This was my first time dining at an in-N-Out... (I know, I know. Absurd. Unheard of. Unbelievable.) I was absolutely blown away by the experience from beginning to end! In-N-Out has raised the fast-food service bar. It really is an exceptional experience from the moment you walk in to the moment you bite your burger. The food was better than I was expecting! We went through the very busy drive thru thinking we would be waiting at least a minimum of 25 mins as the line was pretty long when we arrived. I'm impressed from the time we got in line to the time we got our food was less than 15 mins. We ordered two double doubles, one cheeseburger, an animal fry, & (ordered super late at the last window) a dog patty to treat our pup. Watching through the windows the employees seem to be focused, working safely efficiently in a quick manner and customer service ready. Everything was correct in our order, tasted delicious, hot & fresh. The four employees we directly dealt with were extremely nice, patient, helpful, and had excellent customer service skills. The only thing I found odd though was feeling like the patty on the single cheeseburger was a bit too small. However it was so flavorful it felt like I had a bigger patty. 10/10 recommend this location. Also you just can't beat the price! read more

You can find the most affordable & delicious burgers for their price in Utah. Not to crazy about their fries, but I do like their shakes. Service is usually fast and friendly. I have never ever had a problem until now, these new people need to be fired ASAP, we went thru the drive thru and was helped by a young nice lady with blonde hair thru the microphone she took our order which was a number 1, animal style fries, and a flying dutch men with 3 drinks, we paid her thru the 1st window, then headed to the 2nd for our order, we waited about 5 minutes and was first handed our " animal fries " by this young man with curly hair with and glasses, we waited another 7 minutes until we got handed our last bag by this heavy duty guy... that LOOKS like he can protect the whole in & out building... he was wearing a gold chain and also had glasses, we decided to tell him about the animal fries in a good and nice way and he some how looked bothered and just handed me another fry and turned around fast, i told him thank you but completely ignored me didn't even bother to apologize... the other guy was other there and didn't say nothing, so sad how y'all hire these kids, makes a person never ever come back... we also didn't even get our double double we got a regular burger and was charged for a double double read more

Let's be real, we all know what we are getting for the food here. Delicious and reasonable price but my god. Karson is the first guy I've ever had outdo any customer service out here. And you guys already do phenomenal. But he is just super positive, considerate of the guests, and made me feel like a friend. He was super personable and I just appreciate that. Being gluten free I love that I can get the fries and a lettuce wrap and always walk away full and happy. It doesn't hurt that I can end the trip with a chocolate shake if I'm still hungry. I tried my brother's Animal fries. Not too fond of it since I like my fries separate from anything without getting it soggy. I removed tomatoes and onions from my burger. I know I am a couple months late on posting this, but as it is said "better late than never". We were in Utah for a baseball tournament that my nephew was in, and decided to stop in for lunch/dinner. We were pleasantly surprised to stop into an In-N-Out Burger place, and not have it jam packed with tourists, or locals. This establishment was very clean, and the staff was very friendly, and helpful. The staff was also taking extra precautions, due to COVID-19. What was really cool, I was able to see into the back of the establishment, where the employees clean, and prepare the food coming out. I have not been able to see this before, due to the amount of people in the restaurant at the time, and being more concerned that I get my food when called. I was really impressed with how everyone had a specific roll to do, and it showed that they had pride in doing it. From washing the lettuce, to cutting the vegetables, it was a smooth process, and you could see that everything was freshly made. Unlike Mc Donald's where all the meat patties sit in a plastic container, till needed. We also had the opportunity to try a couple off menu items, which surprisingly, I have never ordered. The young lady at the cash register was very helpful in explaining what they were. All I have to say is Animal style is "to legit to quit". Thank you for a pleasant experience. I hope that our new In-N-Out Burger restaurant that opens soon here in Colorado, is as pleasant of experience as it was there in Utah. Keep up the great work! ! read more

Had no idea In n Out had Hot chocolate! Not to mention, FREE cup of hot cocoa for kids under 10 on rainy days. (Kids must be present.) Man, In n Out is full of secrets! There was a sign on the window in the drive thru that told me about the free cocoa on rainy days, and lucky for me, it was raining the day I went! And it was good hot cocoa too. Stopped in this location on my way to the airport yesterday. Had such an awesome experience! Jon went over and above to help me, made sure I got the right souvenir for my hubby (who collects In-N-Out shirts) back in Philly, and made sure my to go order was made right so I could get it on the plane to get home!
