The whole store is made up of Hawaiian themed merchandise. There were jewelry, cards, body care items and tons of clothes. They have some really cute items. My friend purchased a set of plastic flower beads to string together to make a necklace. What caught my eye that I really wanted was the sunrise shell necklace. I've always wanted one. The shell has the pink and yellow colors on it to mimic the sunrise. I'm contemplating on getting it as I've wanted one for a while.

I went in and out of the dressing rooms a few times while trying on outfits, and none of them had a basket or spot for purses. Each time I had to hang my handbag on a hanger with the clothes, since I refuse to put my handbag on the dirty ground. Finally, the very last dressing room I tried did have a basket at the bottom, which was much better. The clothing and jewelry are adorable -- some even look handmade -- and I did buy a few outfits and a cute pair of earrings. Prices are on the higher side, but the pieces are unique and eye-catching, so if you're looking for something different, it might be worth it. Unfortunately, checkout brought the experience down. Since I didn't need a bag, the sales associate handed me my clothes directly, but forgot my earrings. I didn't notice until I was halfway home. I tried looking everywhere for a phone number -- Yelp, the Ala Moana directory, the internet -- and couldn't find one. The only number I found just rang with no answer. So instead of calling, I had no choice but to drive all the way back through traffic. When I arrived, the sales associate saw me, handed me the earring, and said she was "going to text me." No apology, no "sorry for the inconvenience" -- nothing. Considering they have my number from the rewards program sign-up, that was disappointing. Overall, Sugar Sugar is a cute boutique with stylish pieces, but expect boutique pricing and limited dressing room amenities. The service could use improvement, especially when mistakes happen.

Check the parking diagram for the designated parking stalls. This past weekend (10-31-24 to 11-3-24), Eden In Love had a pop-up at the former location of Buca De Beppo at Ward Entertainment Center. Everything was half off! Customers needed to sign up online for a 3-hour shopping time slot. Only 20 customers at a time were allowed inside. It was very organized! There were many rooms of merchandise. One room seemed to have just towels while another room had blankets and shower curtains. Another room was filled with cooler tote bags while another room contained small tote bags. Along one wall, there was a picnic mat display. Another aisle was lined with guitar straps that can attach to handles of smaller reusable bags to make a crossbody bag... Very clever! On Instagram, I had won a Front Of The Line Pass for two people - which included a large cooler bag and 2 reusable tote bags for each of us! Thank you very much! The next weekend, we could return - no appointment necessary - and get the same half off discount! It's too bad that the umbrellas and wraparound towels were sold out. I was able to get a sling bag, a pen, and a post-it note set that I had missed the first time around. All of my Christmas shopping is done!

What brought me here is the luck Nadine has with winning their Instagram contest and what a whirlwind fun it was shopping at their pop up in the former Buca De Beppo as we went room to room what a shopper's dream! At their warehouse parking is free and easy and is shared with other tenants so you need to be mindful of the stalls you'd be parking there but is plenty enough for you to just drive up and pick up or what I did is stop by to see if they had some bags and yes they sure did and was their current "Crinkle Bag" at 40% off making it $4 is a great deal I was looking for though don't expect to shop the entire collection as that's all done online though check their Instagram for specials and what they didn't have was car air fresheners too was a great surprise and also exactly what I was looking for and the staff there was just amazing with some specials they provided making it the perfect gift for anyone especially a cute and very reusable tote. Thank you!

Sold here are just two kinds of wardrobe necessities: (1) Purses of all types that are more unusual to find that at the same time are fancy and or somehow unique, and (2) Delicate, sometimes intricate, higher-end, fashionable and fashion jewelry sometimes not but often made of sterling silver that also but not always tend to have a Hawaiian Island vibe. I don't mind the island vibe. I'm here for the European-look pieces. When this store is open (meaning that it's not boarded up secured for the day), walk around the perimeter to look in through the glass windows and showcase "walls". When you find what you want, go to the opened end of the kiosk to inform the salesperson what you'd like to see and the willing salesperson will retrieve it for you to inspect. Amazingly they have perfected warehouse inventory as not only is this kiosk small yet impactful but makes for really quick shopping. If you've not got a lot of time, this kind of kiosk shopping is really efficient.
