Ordered Mongolian Beef and didn't receive any beef. Just a bunch of onions. Not to happy for spending 50 bucks. Fried rice has an after taste and the bourbon chicken isn't sweet, also leaves an after taste. somethings off. Fried dumplings and egg rolls are ok. read more

:DO NOT EAT HERE: I ordered food for delivery when our food came the shrimp and rice were undercooked the rice tasted like sawdust, the orange chicken and governor chicken both were dry like they had been cooked the day before there was NO sauce to try and moisten the chicken and there was little bugs in the fortune cookies. I called Panda (@ 7:30p) and spoke to a KID and explained the situation, he then to the "boss/manager" and all I heard was them talking loudly. The kid asked me if I could bring it back and I said, "No, I do not have my car, this is why I ordered delivery". I said I would just like a refund. The KID told the "boss/manager" and all I heard was yelling NO, NO, NO we will not. I KID said we will not give a refund we will make you "FRESH" food, I said, unlike the food you gave me that was old and dry! I said I would rather you refund me because it was already 8 pm. The KID said this is all we can do, I said still refused.. The KID said, this is all we will do for you! I did not have a car to go there. I called them back at 9 pm because I NEVER received the food.. The KID answered again, I asked where my food was he stated that the driver dropped it off at a different house, and they refused to refund me $46.01 pulse $4.00 tip!! They asked me to bring the food back again!!! I told them to come pick it up and refund me, It is now 9:20 pm. They finally showed up at 9:45 pm and the CHID took the bag of old dried-up food and searched the food to check it, then handed me $30.00 cash and said we DO NOT refund! I said where is the rest of my money plus the tip money, the lady who was driving said you ate the crab rangoons, we're not paying you back for that. I had a few words for them.. They are CHEAP, their food is DISGUSTING, They DO NOT comply with their customers!!!! I will be calling the Health Department on them!!!!!!! This has turned out to be my favorite Chinese place in this area run by some of the nicest people. I was afraid that the shelter-in-place order might have affected their business but they seem to still be going strong. Wait time was a little long the last time I was here, but given that there was a total of maybe three people prepping a bunch of orders, it was understandable. They have the best crab rangoon I've had around here for the best price, and I haven't had any complaints about any of the other dishes. I was staying at the Holiday Inn in Portage, Indiana for work and after a long day of driving I didn't want to leave my hotel. The girl at the front desk handed me a menu for this place and told me they deliver to the hotel. What a pleasant surprise - there was only one review on Yelp so I was a bit skeptical but everything arrived hot and was a great meal! Lived in Hobart for 15 years and never thought I would eat here. The glass is so dirty and the place is a hole in the wall... then one day the boyfriend says "you know some of the best food comes from the dive-iest places" so we dove in... and yes-- the BEST CRAB RANGOON from any area restaurant (dare you to show me better) and really good food from what we have tried. And no rat tails so far, so we are repeat customers. We like to walk to pick up our food since we live on the lake. The glass is filthy, the floors are filthy, and the outside is nothing but more filth and weeds. Their food is so so. I usually order delivery service from them maybe every three months or so and have noticed that they have made changes to the size of their food containers, and no, not larger. While making the portions smaller, they raise their prices it seems every 6 months or so. While most Chinese restaurants put bell peppers, pineapple and tomatoes in their sweet and sour dishes, this place puts NOTHING in their S&S sauce. read more

Ordered chicken and broccoli, kung pow chicken and some steamed dumplings, to go. When we got it home it was beef and broccoli. My daughter does not eat beef, so I called them and they took my name and said the next time you order we will not charge you for that dish. Fast forward a month and a half. I went in to place a order and reminded them of the mistake last time. They said they had no record of it, and would do nothing. The Owner started yelling at me. They asked what the date of the mistake was. I said around a month or month and a half ago. He said that was to long ago. I informed them they never said their was a time limit. They said they could look it up if they new the exact date. I went home and looked up the receipt and called them with it. The girl who answered looked it up and found it. Then the owner said the only way we would replace it is if you brought the old dish back in. I will never patronize this Restaurant again. I have never been treated this bad before.
