11:26 in the afternoon! Walked into this location at 11:26 they had so many uncooked dishes. There was one lady at the food line one cook and one who was eating her Panda Express meal. I've never been to a location where they didn't have the food all prepared by 11am. Most of my favorite things were not made so I ordered them and the cook just gave me a bad look! I mean listen it's 11:26 in the afternoon you should have those items already made as the store opened. 2 other people came out to help cook around 11:29 to get the dishes rolling. I was craving some Chinese food and decided to go to this Chinese food staple as it was super close to where I was. When I pulled in the parking lot, I thought, "wow this will be quick--there's not a lot of people here". I was a bit wrong about that. For how short the line was, it sure did seem to take a whole to get some dinner. They definitely were not putting the "express" in Panda Express. Typically when I go to Panda Express, I find myself needing to wait for that orange chicken that everyone yearns for. Fun fact: 1 out of every 2 orders has orange chicken in it. It is a classic that so many people have grown to love. The orange chicken was stocked though so I am not 100% sure why the wait was so long. I don't mind waiting for fresh food, if that is the case...but that wasn't really the case when I was visiting Panda Express this time around. My rice, orange chicken and sesame chicken had all been sitting there the whole time I was there. The staff was awesome however and the price is always good for the amount of food you get. One thing I thought was interesting is they no longer have the sweet and sour in the bowl...they have it in little packets. I think it tastes the same but I liked dipping my egg roll in the cup instead of needing to drizzle it over the top (first world problems for sure hah). Thanks for the good dinner, Panda! read more

If I wanted white rice I would've ordered white rice. Proof is on the receipt that we ordered the sides we wanted. No explanation nothing. After a long day imagine our surprise when we get basically incorrect orders, when I called the associate said that they did that because they were out of fried rice and almost out of chow mein..... they had at least an hour before close when we submitted the order and I feel like that's a joke for an excuse. Also, not only did they just do it, but they didn't tell us when we picked up, no apology nothing. I'm clearly disappointed and I don't know if I can trust this location after totally ripping us off. We did everything that we were supposed to. We ordered on the mobile app, pulled up to curbside pickup, but when we arrived, they had placed blue painters tape over the number, so you can't call the number. My husband had to go to the door, because they had blocked the number. They used to hand the food out, the door, but evidently stopped. So he was immediately yelled at for not having a mask, but he shouldn't have had to go to the door, because the curbside pickup should never have been blocked out. It never would have been a problem, had they not covered up the curbside number!!! The manager was absolutely unprofessional and the situation never had to happen, had they not made it impossible to use curbside pickup like the hundreds of other restaurants that actually use their curbside pickup spots. We did the mobile curbside pickup because we do not have masks! But they choose to make it impossible to use it. And while it was supposed to be ready at 2:45, they didn't have it done until 3. I've had to wait as long as 45 minutes before. 2 employees were taking a break at the same time, so no one was actually there to help in the first place, the manager refused to come out at first, waited for another guy to come with her, my husband said he wanted to speak to the manger alone. The guy was smacking his hands together confrontationally, like he wanted to hit my husband. He told my husband he didn't need this job anyway. The manager said: PLEASE complain, PLEASE do. We spent nearly $40 of our hard earned money for your food, to walk into a 3 ring circus of unprofessionalism and a complete inability to use your curbside pickup. I want to know why they weren't adequately trained to deal with customer conflict and why they had 2 customer service employees eating at the same time, unable to serve customers, and not using staggering breaks as is industry standard. They were so behind and a complete disorganized mess. No one seemed to be working on the online orders at all, but there were plenty working on the regular line. There was over 8 people waiting when I arrived at the pickup time. Everyone had been waiting 30min-1.5 hours. I am nine months pregnant and standing at the register for that long was absolutely miserable. Especially because I was trying to avoid waiting and standing for too long by ordering online. I will say it's busy, but it's always busy at this location. The young man taking the initial orders clearly hates his job. I would tell you his name, but he wasn't wearing his name tag. No welcome, seemed to be annoyed that I was placing an order, stopped in the middle of my order to yell out for an item I didn't even order and then didn't let me know when I was okay to resume my order. I walked out paying 12 dollars for my meal but I guess that's pretty regular for fast food now.
