They packaged the pho very well, with the broth, vegetables and meat, and one container and the noodles, some of the extra meat, lines, cilantro, basil, etc. In another container, the servings were huge. We had plenty for another meal the next day. The pho broth was excellent. We did have to heat it up again when we added the noodles and extras, but it was well worth it. The soup dumplings were flavorful and warm and the bao buns had a mild but rich pork filling. This was a real treat while we were on the road.

I wasn't a huge fan of that, the bread itself was difficult to tell if it was light and springy with a flaky crust, because it was toasted so hard.
