The Windsor Panda Express location used to be one of my favorite locations, but after my last two visits, I'M NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN. Before I went, I checked yelp because I wanted to double-check their hours and saw all these bad reviews for this location and didn't believe it because I've never had a bad experience here. So I got there at 9:30pm and wanted to order a family feast. I asked for orange chicken and he said there wasn't enough. I said, "Can you guys make more?" He told me that the fryer was off so they could clean it. I responded "Okay... Why is it off if you guys don't close for another 30 minutes?" Absolutely Ridiculous wait for online order. I ordered online at 6:00pm tonight for a 6:35pm order pick up The food was ready sitting on the shelve. I tried several times to get someone's attention nobody acknowledged me or my son standing there patiently waiting while our food was sitting getting cold. Several staff members made eye contact and yet not one person approached me or talked to me finally after waiting there 15minutes with no acknowledgement I grabbed my bag and left still I don't think anybody noticed. Dear Panda Express management please get some employees that have the decency and manners to at least acknowledge-people when they are standing right by the online order pick up. They stopped serving eggplant tofu and have very limited vegan/vegetarian options. More and people are starting to leave animals off their plates and this place needs to keep up with this new healthier lifestyle. Plus the people there look miserable to work there. Disgustingly disrespectful customer service!!!! I asked very loudly through my mask, "rice and double orange chicken" the same order I've been getting since I was a little kid. And they put chow mein. I asked for them to put rice because I didn't ask for chow mein. They grab the mein and put it back and put rice over little left over chow mein in my plate. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We waited in line to order for over 20mins while watching the manager yelling at his employees and ignoring everyone waiting patiently. When we finally got to order the lady asked what we wanted and ended up deciding what entrees we were going to get instead of actually listening to our order. We told the manager what we ordered was wrong and instead of listening to us he started yelling at his employees for messing up and then yelled at us wanting to know what we wanted to order and doubting everything we asked for. Very rudely threw together the plate that they got wrong the first time and tossed it at the cashier and stormed off. First time visited and new to the area , my wife and I decide to eat Panda Express. we notice line very long and as we were selecting our Entrées short Hispanic girl dropped my broccoli on the counter then continued to put it with my food. When we asked her to give us a new serving she dumped the serving back in the tray with the rest of the broccoli and walked away from helping us without saying a word. Every week when I buy food, I like to indulge from different places each time. This Panda Express is one location I am fond to go to. I always order a plate with Chow Mein, Teriyaki Chicken, and Beef Broccoli (my favorite). The price really isn't too bad and I always do the receipt thing. I've ordered from this panda express several times over the past year and a half. Up into the last two times the food was always decent exactly what you expect from a fast food type of place actually the quality seemed better than that. Tonight I ordered very simply and by the time it got here everything was cold it tasted like it was made yesterday and on top of that they forgot part of my order. I ordered it through panda express themselves they delivered it through DoorDash. I go online to DoorDash to tell them that they forgot my orange chicken not a big deal just didn't want to be charged for it if I didn't get it and got kicked off of there three times trying to explain what was going on and each time them saying I have to give you a new person to help you. I tried to call the Windsor panda express and the phone rang and rang and rang and no one ever answered nor could you leave a message. I realize my five dollar chicken is no big deal however customer service to me is I just cannot believe that a restaurant that relies on public opinion would be give such poor service by sending food that's cold and also not part of your order. This is the worst Panda Express on. The planet my wife ordered a family feast to bring home to willits when she arrived out order was completely wrong we got one entree and 2 servings of rice 2 servings of chow mein. She also was very disappointed in your staff they were very rude and the manager was probably the rudest of them. Our team was playing at a volleyball tournament near the airport in Santa Rosa. We needed to feed 30 people for lunch and Travis and his team from Panda Express came through! We ordered from their catering menu- orange chicken, beef with broccoli, chicken with mushroom, chow mein, and fried rice. It's not advertised but he will deliver it. Worst food ever. Since they opened in Windsor, I've given then 5 chances. All 5 were horrible. The rice is greasy, the crab wontons were so burnt last time we had to take the whole top off just to chew it. Extremely disappointing. I had a far better experience at the Napa valley location. If you like grease you'll love Panda Express. The cooks use about a half gallon of oil for each dish they prepare, and the food arrives at the steam table looking like Elvis' hair with a fresh coat of Murray's Pomade. What's really gross is when they get down to the bottom of the tray, and you see the last few pieces of food swimming in all that disgusting liquid. Although we've been to several other locations, we felt like we had to try the new Windsor store, just because. OK, so now we've tried it. I'd never been to a Panda Express before, and based on my experience at this one, I won't be going back. For some reason that wasn't clear, my 2 entree meal was considerably more expensive than the price posted. Things have been on a steady decline - we dine here once a week on Friday for date night and each week things are a little worse. Last evening I watched as another patron's spring rolls were knocked on the ground - the young woman reached down, picked them up and dusted them off AND PUT THEM IN THE BAG TO GO! I don't usually review chain restaurants but given the appalling service I felt it necessary to say something about this place. How do you run out of half your entrees 1 hour before you close? No mandarin chicken because your "grill is off." No orange chicken, no potstickers, no mixed vegetables? How hard is it to make mixed vegetables? Service by the awkward employees is painfully slow as well. Like I'm watching you awkwardly serve inconsistent portions of food to different customers. Two weekends ago my sister went in and ordered like 5 plates to go and some other small things and the employees just kept looking at her laughing and then when she was getting ready to pay the person at the cash register asked her if she was going to order anything else in a really unprofessional way , he was literally making fun of her too which I don't see the funny part.
