We ordered our food and they do a wonderful job. The counters could be wiped down and more organized. They did forget our silver ware. Which isnt the worst thing. But could be remembered. Last time we ordered, they messed up one of the orders which was supposed to be fried rice but was chow mein. Great food and costumers service read more

Absolutely terrible customer service and they act like you are an inconvenience to them to be there. Definitely would not recommend. Attention to the general manager: please retrain your staff to be more customer service oriented and greet your customers with respect. Also I would probably ask them to speak louder than a whisper and when you answer dont act like its an inconvenience to be served. I dont recommend this establishment based on our customer service experience. Food tasted ok. But overall experience was not so great. Prob wont be back i can spend my hard earned mo ey elsewhere where it is appreciated. read more

Got two big plates just now, they forgot the third entree on both. I live 20 minutes away and not worth a 40 minute round trip. Super pissed off and disappointed read more

They gave no sauce and sauce is the boss so I'm pissed. One of the girls was hella bad tho.

3/4 cooks wore gloves and one did not nore was anyone on the line besides one guy. With food gloves should be on all the time not just when they want too event though they were busy still gloves is a must. Also when doing food shrimp was dished over normal food and people have allergies from shell fish can be contaminated and very unsafe. Other than that food was hot and delicious . Lobby was okay kinda dirty as no one was maintaining the lobby but other then that it was okay visit . read more

Not only did we find a hair cooked into the honey walnut shrimp, the service was horrible. The attitude from the workers needs to seriously be fixed. What happened to great customer service Yakima? Disgusting. Never eating here again, and you shouldn't either. read more

There white rice was hard I had how the rice is hard and it's not soft at all I couldn't even eat it I let them know they asked if I wanted a replacement nope it's the same thing read more

Don't order online for delivery, I ordered two orders the same for delivery never received my order they took the money and the $40 tip.

Put simply, dont order online. Picking up your order always has delays or issues. Just go through the drive thru and you will get priority. They cant forget about you in the drive thru. read more

The service is awful and the people here are so rude every single time I go to get food. They have this snarky attitude and it makes me upset because who taught these people customer service? I love Panda Express, but this Panda Express on 1st has to be by far the worst one I've ever gone to. I've never had such a terrible experience or been treated terribly like this place. I paid for the honey seasame chicken on the plate AND IM NOT KIDDING I got 2 pieces of chicken. Probably half of the portion of chow mein!!! It's absolutely terrible! Idk why they dont at least give 5 pieces of chicken?!! This was the last time I will be eating at this panda. The manager is really awful too, and doesn't care to help customers. read more

Second delivery in a row where food was all mixed up in the carton and what they call super greens were yellow. Last order for me.

The food is good, but I always order white rice, but they almost always give me fried rice, and the workers hear what we are saying. we emphasize it every time, but they do not listen at this point it's getting really annoying, but other than that, it's good read more

This location doesn't deserve the 1 star but have to give it to write review. Save your time, your money, your patience n go somewhere else. This location clearly doesn't think people know what their portions should look like. Spent $30 for 2 bowls n 1 plate the bag was so light but I didn't think much I'm in a rush. Get home look and the portions was as if I ordered a kids meal but in bigger boxes! Then I call spoke to an Oscar who has the driest of attitudes tries to offer me a replacement meal LMFAO dude I still have the food. A normal GM w sense would of taken this experience n turn it around for the guest. Clearly he wasn't hired for his professionalism, customer service, employee training, or manners. As he illustrated that clearly. Funny thing is I was a manager for panda in Fresno n we didn't do customers dirty like this location. Legit do NOT come here unless you like paying for food that won't even feel like you bought food. Then have to talk to Oscar who speaks like he's on life support. Should rehire a new GM who will make guests want to come back not stay far away. read more

Im going to walk through my experience step by step we first pull into the drive through to order when the lady starts to ask us what we want she could hardly hear is through the speaker once we had our food ordered we pulled up to the window and got the wrong order( we ordered a bigger plate of chow main orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp and spring rolls and a plate of mushroom chicken chow main and spring rolls with two medium pops) instead we got a plate of two of the same first order so we ask them to change it and they give us back the food my passenger order but said that i didnt ask for spring rolls even though i did. We also got two pops one of them had no taste/out of syrup so we asked to get a different one and we did but when we left it also ended up having no syrup either. And the cherry on top of all of that was my passenger found a hair in her food. read more

Great value and taste! It's very convenient to be able to order via the app and then simply go and pick it up!

Gross and more gross. I asked for the walnut shrimp and told the teller of its been in the warmer a long time I'll pass... she handed me the order and when I checked it was mushy and looked like batter was not cooked. I couldn't eat it threw it out... manager said it had been in the warmer a long time. Specifically what I said I would t but. However I was assured if I brought the receipt they would reimburse me... we shall see tomorrow. I got food poisoning 3 years ago from the Panda on nob hill So my 1st time back.. I'm done with this chain. Update: they lied would not give me my refund and told me I could have more of their nasty food! Rather than let them keep my money I let them Give me the food then threw it out! So I got sick and had food poisoning so no more chances... Are they serving rotten panda meat is why people get sick probably not but it's disgusting. read more

I actually like this place pretty well. It's not especially innovative. But you can get a decent amount of food for a decent price and quickly. read more

I didn't read the reviews until after eating here - wow, I must have won the Panda Express lottery for good, fresh, hot food and a hustling crew of friendly servers at a good price. The dining room was clean and comfortable. I had the fried rice, Beijing beef and mushroom chicken - which were have-it-again for me. read more

I had the best experience here, the food is great and everyone is super friendly to me.

Went on drive thru, ordered my food and got home with a total mess. big plate was opened and everything was everywhere, no napkins or any utensils included. All food was spread just a mess in general. Would recommend to make sure everything is in the bag next time and didn't even get a have a nice or anything. read more

Worst customer service experience. If I could rate zero stars I would. Don't waste your time going through the drive through. We went drive through today to the location on first street. We had two separate orders. Lady working the drive through said she could only take one transaction per vehicle. She asked us to park come inside to place second order and then proceeded to advise us that we had to pay cash for second order. No signs in the drive through or on their website of this new one transaction per vehicle change. Needless to say the lady was rude. She refused to take our order. We got stuck in the drive through line. With no food and no way to get out. Looked at their reviews. No surprise. Similar complaints of drive through experience on their website for years now. read more

I am not a fan of chain restaurants but I was pleasantly surprised by Panda Express. The food is decent and inexpensive. I really like the "Rangoons (?)" I think that's what they are called. They are wontons and cream cheese, how can you go wrong? This place was filled with families when I stopped there for a quick bite on my way to play some poker at the casino. It was crowded and quite a few kids were running around but instead of finding it a distraction it just sort of...fit. The staff were friendly and really efficient at getting everyone through the line. I agree with the first reviewer that it could be cleaner, but it wasn't nasty dirty or anything. Overall it's a good alternative to McDonalds if you need some fast comfort food. read more

Very disappointed in the service that was provided. Order wasn't right was missing my noddle's, two orders of chicken and chicken was very dry and asked several times to provide teriyaki sauce and none was in the bag. Management is horrible to try to call and explain as well. read more

Good food. Very strange service, however: as I approached the window, I was asked if I had a mask. Through a drive-thru? I say no. I was asked to cover my face with my shirt to give them my card, and then again to grab my bag. Is this supposed to be sensical? Both servers wore masks and stood behind plexiglass, yet refused to *straighten their arms* to give me my bag until I agreed to their bizarre demand. For heaven's sake -- we shared more air during this whole exchange than a normal one. No other fast food restaurants or cafes in the area require this sort of abject lunacy from their employees. I'm not an anti-masker, but P.E.'s Holy Campaign makes me want to be. read more

I'm not much for bashing on businesses and I know this won't make a difference because panda is a chain and people will go there regardless of service. But can I just say never once have I gone to this location and received proper customer service. Every time I am baffled by how bad everyone is treated because they are so put out by helping you. They really need to step up their game. I hope that their manager reads this and can at least make a point to have their employees try not to be so inconvenienced by customer requests at a create your own plate type of restaurant. read more

My kids and I went through the drive-through here at panda express on S. 1st St. upon getting to the window I started ordering and everything was going fine I felt a little rushed because the person in the drive-through who is taking my order was getting a little antsy I could tell and she was kind of rushing me to make my order when I ordered my food I ordered a bowl and it first I ordered the honey shrimp and then I changed my mind and said that I didn't want the shrimp I wanted the beef instead The lady then told me oh well the sauce from the shrimp is going to be on your rice is that OK I stated no it's not because that's not what I want I don't want it mixed she said well it's going to be on there and I said well I don't want to bowl then she then said OK pull forward and then I said she goes is there anything else you want and I said yes I want a beef bowl with no shrimp sauce on it she said fine I will just throw the other bowl away as if to try to make me feel guilty for changing my mind first of all why are you making the food as the customer is literally ordering it and you're not even done with the order yet and second of all why are you arguing with customers I probably won't come back to this location because of this experience when I got to the window and paid for my food the lady was rude she did not greet me she didn't smile she threw my change at me and then I asked her if there was a manager and she said we don't have a manager on tonight I said OK well who's in charge tonight and she said some thing under her breath as she turned away from me at this point I wanted to get out of there before they did something to my food I hope the owner or the general manager of this establishment contacted me because they really need to train their people to slow down a little bit when they're taking the customers order horrible horrible service will not be back Oh and by the way I will be telling my 35,000 followers on Instagram about this experience as well most of them are local read more

The lady who took our order had a horrible attitude. She tried getting us to share a drink because they ran out of kids cups. Nothing wrong with the food! Service awful. The woman helping us couldn't stop talking to her co-workers for three seconds to take our order. Had to repeat ourself like 3 times each time we ordered something! All of the co-workers were talking to each other through their mics (not work related) so it continued no matter who was helping us. After almost four months, I was able to visit Panda Express in Yakima. I ordered my favorite go-to, which is the 2-entree with half/half fried rice and low mein with my orange chicken and string beans with chicken. I ordered my food through a drive-thru; unfortunately, when I got home, I was disappointed with my food. First, the size portion was small, then my orange chicken was little pieces, and then my string beans were soggy and almost no chicken at all. Very disappointed. read more

give me a freaking break!! i went yesterday and ordered the sweet fire chicken guess what, there was no chicken "it was tiny pieces of the coating not as big as a green pea. i picked them out and not a piece of chicken. about 6 pieces of pineapple and a lot of yellow bell pepper!! i should have taken that right back and challenged them to dhow me,one piece of chicken in the pea sized hard pieces,of coating. we've been going there for 12 years. now they swindle their customers. it's suppised to have bite sized pieces of chicken. there are 5 people in our famimy here that were customers . notice the word "were" we will not be back!! for businesses that swindle customers , they end up broke!! wish i had taken a picture i hope people start watching these reviews!!! shame on panda express read more

I went here because I needed somewhere close that had easy takeout and was pretty fast. Today is New Year's and they were packed, but when I walked in they were the most friendly and engaging I've ever seen them. I was impressed with how well they handled the line and managed to be pleasant at the same time, as there was a lot of customers. They told me the chow mein would be a wait, which was understandable, and it took them probably 2 minutes to get it back in. They worked me down the line fairly quickly and I was out in under 8 minutes. I'm surprised that they have such a low rating on Yelp, because they're not a bad place at all. Their food is what you might expect from an American Chinese fast food place, but I like that. Their chow mein is delicious and has lots of veggies. Their restaurant is also quite clean and pleasant. The only complaint I might have is that I don't like the cream cheese rangoons, but that's on me. read more

Went through the drive thru around 7:30pm. The portions were very disappointing. The whole styrofoam container was filled with very dry chow mein. The broccoli beef consisted of mostly old, soggy and brown broccoli with three small chunks of beef. The orange chicken was mostly breading and drenched in sauce. Save your time, dont bother coming here. read more
