the Beast fan, he thought I would get the charm that is Belle's dress, but that's really not my style. I chose the Minnie Mouse ears! Roxy was very patient and answered all of our (mostly his) questions regarding the charms and prices. She also suggested we get a certain type of charm that's called a clip to ensure charms don't slip off the bracelet and the Disney ones are $70 each! She said, two clips are what they usually sell to their customers, but naaaah...we told her we'd come back for those later. She didn't pressure us into getting anything, so that was cool. But today that was a totally different story, the girl kept them inside so she had to go in and out of the casing. Why would you make it so hard for yourself and for the customer's to look at the charms, we only can see so much details on the charms if they are inside. I think she was a new worker though. But regardless, what do you think that we would do ? Run away and steal it. It was very inconvenient for us and it made it harder to make our decisions with her lack of consideration for us. But we ended up leaving there with 2 charms for my bf's grandma, we were totally satisfied with what we left with. The charms matched the life story of her and her family. We left with a crown that was totally meant for HER, hahah and a gold family tree that opened up that said family forever. I've been buying charms from this Pandora store for years. I bought a crystal pacifier charm in 2016. It broke and I exchanged it for another crystal pacifier charm before the year-warranty was up. In 2017 it broke again. So, I exchanged it again for another crystal pacifier charm. I was told this is the only charm I can exchange it for unless the charm was discontinued. (Which it wasn't) During this exchange the sales representative was very rude and insinuated that I kept doing something to make it break. I was very upset when I left. That's winter of 2017 my family and I moved to North Carolina and while living in NC my charm broke again. This time, I was unable to return to Ben Bridge Pandora within the 1 year window to exchange it for another charm. I'm back in Hawaii and thought I'd go by the store and tell them about my experience and this charm that keeps breaking. I've purchased over 50 charms from pandora and this is the ONLY one that keeps breaking. When I entered the store, I was greeted with a smile by the sales rep (Teeda.) She looked up my account and informed me that she could not exchange my charm due to it being over a year since it was purchased or last exchanged. I explained that it keeps breaking. She told me I could call corporate and they could possibly assist me. I called Corporate right there In the store and the corporate rep asked if the store would be willing to make a one time exception to do an even exchange for a different charm of the same worth. Teeda called her manager and her manager was gracious enough to help me. I appreciate them for being empathetic vs the last sales rep. I really like the customer service at Pandora in Pearlridge! One employee in particular is just awesome, his name is Isaac! I met him when I just wanted to take a look at some charms in the store. He was the very first one to greet me and ask me if I needed anything. I told him I was just browsing and looking around. He goes beyond helping/assisting customers in the store. The day that I first met him he asked if I wanted calls/texts regarding future sales, and I just said sure, I didn't really think much of it! But he called me one day and told me about some sales that were happening in the store and it was a perfect time that he called because I needed to get something for my bf's mom. He takes the time to call his customers about sales and I'm not to sure if everyone else does it in the store. Keep up the good work Isaac! Just wanted to share my awesome experience! read more

Passing by this Premium Outlet Mall store on many trips (nearest downtown Las Vegas), I finally decided to stop in--$700+ later, I now understand why this is such a popular place. I think that they have charms for every occasion. The founder of this jewelry store must be raking in the bucks! Every special person that I could think of at the moment got a little something--My husband even got a bracelet and charm for me! Let's see--I bought two bracelets for two teenagers (sans the charms--gave them money to select their own charms). Got daughter a bracelet with three charms--doggy dish, piggy, and best daughter charms + bracelet. Got a friend a charm to say "thank you"--got another a bracelet with two charms (she likes rose gold and when I saw the charms I couldn't resist--meant to by only 1 charm but it looked lonely...5 bracelets, 7 charms...can't wait to go back. Today's line was crazy long due to the free bracelet promo they had going on! Stanchions were set up outside of their doors to control the line and a Pandora saleswoman took down every customer's name as we waited... Very organized! The wait wasn't too bad. To kill time, a Pandora saleswoman handed out their charm catalog for me and others (in line) to look through. Once I got inside, I knew exactly what I wanted to get and got serviced by a woman named Chelsea. She called out my name and greeted me with a great smile on her face. The store was very busy but, Chelsea was very patient and sweet about helping me find what I needed. She was very quick with pulling out the charms I wanted. The check out process was quick and done via iPad at the same counter that I was being serviced at... How convenient! The charms I purchased today was the Disney Princess Ariel sitting in a seashell ($65) and the dangling letter "T" ($35)... And received a free bracelet valued at $65. I told Chelsea that both charms will be gifts for my daughter, and she wrapped them neatly in a gift box. I also mentioned to her that the bracelet was for myself (since my current Pandora bracelet is almost full)... I didn't need it to be wrapped neatly or anything, but Chelsea did it anyway! If I could I would give this review, absolutely a zero. For starters, my friend and I came in and we didn't get greeted whatsoever. I don't know what it is but the girl behind the counter was just not having it today (6/22/17) I find it ridiculous how she was gloating how many jobs she has towards her coworker when she has two paying customers right in front of her which keep in mind she payed no mind to!! She didn't bother asking us what we were looking for either the entire time we were in the store. She just stared at us like a brick wall. And whenever I asked to see the selection of rings/earrings she just gave me a catalog. Normally whenever I come in and ask they give me the whole display not just a dang catalog, she didn't even bother to grab it out so I can see it physically! Then when I told her I wanted to purchase this one ring I wanted forever, she literally just took the ring out of the display case where EVERYONE is able to try it on and she brought it up to the register. When I asked her if she had a new one in the back she told me "we only sell the one that are out here" like you're honestly going to tell me that you have no new ones in the back? Because I know for sure you do! If you didn't want to bother helping a paying customer then you shouldn't be a sales associate whatsoever. Whoever is the manger at this location should really teach your workers proper sales associate attitude. I'm so thankful they "didn't" have back stock on the ring I wanted cause I wouldn't want to have her make a commission off of my purchase. I'd rather drive down to Ala Moana's location because at least they know how to accommodate to their customers, not just stare at their customers AND they always have new ones in the back!!! read more

Many visits to Pandora has all been extraordinarily the same, which is good. What I like about Pandora Pearlridge, is the fantastic customer service. Besides the well maintained store, there is someone always there to assist you in your needs. As a guy, it may be a bit difficult shopping for someone else especially my other half. (Unless you're fed constant hints from your other half, it might be a bit hard in shopping for them.) I wanted to pick up something for my Girlfirend's charm bracelet I bought her a while back ago. Lauren M, quickly assisted me and helped me find what I actually wasn't looking for. I entered the store in hopes of spontaneously finding something, and happy to say I accomplished my goal. This really goes to show the training and dedication these associates are to their jobs. They provided excellent customer service in ALL of my visits here, and I would definitely recommend Lauren for her positive and patient attitude. A week prior to purchasing a charm, I even received a letter in the mail from Lauren, personally thanking me for my purchase. To all woman; definitely throw hints at your men to stop by here and pick you up a nice little gift. I 10/10 will be here again. read more

This past Christmas, I received my very first Pandora gift from my boyfriend. The piece itself was so pretty, but just not quite my style. I'm going to be super honest, I was never really a "Pandora" girl, the bracelets never really interested me. With that being said, I never went out of my way to look at what else they have. Although the necklace and the thought behind the gift was so nice, I decided to return it in exchange for something else. On 12/29/18, my boyfriend and I went to this Pandora location just before 1PM and it was PACKED with post-Christmas shoppers who were there for exchanges & purchasing new pieces with their gift cards. While it was a little chaotic, they do have a clipboard where you sign in with your name & time you arrive. We were pretty far down the list but that gave us time to browse the store. Our total wait time was about 20 mins. I hope you all are fortunate enough to get same sales associate that we did. Her name is Caitlyn and she is so nice & helpful with sizing. She explained the exchange policy which is pretty standard (needs to be same priced or higher value / pay the difference) and helped me try on different rings. I ended up getting two rings which totaled to the same price of the necklace he bought me. Unfortunately, one of rings was not available in store, so Caitlyn assured me that there would be no problem with her ordering it online and having it shipped to the store for in-store pick up. I received my first pandora bracelet today as a birthday gift. So I decided to go and add some charms I was helped by Marley, she was helpful, curteous, professional and very knowledgeable. The manager I think her name is Kirean And the other associate was also very friendly. The staff here enjoy their work, it shows in the way they service clients. I think I will be buying more charms here, since the staff is so helpful and not pushy in any way. read more

Aloha, This is my first review and a well deserved one! I've been a regular at the Pandora Pearlridge location, for a while, and Chelsea has assisted me with several of my past Pandora purchases. During Pandora's recent promotion in March of 2017, I had made a sizeable purchase of sorts and am writing to commend Chelsea for her professionalism and to thank her for the high level of customer service which I had received. I was particularly impressed with Chelsea's fine demeanor, her work ethics, and her willingness to accommodate my specific requests. Moreover, she was proactive in responding to my emails and updates prior to this promotion. Chelsea exceeded my expectations in every way possible and what pleased me the most was her attention to detail. She was extremely meticulous in ensuring that my various Pandora dangles and Muranos were to my satisfaction. For example: Multiples of my various Pandora charms/dangles were individually sorted and carefully wrapped with tissue to maintain the luster and I believe she may have polished them as well. Watching Chelsea open these charms (on the last day of the actual promotion) to show me my assorted purchases -- made me realize how lucky Ben Bridge/Pandora is to have someone of Chelsea's caliber. Even under pressure, Chelsea was in control and worked with me throughout the transaction (i.e., with on-going changes/revisions to my order). To this end, I wanted to take this opportunity to say a big Thank You to Chelsea and to her fine staff at Pandora Pearlridge! P.S. The next week or so, when I returned to the store on Chelsea's day off to make a few even exchanges to my hoard...I found her staff to be extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating as well. I've been collecting pandora jewelry for the past few years, since I followed Kiana the manager to this location (she's the best btw!). This store isn't usually busy unless there is a promo going on. I like that I don't feel rushed or obligated to make a purchase... But it is very addicting! Also, they have a reasonable return/exchange policy. read more

I've always wanted to start a Pandora bracelet but always thought it was really expensive, so I've just admired it from afar. Then of course, Disney finds another way to make more money & comes out with a Disney collection which I absolutely LOVED. So I finally found every excuse in the book to convince my fiance to start one up. I've been convincing him since Mother's Day & two months later, he finally gave in..YESSSSSSS!!!! We happened to stop by when they made one year (I'm assuming the store) & Ann, I believe her name was the one who quickly greeted us as we walked in. She walked me through everything and explained each bracelet/bangle and laid out all the options I had. I opted in for the snake bracelet since it's more flexible than the bangle. Then it was time for the fun part...looking at the charms!! After looking through the charms they had for their Disney collection and hearing the prices, my fiance's eyes sure got big, haha! So we ended up compromising on who would buy what, so he agree that he would by my bracelet and my cute (but expensive) Minnie & Mickey charm locks, and that I would buy the charms. Ann was extremely patient with my indecisive self and also was such a sweetheart as well. She input some of her suggestions on what to get, where to place them and what not.
