This jewelry store has the most amazing and beautiful merchandise. The best part is they replaced my watch battery for me for $20.

Big mistake. This Ben Bridge Jeweler (now at space #2226) is apparently a Tudor AD, so there should be no problem with them changing or adjusting OEM straps/bracelets. After waiting about 20 minutes, I was told that the watchmaker in the back was having difficulty removing the OEM strap, and for me to please wait. Huh? Another 10-20 minutes go by, and I notice several other reps being called to the back to assist. The rep assisting me looked nervous, but was repeatedly apologetic in having me wait for so long. This couldn't be standard practice for a reputable jeweler, let alone a Tudor AD. In total, I waited for about 45 minutes for them to change the bracelet and finally return my watch. I had a bad feeling, so I checked the back of the watch to see if there was any damage. Lo and behold - they scratched the crap out of my 3 day old Tudor. To their credit, Gail (Assistant Store Manager) offered to polish the watch and remove the scratch marks but I declined before they could ruin the watch any further. When I asked whether the watchmaker taped up the lugs to prevent scratching/damage while working on my watch (which should be standard practice when changing bracelets), the rep helping me said she didn't know. In any case, the damage was done and this doesn't fix the fundamental problem that the watchmaker/rep did not treat my 3 day old Tudor with care... even when they knew that I am a returning Ben Bridge customer (they checked and verified my purchase at Kalakaua). Please don't make the same mistake I did. If you value your Tudor (or any watch for that matter), take it elsewhere that handles your watch with care. Next time, I'll be bringing my Tudor to the Tudor Boutique on Kalakaua. AVOID BEN BRIDGE IN ALA MOANA.

I think her name is Kerri, she carried herself like she was the owner or boss. Terrible manners. I needed a few things. I asked if they bought gold from their customers. She said yes. I showed her my diamond 1 carat diamond Marquee with begat diamonds on the side. She scoffed and wasn't impressed. She had negative things to say such as "the little diamonds are not worth anything, I am just going to melt the gold down and use them to help fix missing diamonds for customers. " She didn't know I did sales for nearly 2 decades. Trying to down play my jewelry. I asked if they could design a setting and ring for a loose diamond I recently purchased. She said yes but the mood changed. I could tell I was not the hot ticket sale that day and wasting her time. I can read people like a book. Then I asked if they would be interested in buying my Hawaiian gold bangle. It's 54gm of gold, heavy 14k barol shaped. She went in the back and came and started by saying, you're not going to like this... I was on the edge of my seat. Who the hell says this in a professional jewelry store? It's obvious she didn't care and didn't want the sale or to help me. As soon as she understood I wanted to bring my own 7 carat loose diamond to have a setting and ring designed, it wasn't going to be a hot sale for her. So she proceeded to say, you're probably not going to like this valuation...she wrote the numbers on a scratch piece of paper which she had written my name on it because remembering a customers name is impossible to do, $2700 for the bracelet and $700 for the ring. I proceeded to ask, why is it so low, this gold is worth much more even with your profit its too low. She said we'll sorry, thats what it is. Before I could say anything else, she gets up and says, im going to need to go now, i have that lady over there waiting for me. I was shocked. No professionalism, no courtesy, no manners. I thanked the security guard and left. She didn't even provide a quote for the ring and setting which she said they did do this service. Like Stephanie from Full House...HOW RUDE! NEVER AGAIN! it was my first and last. By the way, I had another company buy my bracelet for 3600. Great service, great value. The moment I walked in Pacific Diamond Aiea, it felt stale. The mood was down. The only one who greeted me with a smile was security at the door. This place doesn't give a shit about you unless you buy their jewelry in full! BUYER BE WARE!
