Maybe we should have done the drive thru too. The dining area air conditioning was set too low for the 70 degree February day in Washington, UT. Waiting all that time for our food, we really felt the cold temp and after 10 minutes we wished we had brought our coats in with us. We barely sat down before it was brought out. We tried each of their 3 sauces - all were tasty but for an overall favorite, we both liked the green (medium heat) Huscatay sauce. Actually the rice was very tasty before adding a sauce. Just the chicken improved by adding the extra flavor of a sauce. As usual, a crowd follows us, so by the time we left, a crowd was rolling in. But we'll come back soon and try something new.
