My daughter and I desired Asian food. We had a choice, Panda Express or China Bowl. Last time was the Bowl so we opted of Panda Express. We were both very hungry. My daughter made the run ( I paid) ordering at about 19:30 hrs. The order consisted of 2 plates, one small entree and two spring rolls. Arriving home we opened the "plates", which were identical. The one I chose opened with a surprise. A lot of chow Mein and little of the entree(s). Photo attached. My Hot Orange chicken had a whopping 5 pieces, one larger than the others. And Beijing Beef had 8 pieces but 4 were small tidbits. I've always known: if you want quantity, go to China Bowl. Something closer to home, Panda. My daughter opened hers and it too was limited but not like mine. She had a couple more pieces than mine. To top it off, my daughter had asked for extra sauces, specifying Sweet and Sour sauce for the spring rolls and Teriyaki for the chow mein because it is alway dry. There were none. There was not any cutlery, which would have been difficult had we not returned home to eat. The price of this was $37.08. Had we gone to China Bowl the cost, with tax, would have been $23.50 and we would have been satisfied. Also, China Bowl has the best BBQ Pork - China Express.... The cashier held onto my phone way longer than he should have when I paid using Apple Pay. He took my phone in and shut the doors. I had my earpiece in and heard when the payment was accepted and he still had it. For whatever reason when handing me my food, he says nothing with a nasty and rude look on his face. I say thank you and go to take the bag and he just drops it onto my wrist. I drove off totally confused as to what even happened. The food: literally gave me less than a scoop of each entree. Also while I was there, the phone rang. 1 employee walked to the phone, looked at the caller ID and then walked away without answering. Today there was absolutely no one in the drive thru line and we still needed to wait in the parking lot 25 minutes to get our food. As much as I love Panda Express and have been going there on a weekly basis for years. They really need to close this location. The employees are super nice, but never get anything right. They are incapable of handling several orders at a time. They have made me wait for 30-45 minutes for an order, only to get it wrong. I will no longer give my business to this location and will start going to local restaurants or a Panda Express in neighboring cities. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. read more

What is the point of ordering online at 5pm, going to pick up, waiting in-store for 20 minutes and receiving COLD FOOD? I checked the order before I left. The Bejing beef and Kung Pao were only 3/4 full. What is going on here? Many times they'll send you a text that it's ready but you need to wait an extra 20 min after that. If we go drive thru then better save time to just sit for a long time. The line moves very slow. They have gotten or order wrong 40% of the time or don't have many items ready. There needs to be better management and proper staffing.
