The "made to order" seems to be the better choice, as what's in the "ready to go" section may well have been sitting around long enough to get soggy. I know this from firsthand experience when some of my General Tso's chicken was the last of what was premade, and the rest was fresh. Not surprisingly, the fresh portion was hot and crispy (and DELICIOUS), and the portion from the premade batch was soggy and lukewarm. There are two chairs in the interior for patrons, so be prepared to stand while your order is filled.
