Second time to this location and the food isn't bad and the service is out seems like things could be a bit warmer. Food safety and temperature is a major part of this. Of the food was fresh from the skillet all the time I would not worry about it but this food is on a heated table area and it just doesn't seem hot enough. So not sure I'm going back because of this issue. At least the food tasted good but the issues for me are food safety and not getting sick from a meal out. read more

11:26 in the afternoon! Walked into this location at 11:26 they had so many uncooked dishes. There was one lady at the food line one cook and one who was eating her Panda Express meal. I've never been to a location where they didn't have the food all prepared by 11am. Most of my favorite things were not made so I ordered them and the cook just gave me a bad look! I mean listen it's 11:26 in the afternoon you should have those items already made as the store opened. 2 other people came out to help cook around 11:29 to get the dishes rolling. The employees here were all just sitting around (maybe waiting for customers?) but they should have at least had the main dishes prepared!!! Will not be returning to this location ever again!!! read more

I understand that companies are trying to recoup lost revenue due to COVID but $7.80 for barely any meat is ridiculous. I would have paid a little extra for a NORMAL sizing of meat with my combo. Both pictures are without eating a single bite. The fried rice is also very plain. We aren't impressed Not sure if we'll ever go back but we'll see. read more

Yo someone give Oswald a mf raise! He was cookin that shit up in the back mid rush, sending food out like his life depends on it cooking in that heat is no joke and they were all working together to get stuff out... they always hook you up with nice portions as well would give this place a 10 star if I could. But no seriously give Oswald a raise read more

I was craving some Chinese food and decided to go to this Chinese food staple as it was super close to where I was. When I pulled in the parking lot, I thought, "wow this will be quick--there's not a lot of people here". I was a bit wrong about that. For how short the line was, it sure did seem to take a whole to get some dinner. They definitely were not putting the "express" in Panda Express. Typically when I go to Panda Express, I find myself needing to wait for that orange chicken that everyone yearns for. Fun fact: 1 out of every 2 orders has orange chicken in it. It is a classic that so many people have grown to love. The orange chicken was stocked though so I am not 100% sure why the wait was so long. I don't mind waiting for fresh food, if that is the case...but that wasn't really the case when I was visiting Panda Express this time around. My rice, orange chicken and sesame chicken had all been sitting there the whole time I was there. The staff was awesome however and the price is always good for the amount of food you get. One thing I thought was interesting is they no longer have the sweet and sour in the bowl...they have it in little packets. I think it tastes the same but I liked dipping my egg roll in the cup instead of needing to drizzle it over the top (first world problems for sure hah). Thanks for the good dinner, Panda! read more

If I wanted white rice I would've ordered white rice. Proof is on the receipt that we ordered the sides we wanted. No explanation nothing. After a long day imagine our surprise when we get basically incorrect orders, when I called the associate said that they did that because they were out of fried rice and almost out of chow mein..... they had at least an hour before close when we submitted the order and I feel like that's a joke for an excuse. Also, not only did they just do it, but they didn't tell us when we picked up, no apology nothing. I'm clearly disappointed and I don't know if I can trust this location after totally ripping us off. I can make white rice at home, I would never intentionally order it from a restaurant. I think even the serving sizes of the meats are small too. Just because you're closing in an hour doesn't mean I should get less food than someone who came at lunchtime. read more

You don't expect much from fast food chains, so it should be easy to get a good rating if you do things right. They are kind, work fast, and the food is okay for what it is. No esperas mucho de las cadenas de comida rápida, por lo que debería ser fácil obtener una buena calificación si haces las cosas bien. NEVER PAY WHILE YOU'RE WAITING FOR YOUR FOOD. Everytime I come, theres always a 20 minute wait for food. In today's case, Half of their choices. Attached is a picture of a literal line of plates waiting for something to be cooked. It took 30 minutes and that's literally not a lie. There's always a line and it seems they're always understaffed no matter what time of the day! I love Panda Express, just not this location. I believe this location needs new management. Very disappointed. Went ever I order online they either can't find my order or they have a wait for online orders. Tonight I had to wait 30 minutes! I order online for a reason. Consistently late and/or incomplete orders if the app is used. Don't order brown rice- if they don't have it, as usual, your order isn't getting completed. They have to ask you first if white rice will work. You'll just have to stand there until they get around to completing it. It took 20 minutes tonight. Other times they just send the order out half completed with missing entree items, which you won't notice until you gSwitching to a new location. I hate to be this guy, but the food was horribly burned. I saw the steak on display looked burned to a crisp, so I should have known to just leave then instead of ordering something else. We did everything that we were supposed to. We ordered on the mobile app, pulled up to curbside pickup, but when we arrived, they had placed blue painters tape over the number, so you can't call the number. My husband had to go to the door, because they had blocked the number. They used to hand the food out, the door, but evidently stopped. So he was immediately yelled at for not having a mask, but he shouldn't have had to go to the door, because the curbside pickup should never have been blocked out. It never would have been a problem, had they not covered up the curbside number!!! The manager was absolutely unprofessional and the situation never had to happen, had they not made it impossible to use curbside pickup like the hundreds of other restaurants that actually use their curbside pickup spots. We did the mobile curbside pickup because we do not have masks! But they choose to make it impossible to use it. And while it was supposed to be ready at 2:45, they didn't have it done until 3. I've had to wait as long as 45 minutes before. 2 employees were taking a break at the same time, so no one was actually there to help in the first place, the manager refused to come out at first, waited for another guy to come with her, my husband said he wanted to speak to the manger alone. The guy was smacking his hands together confrontationally, like he wanted to hit my husband. He told my husband he didn't need this job anyway. The manager said: PLEASE complain, PLEASE do. We spent nearly $40 of our hard earned money for your food, to walk into a 3 ring circus of unprofessionalism and a complete inability to use your curbside pickup. I want to know why they weren't adequately trained to deal with customer conflict and why they had 2 customer service employees eating at the same time, unable to serve customers, and not using staggering breaks as is industry standard. The reviews on their Facebook business listing reflect the exact same substandard level of service as we experienced. read more

My sister in law was asked to provide her ID but she paid with cash. I work in Fraud and I know it is policy to ask for ID when purchasing with a credit card for a high amount. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:40. I walked in at 5:46 and walked out with my order at 6:50. There were dozens of people waiting with me and one customer had been there for over an hour and a half. Panda is yummy but not that yummy. read more

Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 5:20. I didn't leave with my food until 6:40. No exaggeration, it took a full hour and 20 minutes to get my food. They were so behind and a complete disorganized mess. No one seemed to be working on the online orders at all, but there were plenty working on the regular line. There was over 8 people waiting when I arrived at the pickup time. Everyone had been waiting 30min-1.5 hours. I am nine months pregnant and standing at the register for that long was absolutely miserable. Especially because I was trying to avoid waiting and standing for too long by ordering online. I will say there was one girl who came on shift and finally started working on the online orders. She did great, and was working super hard trying to help! But If she had not been there I wonder how much longer I would have been waiting. I wish I could have canceled the food. Wasn't worth waiting that long & I left on the verge of tears. read more

The customer service here is a complete joke. I would be ashamed to say I manage this place. The service is so slow all the time. I just went to this panda not even 20 minutes ago to open up my food and find out they didn't even give me the right food I ordered. I got double broccoli and beef with noodles and there is orange chicken and teriyaki chicken and I got 2 spring rolls (the ones with just veggies) and they gave me the ones with chicken in them !!!!! Frustrating coming here over my usual one and they get everything in my order wrong !! I'll never go to the Jordan landing location again. This place is sooo slow it kills me but the food is usually worth the wait. But what's upsetting is that when their workers go in a break, they get their food and pick out all the meat for their personal plate!!! I can't believe it!! Right in front of all the customers who are waiting for the food that they just swiped the meat from. And they also fill all the door dash plates before they take care of the customers who are sometimes lined up out the door! There has got to be a better way to organize this place. And the workers are not nice in any way. It's like they all HATE their jobs. Pretty sad. read more

I will say it's busy, but it's always busy at this location. The young man taking the initial orders clearly hates his job. I would tell you his name, but he wasn't wearing his name tag.
