Ordered carry out. I called and the bf wanted Szechuan chicken. Was told they had to throw out the sauce and it would take two hours to make a new one. He asked for another dish and was told they didn't have that either. He ended up with General Tao chicken. I ordered the fried rice and pot stickers. There was no flavor to the fried rice. I had a great experience here. I'd messed up my order a little bit when I called in (it really was my fault) but they were really apologetic and gave me a 10% discount off of my order! They are extremely nice and gracious. Also, the food is extremely good by all Chinese takeout standards. They have really flavorful and tasty lo mein, and the the pork dumplings are AMAZING! I've never tasted any dumplings so savory and rich before. There are just multitudinous levels flavor going on in those dumplings. And they make them right there by hand! Have eaten here many many times and it used to be excellent, but the last 4 times I ate there I was disappointed. I like boneless ribs but not any more, some peices were just cooked fat and no meat and many had more fat than pork. I've purchased from them for years. Never had an experience like this before! Attempted to place a phone order for pick-up when the rude man on the phone was horrible. First he talked so fast that you could not understand him with his accent. Asked him to slow down how fast he talked so I could understand him which made him mad. I tried to place my usual order 2 large General Tso chicken dinner which is over $15 so it comes with egg roles if requested as stated on the menu which I had in my hand. He argued with me that I did not know what I was talking about again speaking too fast and almost screaming into the phone--put me on hold to answer another call. Lost connection and called back to try to order again--still talking too fast and asked him to slow down again. We have ordered food from here many times over the years . It seems they have been on a steady down slide with the quality of their food. We decided to give them another try since it had been several months. The beef in my dish was so tough I had to throw it out. Sad I like to do business with local owners and support them, however I just can't justify spending my money here any longer. read more

I personally would give this 5 stars, but I lowered it to four based on my companion's opinions. I got the Sesame chicken and crab rangoon (we had it delivered). First of all - he was right on time, very quick with delivery. AND the driver was SUPER friendly. He thanked us for our business, and chatted with us about them being closed on Thanksgiving to be with their families. The sesame chicken was every bit as good as the higher priced dish I get at another place I love, China Cottage. The portion was HUGE and I had no problem having a full other meal for lunch the next day. Reheating was no problem, and food still tasted delish! The crab rangoon was AMAZING!!!!! Or actually, I should say the red sweet sauce they have was. The crab rangoon was just as good as the expensive stuff, but I have never had a red sweet sauce that was THAT good. I can't remember what my friends got, but theirs didn't look very good, and they said it was 'just ok.' BUT if you have sesame chicken and crab rangoon on the brain GO HERE!!! =) read more

The most important elements of a simple carryout/delivery restaurant such as this is quality of food, accuracy and speed of delivery, and the price. I was excited about a chinese restaurant in Bellbrook. We ate their this evening and it was great. The General Tsao was crunchy and not soggy like most places and the fried rice was great. The best part was the people who worked there...they were friendly and held a conversation with us. I will be ordering from there a lot! read more
