We love chick fil a! It's a go to for breakfast, lunch and dinner!! They are typically really quick and we love eating in store and to go.

I have never experienced such blatant disrespect nor witnessed such apathy for customer service until coming to this chick-fil-A at 9 oclock tonight. I ordered SIX sweet & spicy sriracha sauce. (This is the only reason I came to the store.) I figured I would have to order food as well since this multi billion dollar company can't afford to give them to me for free (we live in a society) Anyways I wish the chick taking my order would have said hey, you can't have 6 sweet and spicy sriracha sauce with an 8 count nugget meal instead of LYING TO MY FACE. Because giving me THREE sauce packets for $8.61?! Is not worth it in my opinion given the fact that I only came for the sauce. I would like reparations because this truly ruined my life. read more

very disappointed in chick fil a's customer service today specifically the attitude that Mara had. I frequent this location with my 3 kids (4, 3 and 1) often. I had ordered ahead our breakfast and was in the drive thru line at 10:28. the line was only four cars long but by the time the worker got to my window it was 10:33. they informed me basically "sorry not sorry" but we cant give you your breakfast order. I asked if I could speak to a manager because it was only 3 mins past and I was in line before breakfast ended. They told me to head to the window. As I was waiting in line another girl came to my window and asked for my order name and then she responded "got it thanks!". I was thinking oh perfect they are making it! I got to the window and started to get lectured about "for future reference..." and then the manager Mara asked for the card I used to pay. I was slightly confused but handed my card over. That's when they hit me with the news that they will NOT be making my order and will be refunding my entire thing. I again repeated that I was in line before 10:30 and again they basically didn't care. I said how terrible the service was and how disappointed I was. Not mention, my crying kids in the second row because now they can't have breakfast. Mara acknowledged that she sees me "here quite often" and basically says if I would have walked in to pick up my order vs waiting in the drive thru I would have gotten my order. She was very short and rude and didn't care that we couldn't get our food. They made no accommodations. If it's getting close to breakfast ending then they need to add more workers to help in the drive thru line. Especially if it's only 3 minutes past. I think that if people are in line in time for breakfast then breakfast needs to be honored. Terrible customer service in my opinion. read more

Okay this location was pretty cool. I'm sure there are others like it, but this was the first time I've seen a fully covered drive through (that had fans, heaters, and cup holders for the employees who work outside) and the drive through window actually opens up so they can just walk the food to you instead of precariously reaching out a window to get you you're food. read more

Today, I used the online order option for the first time. First off, when I arrive, they can't find my order. They triple checked my order to make sure it was flagged for gluten free. I really appreciate that level of attention to detail. Be sure to tell them if you have an allergy at the start of ordering. You honestly can't go wrong with Chick-Fil-A. This is always a favorite of mine when I am craving some delicious sandwiches and a milkshake to cool everything off. My go-to item is always the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe. I don't know what they do to their fried chicken but it is very juicy, cooked to perfection, and has the right amount of spices and heat to go along with it. It comes with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, pickles, and tomato which can all be accommodated/substituted for. I have tried their chicken nuggets as well and although they are very good, I don't think they are worth it as they are small bite-sized pieces for such a hefty price. Continuing with their pricing, this food chain is definitly on the more pricey side compared to other fast-food restaurants. I usually spend about $10+ for just a measly two-three items. If you go here often this will definitely make a dent in your bank account! Their fries I don't think are anything special but plain ole waffle fries. I did try the new macaroni and cheese item, which was pretty small for the regular size. It was verrrry cheesy and in my opinion was also nothing special. This specific location is in a nice plaza in South Jordan with a large parking lot. Inside is pretty standard, but clean along with the bathrooms as well. Down grading my previous rating to a 1 star... We have been coming here for a while and have made it a routine to come here after my daughter's dance lessons. For the past month (since we have been doing this). They refuse to put napkins, plastic ware, and just basic things out for customers to access. Instead we have to wait at the side of the counter awkwardly until they notice you (which takes 5-10 minutes). The are more concerned with taking orders than taking care of the customers that have already paid. read more

For my second order, I had to wait a couple of minutes until a young lady decided to take my order, she was the opposite of Jonathan. The garbage can were full for more than two hours. I only saw one employee cleaning the tables in the lapse of two hours. The table next to me was dirty for very long time. This place is definitely better than the branch in Herriman shopping center. I feel like they're more faster here as well. My wife and I were here the other day and went through the Drive-Thru and ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwhich Deluxe, and the line for the Drive-Thrue was super long, but we were in and out within 10 minutes though. The only reason why I'm deducting a star is for the worker that is working drinks. She gave us a Diet Coke instead of a Coke and Diet is gross lol. So we just parked and went inside and asked them to change the drink, the worker just ended up giving us another drink. Anyway, the sandwhichs and their waffle fries here are up to par to my expectations with Chick-fil-A. Well recommended and their drive thru isnt bad so dont let that scare you. read more

Not impressed at all with the food; however, the employees were polite and efficient. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and a Dr Pepper. The chicken sandwich was not good at all. The chicken was burnt yet not completely cooked and mushy. I could not eat the chicken as it did not seem safe. The bun was soggy, almost wet, and greasy. This location is always busy. Which is good and bad. It's good because the food stays fresh. Bad because we have to wait longer. Tonight we waited and waited. It took a lot longer than usual. The staff and manager here are excellent. We had placed a catering order where there was some miscommunication regarding the date and food quantities due to scheduling changes. However, the manager and staff were very understanding and excellent in resolving the issue we experienced (6 stars if I could give it). It is a breath of fresh air to receive this level and quality of customer service and interaction. They went above and beyond what was necessary. If you are not considering them for your next catering needs, I would highly recommend them for your next party, school event, church event , or large group get together. We love Chick-fil-A! This store is great, and consistently gets customers through the line, brings food out quickly, and makes you feel much better than eating at another fast food chain. We love the principles and values of this brand, and enjoy supporting them! They have always been very accommodating with the order, and will help modify things, or change up the "standard" upon request, and rarely charge anything extra. Sauces, and refills available on request, and they stop by regularly to help clean up the table or just ask how everything is going. I have eaten at ChickFilA and this location many times and never been disappointed. Even when the line is long the service moves incredibly fast. They will often bring you your food just minutes after you sit down. Definitely get the App as you can easily accumulate points you can trade in for free food. Also if you come with your kids- you can turn their unopened prize in for a free ice cream cone. My favorite is the Deluxe chicken sandwich with cheese. And the frosted lemonade, so good! read more

It is frustrating when you have to repeat yourself numerous times to the employees about what you want to order. You would think it wouldn't be hard to mess up two menu items, but yet i can be wrong. However I don't know how you can ignore the 6'2" guy standing at your counter waiting for an order for 10-15 minutes.
