We ordered food to-go utilizing the drive thru as we were passing through the area but when we arrived home (30 miles away) we realized that they neglected to give an item for the bigger plate combo and they gave us the wrong size of an ala carte item. As we were so far away I called to see if they'd adjust the ticket. They invited me to come back to get the missing item. When I told them the distance they told me that I could drive back (60 miles round trip out of our way) to get the item but that they would not adjust the ticket in any way. The food was excellent, above par for my experience with Panda Express, but the care to ensuring the order is right is sub par and the customer service in this situation was horrendous. We have given this Panda Express 3 tries now. Well, three strikes and you're out. I'm just going to review our experience last night since it was the worst. We ordered through the app. We both got the bigger plate which is three entrees. I ordered beef and broccoli, honey walnut shrimp, sesame chicken with all chow mien no rice. My husband ordered Beijing Beef, Angus Steak dish, mushroom chicken with half rice and half chow mien. Also a 6 piece order of chicken egg rolls and a 10 piece order of crab rations. Ok, so that's what we ordered, now here's what happened and what we ended up with. My honey walnut shrimp was good but that's where it ends. My sesame chicken was dried out, very small pieces, most were just batter with no actual chicken inside and so hard it wasn't edible. My beef and broccoli had at the most one full bite of beef (I'm attaching a photo) and the broccoli was so undercooked it was borderline raw. My chow mien was much more cabbage than noodles. That was the best part of our experience, now for the really interesting part of this ordeal. My husband didn't get half rice, half chow mien. He got all chow mien or I should say cabbage with some chow mien noodles mixed in. He did get the Angus beef dish with no issues. He got pepper chicken. Keep in mind he didn't order pepper chicken, he ordered Beijing Beef. They only gave us 4 egg rolls in the order of 6. We caught this before we left and the girl said they didn't have any more egg rolls and asked if we'd like 2 veggie spring rolls. Ummmm, we paid for chicken egg rolls and they knowingly left 2 out of our order??? We insisted on egg rolls and we were given attitude because they take 8 whole minutes to cook, we said we'd wait. We get home and discover the pepper chicken instead of Beijing Beef so we go back. We were told that they were out of Beijing beef for the night but could exchange it for orange chicken. So again they knowingly altered our order without telling us. We gave up and went home. But wait! The story doesn't end there!!! We went to talk to the manager Anna today. We were nice and polite. We wanted to make her aware of what happened and we wanted some type of compensation for our $47 order that was mostly inedible. She couldn't have cared less. At one point she visibly rolled her eyes. She did offer to give us some food right then. When we told her we appreciate that but we'd already had lunch she offered no other solution and get this, she actually said "I don't know what you want me to do then". One time I waited in the drive thru for 1 hour ( not during opening time). There is no way to leave the line either, there is a divider. Today I made the mistake of not checking the order and made it home. My bowl had brown rice instead of power green vegetables as the side. I drove back to get the order I wanted. I asked out of inconvenience if I could keep the bowl that was made wrong. The manager Glenda said no and had an employee throw it away. Glenda then went to the trash to make sure it was thrown away. Pictures is my greens which is 3 pieces or so of broccoli and then the bottom of a head of cabbage, the entrees are supposed to be shrimp and beef which cost extra. See any beef or shrimp? Just got home from this new Panda after 30 minutes in the drive thru and I have to say I'm disappointed. When I opened the bag containing our 2 meals there was no soy sauce in the bag, who eats Chinese food without using soy sauce? Also no chop sticks were provided nor were they offered. My wife got a single entree bowl with Honey Walnut Chicken and the chow mein noodles. I had the Kung Pao chicken and pepper beef plate with half and half noodles and fried rice. While the entree's and rice were pretty good the noodles were awful, very dry and seemed under cooked, see photo. How do you screw up noodles? Since they just opened and the lines are really long we won't be going back anytime soon, but we'll wait a month or two and give them one more try. read more

We came into the location about an hour after they opened. We tried to order white rice but they didn't have any. When we were choosing our options most everything was empty. I got the impossible orange chicken and it tasted cold and hard like it might have sat overnight. I waited for the honey walnut shrimp because they were all out. When it was ready it also tasted cold- not like something that was just prepared. The tray we were given was all wet so our stuff was wet. Since Covid-19 this Panda Express quality of food is horrible. I ordered a plate orange chicken with fried rice. The chicken didn't have any orange sauce and the batter covering the chicken was as hard as a rock, I think I chiped a tooth. I was dining in and she went to hand a older women food from the pick up shelf i heard her ask if it was door dash or hers the woman said hers she asked for verification simple and handed the women the food. seems like the manager just followed her around didn't help. just seems like she was getting picked on by management like for any reason to find something to pick on I over heard management a few times also seen management just follow her around she asked the women a question then happily handed her food. the manager ran outside and got on her phone seemed strange and felt like it was just to pick on the poor associate. both girls looked very stressed out by management's actions the whole time I was there. feel bad for the associates like they are on edge because of how management is. on top of that they have to do wonderful customer service. i know because the girl gave me great customer service. how do they do it if this is how they get treated. very stressful and uncomfortable environment to work in because of management seen and felt it.
