Horrible service I order teriyaki chicken and there's no teriyaki sauce this placed has a very bad customer service

This isn't somewhere we go often but we wanted to switch it up so decided to go here for the first time in a long time. We ordered our meal at the drive thru and forgot to add our sodas so when we pulled up to pay, I asked if we could add them to our meal. The lady at the window told me no, we weren't allowed to add any additional items unless they were ordered at the speaker. She said because she already processed the order....so I asked to pay for the soda separately and she told me no she would not ring me up for anything additional and that I could not pay for anything other than what I already ordered. When I asked what the reason for this was no one could give me an answer other than they simply weren't going to.... I was honestly in shock. It sounds so dumb but I have never been told that at any other drive thru/fast food establishment. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I asked to speak to the manager and she was absolutely rude. They turned us away! I didn't take the food and we decided not to eat there at all. Horrible service, horrible staff, horrible management, horrible experience. I will never eat here again. Zero stars!!!. read more

Not a good place to go if you're hungry. They didn't have white rice teriyaki chicken like they originally said they did when i goth total. then i had to wait 10 min in the drive thru just to get cold chow mein and burnt orange chicken. lost my appetite. read more

My family has been eating at Panda Express for years now & this location is by far the WORST! Every time we've been there (multiple times) they've messed up our order. The last (& seriously will be the last) time we went, we were missing 3 whole dinners. They were so face nice that I didn't question that our entire order was complete (my bad). I called & was told that our order would be refunded. When I called back, the male manager was less than kind about it. We'll NEVER be back even though we have 2 entree credits. NOPE! The blatant disregard for the customers at this location is ridiculous! As if drive thru only isn't bad enough, when we got to the window, we were handed our drinks and asked to pull around. The parking lot quickly fills up with every other car that ordered in the drive thru. Being that we were the only car when asked to park, we assumed the first order to come out was ours but the girl gave it to another car. After 30 minutes of watching other cars come and go, my husband asked to speak with the manager. Serena, the person in charge came outside after about 10 minutes to tell us our food was given to someone else, which we knew. She then rudley asked "do you want your food or your money??" He told her he wanted her boss' name and she slammed the door in his face. We left with a refund, hungry kids and almost an hour of our time wasted. read more

Bad experience with the manager "michelle" here! Made me and my family come back at 9PM to get our refund because she needed the food and receipt, even after she hung up on us on the phone!!! We get there and this bitch does not even check the food to assure its in there, and then claims she only said "receipt"! We could have done this over the phone by confirming our receipt number and card number. She was trying to be a smartass along with another male manager!!! Yesterday 3/25/18 I went through the drive thru for dinner and got my daughters chicken teriyaki and white rice to split and myself orange chicken and chow mein. They ate all their food and at 2am my oldest said her stomach hurt. At 4am she then started throwing up. By 6am my other was screaming because her stomach hurt and she had extreme diarrhea for 3hours! Myself I feel fine. So I'm assuming their chicken teriyaki was bad. Because their lunch and breakfast I made and we all had the same thing and like I said I'm fine. This is the second time chicken teriyaki has made my oldest daughter throw up. NEVER AGAIN. They must not sell enough for it to be fresh. First time it happened I thought we'll maybe a stomach bug but nope odd coincidence that it is when she eats chicken teriyaki. Now I know it's for sure the chicken. Will not be returning. read more

After ordering in the drive thru, we are told to wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes at minimum , not sure what the point of telling us to wait in the parking lot is? The young out of high school people that work here are too slow to function properly and every time you tell them anything about your order it goes in one ear and out of the other. I have to say, I've been coming to this location for about 14 years now and in the last 6 months, customer service has been absolutely awful. Tonight I went through the drive thru after work and they were super nice taking my order. The moment I got up to the window, it was like they wanted to do everything else but help get us condiments. The employee had to open the window 4 different times because they would shut the window each time before i could even speak. I still needed sauce (which they've gotten really greedy on!). After I drove out and checked my food, they had given me egg rolls instead of cream cheese rangoons. So of course I went back and showed them my receipt, they gave me the Rangoon but not my receipt back. By the time I got home I realized my bigger plate was wrong. I've given them the benefit of the doubt for months now but I'm not going to this location anymore. read more

I want to vomit. I ordered chow mein and when she went to scoop it, a pen fell out of her pocket... into the chow mein! She says oops, looks at me then scoops it out with bare fingers. She then proceeded to scoop from the very spot she dropped the pen in. To hit me where it really hurts, when I was paying they gave me the greasy ass pen that fell in the chow mein to sign with! The workers at this Panda Express are extremely rude! One in particular named KIERSTEN. We went in on Father's Day. First when we walked in there was no greeting in anyway even when it came to ordering food. My mother was ordering her food in which Kiersten rudely replied "one at a time" as she death stared my her the whole time. She had no customer service and came off annoyed we came in at all. Then as we sat down to eat she would go to her coworkers saying things in which they would all look at us while we were eating making us uncomfortable. Keep in mind we still gave the benefit of the doubt of going, even when we saw specific Facebook posts about how rude this place is. And it is 100% true! My husband and I had a difficult day and had to end up eating late on a Sunday night. We called ahead to see if they were open. The absolute sweetest person answered the phone and informed us that they were closing in 8 minutes but they still had food but it was limited availability. Then she asked if I would like to know what they had left for the night to see if I was interested. After hearing what she said was available we jumped into the car to go get our much needed dinner. Unfortunately..... we did not make it in the 8 minutes that we needed to. But the same lovely lady that I spoke to was also manning the drive through. She said that they were closed but still offered to us what they had left for the day. My husband and I have ran quite a few food establishments and we were so impressed by this woman's professionalism. She was absolutely amazing and made our night! I usually go to this location, it's the closet to my house. But the last three times we've gone.. they never have white rice. It's always around 6pm too. I'm curious if they stop making the rice at a certain time ?? Also the past few time the people have been very rushy and short through the drive through. Tonight it was like that again. Terrible customer customer service, the lady with the bedazzled Apple Watch needs to change her work attitude, whoever took my order had a bad tone in their voice, I seen at least two workers with apple air pods in (which is a disgusting food hazard) but my food was the worse of all. Once again they forgot to give any teriyaki sauce for a teriyaki bowl. Except this time I checked my meal before leaving. I waited patiently in front of the drive thru window. 3 people see me waiting in the drive thru and just look away and keep talking. After 4 min I honk my horn and wait. Continue to talk and ignore me.I literally had to wait until the drive thru backed up at which point they came and asked what I needed. Learn what good business is. When I go out, I believe restaurant staff understand customers are the reason they have work. Why then would staff working a drive thru tell a customer "I'm gonna make you go park"? Wouldn't that be better received by the customer if the employee were to ask?? And you'd think the manager would come to the window to address a concern when requested. But then again maybe not. I wanted one more order but she cut me off with a total. So I tried to add my order at the window, mind you no one was in line behind me. Hailey S. charged me 2 chicken egg rolls but only gave me the sauce. Called her & was basically told a liar, that I was not there. She did not even bother to take the order number I was trying to give her for reference. I also complained about the missing fork & was told to get it from the inside despite it was a drive thru order. Very rude! She told me to go back & get the egg rolls despite telling her I wont be back in that area anytime soon and I was already too far to go back. She goes on the loop about going back or I can claim the egg rolls anytime within 1 month that got annoyed me. Then she hanged up the phone. I emailed the corporate office & it's been a week & has not responded. I ended up disputing the egg roll charges on my credit card. So Hailey, my credit card charges is my proof that I was there. You can also check your surveillance cameras and also count the egg rolls unless you ate them. And the foremost thing for you to know, if you let your brain think before you talk, is to get the order number. Panda Express, it's a shame to hire these people!!! read more

Worst customer service. Food was not fresh. It looked like it had been sitting there for a while. There should be a time limit when they should take out the food that has been sitting there for a while. Came in and ordered orange chicken and broccoli and beef. The sever said that it was going to take 5 min. I told her that would be fine. It took more then 20 min to get my broccoli and beef. I don't know if she forgot or what but they need to pay more attention specially when it's slow. She went on break and she was eating broccoli and beef so I was confused how did she get it before me. I saw that this place has very bad reviews and I've seen the apologies from the managers. Don't apologize Fix the problem. She was so rude that she flustered my wife who in turn got her order wrong, but not the tea. She ordered China mist but got the which she is deathly allergic to. She said she gave her that because the China mist wasn't ready.They had nothing ready and we had to pull up to the side. Why open? I know it pissed Arley. In need of an attitude adjustment. This location is perfect. Literally any review you read is just from uptight jerks who complain about huge plates of food they get for a really good price, ungrateful rude jerks. The food here is amazing, the chefs do a great job and it's fresh 99/100 times, and if it isn't then it's fast food what do you expect. These pricks are on Yelp complaining their fast food isn't 5 Michelin star quality? Hahaha what pricks. Seth and Jonathan are a couple of the chefs that always do a great job, same with the other chefs I just don't know their names. Arely, Mia, Hayley and Symona are a few of the employees who always offer great service. If could give zero stars! After I went through the drive thru, I checked my order and it was not correct. I then pulled up to the front door to get it corrected, but it was locked. I'm knocking at the front door and two girls were looking at me like an idiot. Another employee pointed me to the drive thru! Someone finally came to the door to address my concerns, after I'd been standing in the rain for ten minutes. I try to support our local businesses, but since this pandemic started this establishment doesn't care about customers at all. It shows by your low ratings that the owner and management team here, don't give a damn about anything but their profits. I like Panda Express, but will not support the one in Yucaipa anymore. The Redlands location will get my business and money, because they always care about their service. Besides Yelp, I'd put you on blast on Facebook and Google but that would be a waste of time.
