I ordered a family meal for pickup and a large order of egg rolls from location #1881. I went to pick up my order. When I returned home, there were two different overcooked types of rice when I ordered two entrees of noodles. They were out of honey walnut chicken and so substituted with orange chicken. String bean chicken was mostly celery with just two or three beans. I was missing my egg rolls which I paid almost $11 for a ten-piece egg roll. Half the food was gone at 6:30 pm, and the restaurant did not close until 9 pm. Our family was distraught. The workers and owners of this Panda Express should be ashamed of themselves for allowing people to pay that much and get ripped off. When I tried calling the restaurant, they messed up most of the orders, and no one answered the phone. Hopefully, I can get ahold of someone tomorrow to refund the item I never received. I will never eat here again. read more

Believe the reviews. The restaurant was clean but the food was subpar. Ordered the General Tso's and it was not crispy like its suppose to be and when did they put all the vegetables in it? Don't waste your money like I did and keep on moving by. read more

Terrible customer service. I was being rushed as I was ordering my meal, and I was the only car in the drive-thru. I ordered a bowl with chow mien and Kung Pao Chicken. I got a lot of chow mien and maybe 4 pieces of chicken and very very little vegetables. My husband ordered a 2 entree plate and very little food was on it. Very disappointing. Not worth it and won't be returning. read more

Oye...my last meal in Yakima and it was less than stellar. There wasn't anyone in the place and the workers were just standing around. The tables were so dirty, definitely not properly wiped down. The fried rice was undercooked. Everything else was ok but yeah, the dirty tables and rice were just hit me wrong since I was already tired from no food for over 5 hours. I'm a hungry person and I needed some good authentic fast Chinese food in a clean manner =P read more

The food was good, but bland. The service was outstanding. The restaurant was very clean and had a friendly atmosphere. I would eat there again on my travels. read more

This was the worse experience ever!!! They totally forgot my mans entire order, messed up all three orders, I came back 15minutes before they close and they are already closing??? Then the lady that is acting manager on duty decides she wants to give me attitude for their mistake??? I was very calm and super nice about the situation. Well I can promise you tomorrow I will be calling their manager and letting them know how myself and my family were treated at this establishment! I am so irate! Usually the service here is on point and they rarely ever mess up the order read more

Very disappointed in the service that was provided. Seems that they have a full crew working drive through and one person taking orders inside. Can't even access drive through due to unsafe conditions and cars out on the road. The manager isn't helping much. There's no one at the door to make sure customers are wearing masks and keeping a safe distance. I'm trying to support the local businesses but this doesn't help. Managers, please be responsible. We're all customers and we all need to be helped in a safe and timely manner. read more

The selection of choices are excellent. There is always something for everyone. I personally think they use too much oil in there foods. When what you eat just slides down your throat on it's own. Panda Express can be more expensive than going to a buffet. read more

What a crack up. First and foremost the dining room was filthy, trash everywhere and table nasty and littered with trash. Trash can over flowing. Doors were covered in fingerprints. All this and they have people standing in the back..... Dude if you got time to lean you got time to clean. The Orange chicken I got was cold and hard. But kudos on the Honey Walnut Shrimp, only issue was i only got like 4 shrimp.... Wait wait wait didn't I just pay extra for that entree???? I understand its a premium side, but 4 shrimp are you serious???? That was good hot and yummy. The fried rice looked dried and hard so I got the Chow mein... BAD Idea. It was burnt. I am use to the one Back in Tacoma, and this here location is just sad. One more place I will not be returning. I would be better off going to Chipotle next door and chancing getting E coli. read more

I went here for a quick bite to eat after driving 7 hours from Oregon with my family and order an order online for pickup. Upon arriving to the store I called in order to confirm that I was there as I was instructed to do by the online site after ordering. I spoke to a young gentleman who stated that I can either go through drive-through which was completely wrapped around or I can come through the side door and pick my order up. I then walked in to pick my order up seeing my order grabbed it off the table and was rudely greeted by I believe a manager by the name of Giselle. Her greeting was "what are you doing inside of here? You were not allowed inside of the store". I then told her that I just got done speaking To a young gentleman who instructed me to grab my order through the side door. She then said no you didn't, and no one would tell you that. She then stated if you're going to be inside of the store you need to wear a mask. I informed her of my medical condition and stated that I am not required to wear one due to the fact I do have an underlying health condition. She says it doesn't matter you need to wear one regardless, and after saying that she then mentioned and if that's your order in your hand you can go ahead and leave. I the asked for the store managers name district managers name and the person I was speaking to his name and contact to the corporation. I will never ever be stepping my foot or drive in my car anywhere near this property read more

The food was ok the staff was horrible. The two young ladies that were serving were rolling their eyes at customers and being very unprofessional and flat out rude the young man in a Black shirt( I assume the manager) was just as bad as the staff. We said thank u and didn't get a response and the just put the bag on the counter. Honestly the bus boy was the only person in there that was kind, attentive and very helpful. read more

Very disappointed went to order they did not have the honey walnut shrimp, then I go pay they had no hot mustard, then I go use the restroom it was very dirty, tables where dirty. Not happy at all won't be coming back. I think a restaurant should let there customers know when they are out of supplies, condiments, or ingredients. read more

Fast and friendly service. Will definitely return. The people here are happy and make you feel welcome unlike most places that want you in and out. read more

Went there during lunch hour. Food was fresh. Spicy *means* spicy.

Hot summer day. Looking forward to a cold panda passion tea. Roll up into the drive thru, give my order, donate a dollar to whatever charity they are currently supporting. I'm barely greeted by the cashier. I hand her the exact amount, get my large tea, the one I have been looking forward to. I put the cup in my cup holder and proceed to pull away. As I put the straw through the lid, I notice a lack, a lack of sound. You know that sound that ice makes as you push the straw through. There is no ice in the drink! Who fills up a drink on a hot summer day without any ice?! NO ICE! read more

Well sent my granddaughter to pick a order of rice, angus beef, and orange chicken with 2 containers of orange sauce awesome on the rice. She got it back to me and the meal was ruined as they charge for orange sauce and guess what it wasn't. So I really want to thank the driver up workers as they do not know how to make sure they have everything. Guess what this old lady went without dinner thank you panda for caring about making sure your customers get what they pay for. Never again will I trust panda workers or the company to make sure customers get what they pay for! read more

We love Panda Express! The food was delicious and the service was friendly and fast!

I walked in with a coupon buy one buy get one free, so I asked the girl if it would be valid she said yes it should be fine I asked the girl again I said before making my order you sure it's works she said yes. I went ahead and ordered 3 bowls I walk down to the register to pay the manager comes out bitter lady she seemed Asian I couldn't tell from her mask she asked me for my coupon I gave it to her she looks at it and goes this is not valid here and shows me that the Coupon is made out to the state of Georgia. I told her well I already ordered 3 bowls and your employee assured me it's ok to use it she said well Im the manager the employee didn't know. I told her I can't pay for the 3rd bowl so she went ahead and toke it away inside the store someplace. I understand if the coupon isn't valid but since an employee assured me twice before ordering that it was ok I consider that manager to be very unprofessional she should honor it let alone her attitude was horrible. read more

We were looking forward to eating at Panda Express. I kept asking the server for vegetables cooked more but she continued to ignore me. I do not like raw veggies or kale. I was looking forward to their specialty tea. All I got was water, had to wait for the manager to see me. He said the company had decided not to carry it anymore. Apparently he didn't know he could put a sign to say no longer available. I felt he brushed off other employees. So totally disappointed. Tried to do online survey but had trouble getting to their site. Didn't matter as could not read survey code on receipt read more

They always mess up on my order. For them to take 20 min and forget food is rediculuss . And the cashier in drive thru are always rude.

Good food but they always forget my wontons through the drive thru, even when I paid for them!! Annoying!

after going there 4 times in the last 4 months, half the time the orders wrong. frustrating since we live 35miles away. so tonight i told my wife we check our order before we leave and if its wrong i'm never coming again, sure enough was wrong again and shorted us to boot on the egg rolls! went in and they said sorry, and we'd have to wait another 10 minutes to get what we wanted and said they'd take off 9cents off each egg roll!!! wow!!! keep your f'n 9cents!!! wouldnt want them to go broke cause they gave us a 9cent discount!!!! never again going back and spreading the word! read more

Went through the drive thru and after 5 Minutes waiting at the window for my food I was told to pull into a spot and wait because the Shanghai beef I ordered would be another 6 minutes so I did. . I was pleasantly surprised when I only had to wait 3 minutes, but oh boy I was really unimpressed when I got home. . I pulled out my husband's meal, looked great, pulled my meal out next and they freaking forgot that's right the Shanghai beef I paid for and waited all that time for. . Was not ready for customers. Most of line was empty. No fried rice for opening of day. This was the worst experience We've had at a Panda express. Was charged for 3 entry only got 2. This is the 4th time I've gone to this particular location and tried to get teriyaki chicken and they have been out with a 30 minute wait for new stuff, the young lady that was helping me was rude about when I said I didn't want anything then. She was rude to the rest of my family that continued to order food for her. Go to pay and At least get a egg roll and they didn't even have any of those. I'm done with this place I have gave them 4 chances. DO NOT go there even if your nice to them about not wanting anything you get nothing but attitude and rudeness. read more
