I saw a coworker going in and told him we were in a hurry and please get my online order. He was very nice and said 3 minutes. Brought it to me. Mushroom chicken and king pao were good but my sons meal with orange chicken was inedible, cold, dry, old and crunchy. The price is fair and the entrees are always delicious, but I've noticed that the rice is often undercooked. I ordered the fried rice this evening and an overwhelming majority of it was undercooked to the point that the inside was hard and even crunchy. It is very off-putting and difficult to enjoy a meal when half of it is nearly inedible. That said, the person who helped me at the window was very friendly even though the inside of the restaurant was busy. Today when he finished, his container was still full...not full of noodles. It was full of cabbage! He dug the noodles out one by one. I tried to be the grown up and eat the veggies with the noodles, but even I had a bowl still full of cabbage left when we walked out. We love PE. I love Panda Express, and I enjoy this specific location...usually. HOWEVER, I've had an experience multiple times at this location, and I can no longer be quiet about it. This Panda Express runs out of soy sauce way too much. I understand that mistaken happen okay? But this happens so often... more often than not. And it doesn't even happen late at night before they close; it happens late afternoon. Maybe I just need help understanding management. Maybe they just are struggling with inventory. Maybe it's a supplier issue. But I just need to express how distraught I am about this. I hope this issue is fixed soon. Very bad experience at panda Express today. My wifes plate was ok but very dry fried rice. My plate was a two plate dinner of Brocolli Beef and Orange Chicken with Super Greens. When I picked it up there was ,1 yes ONE piece Beef and only Broccoli in both sides instead of Super Greens. I took it back and the first guy was very rude. He pointed at thte Broccoli and said those are super Greens. I said No that is Broccoli ONLY. The second guy who I take it was the Manager was rude as well. When they finally got around to remaking it, I had 3, yes THREE very small pieces of Beef, and again only BROCCOLI. Everything was super dry, the Orange Chicken was hard and again, no Beef or Super Greens. A complete waste of $20. And not even a decent apology. We won't be back to this Panda Express! I went through the drive thru and ordered the 2 beyond chicken with chow mein for my plate. They told me it would be awhile because they were out. Finally after waiting forever I left the drive thru with my food. When I got home I noticed they gave me 1 thing of beyond orange chicken and the other half regular orange chicken. I'm vegan, I was beyond upset. I called the store and they told me to bring my food in and they'll make it correct. I get there and they refused to remake my plate and gave me a side of beyond orange chicken. If you've never had Panda Express before, be aware: there's less meet & veg and more rice. I'd say there is less food for the price than other Chinese takeout places; But it's not less food than I need. And everything tastes healthier and fresher. Cashew shrimp is the best. Although I cannot account for the experience's of others, this is my favorite Panda Express I've been to! I'm a college student so fast food is a regular occurrence in my diet, and I go to Panda around once every two weeks (but sometimes once a week) The food is good, on par with other Panda's, my favorite is just a bowl with white rice and orange chicken. I would say this is my favorite Panda because of the service I receive. I am always greeted with a smile, and a few of the workers make the effort to remember me and some even try to guess my order or completely remember it. 4/5 for food as well as the friendly staff there. read more

More than unsatisfied with the service I just received. Younger employee gave my food to a couple before me. they were already to their car about to pull off. He sent the employee back to recoup the food. I asked if I would get new food he said no. I went on to tell him I was uncomfortable eating food someone had already left the restaurant with as they might have already started at it. He continued and tried to get me to PAY FOR IT. I typically like Panda Express and prefer it over other restaurants however, I was waiting for my food a few days ago and although the workers at the front were wearing gloves, the two workers preparing meat and rice in the back were not. I watched the employee making rice stick his fingers on the rice to get it off the utensil and into the container. Then, he proceeded to take a scoop and move the rice to another container but he put his hand on top of each scoop of rice and put his hand all over the rice contaminating it wearing no gloves. I did not get the name of this employee but it is unacceptable and needs to be taken care of before I will be returning to this particular restaurant. read more

I have been to other Panda Express restaurants and none of them have been as good as the Stillwater location. I frequently drive through here, have tried at least half of the items on the menu, and 95% of the time my food is fresh and hot no matter the time of day or night. I must admit my standards for fast food Chinese are pretty low, but I have always been satisfied. Portions are quite large, which is good considering most times I come here I expect to pay ~$10 once you factor in a drink. I have also had very positive customer service here. Drive-thru attendants have been very friendly and efficient for the most part. I can only recall one time that I received the wrong order, but that was during a busy time of night and they were quick to fix the problem. I have also noticed that about 65% of the time, if I roll up later in the evening (~60-30 minutes before closing time) and they are out of a menu item I order, they will cook it for me instead of telling me they are out. They have even offered me a free drink while I wait on it to be ready. That's great customer service. I have worked for several years in food service and I know how annoying it can be to dirty up a grill or fryer for one person while you're trying to close, but the staff here seem to be managed well. Serving and dining areas seem to be kept pretty clean. The only reason I give them 4 stars is because of their longer wait times at the drive-thru. Even during slow times of the day, I sometimes have to wait upwards of 7-10 minutes in line for my food. The longest wait was almost 30 minutes! But hey, if they have to sacrifice drive-thru times for fresher food, I'm fine with that. read more

I went to this Panda Express for he first time tonight. I ordered Honey Walnut Chicken, Kung Pow Chicken and steamed rice. The HWC and the KPC tasted like the standard you would get from Panda Express anywhere else but holy crap the rice was absolutely awful. It tasted like bits of steamed notebook paper. I put everything on it from soy sauce, chili sauce and sweet and sour sauce and nothing could resurrect that crap from the dead. I ordered the grilled teriyaki chicken with chow mein and when I got home to eat it, I saw that there was no teriyaki sauce, the chicken had been burnt and the chow mein was mainly onions instead of noodles. I would absolutely never go here again. The food is tasty, IF they even have what you want prepared and IF they cook it all the way. Almost every time I'm there they are out of everything, so I started ordering in advance. I thought this would help them prepare and have my food ready when I got there, but still no. They opened 40 minutes late one day and the food they served me still wasn't fully cooked, my chicken was gross and slimy, my rice was still hard and impossible to chew. If they could get cooking and time management down, this would be a great place, the food can taste amazing.
