Terrible customer service. I was being rushed as I was ordering my meal, and I was the only car in the drive-thru. I ordered a bowl with chow mien and Kung Pao Chicken. I got a lot of chow mien and maybe 4 pieces of chicken and very very little vegetables. My husband ordered a 2 entree plate and very little food was on it. Very disappointing. Oye...my last meal in Yakima and it was less than stellar. There wasn't anyone in the place and the workers were just standing around. The tables were so dirty, definitely not properly wiped down. The fried rice was undercooked. Everything else was ok but yeah, the dirty tables and rice were just hit me wrong since I was already tired from no food for over 5 hours. Very disappointed in the service that was provided. Seems that they have a full crew working drive through and one person taking orders inside. Can't even access drive through due to unsafe conditions and cars out on the road. The manager isn't helping much. There's no one at the door to make sure customers are wearing masks and keeping a safe distance. I'm trying to support the local businesses but this doesn't help. Managers, please be responsible. The selection of choices are excellent. There is always something for everyone. I personally think they use too much oil in there foods. When what you eat just slides down your throat on it's own. Panda Express can be more expensive than going to a buffet. read more

I went here for a quick bite to eat after driving 7 hours from Oregon with my family and order an order online for pickup. Upon arriving to the store I called in order to confirm that I was there as I was instructed to do by the online site after ordering. I spoke to a young gentleman who stated that I can either go through drive-through which was completely wrapped around or I can come through the side door and pick my order up. I then walked in to pick my order up seeing my order grabbed it off the table and was rudely greeted by I believe a manager by the name of Giselle. Her greeting was "what are you doing inside of here? You were not allowed inside of the store". I then told her that I just got done speaking To a young gentleman who instructed me to grab my order through the side door. She then said no you didn't, and no one would tell you that. She then stated if you're going to be inside of the store you need to wear a mask. I informed her of my medical condition and stated that I am not required to wear one due to the fact I do have an underlying health condition. She says it doesn't matter you need to wear one regardless, and after saying that she then mentioned and if that's your order in your hand you can go ahead and leave. I the asked for the store managers name district managers name and the person I was speaking to his name and contact to the corporation. What a crack up. First and foremost the dining room was filthy, trash everywhere and table nasty and littered with trash. Trash can over flowing. Doors were covered in fingerprints. All this and they have people standing in the back..... Dude if you got time to lean you got time to clean. The Orange chicken I got was cold and hard. But kudos on the Honey Walnut Shrimp, only issue was i only got like 4 shrimp.... Wait wait wait didn't I just pay extra for that entree???? Well sent my granddaughter to pick a order of rice, angus beef, and orange chicken with 2 containers of orange sauce awesome on the rice. She got it back to me and the meal was ruined as they charge for orange sauce and guess what it wasn't. I walked in with a coupon buy one buy get one free, so I asked the girl if it would be valid she said yes it should be fine I asked the girl again I said before making my order you sure it's works she said yes. I went ahead and ordered 3 bowls I walk down to the register to pay the manager comes out bitter lady she seemed Asian I couldn't tell from her mask she asked me for my coupon I gave it to her she looks at it and goes this is not valid here and shows me that the Coupon is made out to the state of Georgia. I told her well I already ordered 3 bowls and your employee assured me it's ok to use it she said well Im the manager the employee didn't know. I told her I can't pay for the 3rd bowl so she went ahead and toke it away inside the store someplace.
