I am absolutely delighted to say that I am obsessed with this Taco Bell and the incredible employees working the night shift, MEGA SHOUTOUT TO HANNAH, DAYSON & DERRICK You guys made our night, especially after going to McDonald's and being disturbingly let down when we pulled up and the manager telling us they're closed when they're clearly not. So shoutout Taco Bell for being so good. You are a little pricier but respect, we love you. read more

Service sucks!! I've been waiting over 15 minutes for an order that was ordered ahead of time, but plenty of time but no, it still takes them 20 minutes now. Don come here unless you don't care about time!!! read more

Absolutely terrible experience. The customer service was awful. The lady had a rude attitude from the moment she took the order until the end , and the staff in the front the cashier was even worse. Order was messed up and vibes were ruined. Save your money and go to a taco truck !! read more

What are the worst places to wait for food on earth this place has gone downhill so much. Used to be a great place back in the day. It's horrible now. You walk in there there's nothing but machines they try to think that's going to make it faster. It's actually slow slower. We waited 25 minutes for our food. Four other people were standing there waiting for Service. They didn't want to use the machines either. Absolutely the worst place to eat on earth don't go there unless you got a couple hours to wait for your food. They might as well lock their doors and not let anyone go in and dine and eat. Everything's trying to be automated this place just sucks. read more

First time there and got the worst experience a girl worker she was short and I had ask her what kind of deals they had and she kept rushing me and when I went to the window I was getting help by someone else and she gave me this rude look and rolled her eyes never going there again but other then that the food came quick! read more

Almost never write reviews, especially bad ones. But I literally JUST left this location and it was a terrible experience. The guy at the drive thru was so rude with attitude and condescending when we asked for sauces and pointed at the bag. Acts like he hates his job, not our fault, so don't take it out on us. read more

Mary was super helpful with fixing our order. Super understanding about dietary restrictions. Very much appreciated, thank you Mary!

came through the drive thru, couldn't even get my order right after we said what we wanted twice, came in to pay for something that wasn't added and then the same girl who rung us up earlier just puts our food down, couldn't call our name or anything. I work night shift too, not that hard to just call out a name or have any courtesy read more

Usually not the type to complain but when you wait for over two hours to leave with cold food is raging and also for those long hours they seemed to not get the order right and forgot some of my items. read more

This is one of the slowest Taco Bells I've come across. They don't have cashiers any more so you have to order via their Taco Bell App or use their in-store kiosks. Even then, the chefs can't get the orders right. read more

There's a promotion in the app encouraging customers to order through the app with discounts. I ordered before I left my house to pick up in the drive thru, and I am currently the 15th car in line. They closed the lobby. I called to ask if I could come in to pick up my food, and I was told they are too busy and was hung up on. I have been waiting already 15 minutes with a long wait ahead of me. I ordered ahead of time so I didn't have to wait. And they really had the audacity to hang up on me. I understand being understaffed and not being able to do something about it. It doesn't excuse your poor business and customer service. My food will probably be cold by the time I even get to the window. Update- one hour later, I got my cold food. My cinnamon twists had no cinnamon. They made fun of my boyfriends voice when he ordered. I am appalled. read more

You can't come to a fast food restaurant expecting to compare it to fancier restaurants, but it's allowed to compare them to other fast food restaurants. So what if my hard shell taco was cracked, it's a hard shell for crying out loud, it cracks when you breathe on it. My food was delightful, everything was correct, and they even swapped out my cinnatwists for chips and queso. BLESSED. The service was a little lacking. I'm a big advocate of no matter where you are or what you do, do it well. A person can have an awesome experience if you are awesome at your job--simply flashing a smile and making sure all my sauces are in my bag will suffice. All in all, great. Taco Bell is my comfort food and I don't see that changing for a while. TIPS & TRICKS: * "$5 Cravings Deal" is a little more now, maybe $6ish? Swap out the Chalupa for the Cheesy Gordita Crunch and you've got it made! read more

Very slow service ! Ordered on their screen and chose the option to pay cash . No one came to assist and I was waiting for 15 min while seeing other door dashers come in and get their food . Finally stood next to the machine until they finally acknowledged me and said if I've been helped. Told her I was wondering what's going on with my order and she's like oh it's here on my system and it will be another 10 minutes. Seriously takes 25 min to get my food ? read more

Terrible service--waited 25 minutes for two burritos when we were the only people in the restaurant. Several cars ordered and got through the drive-thru during the time I was waiting. Comfort Food at its finest! this Taco bell has a clean feel and i couldn't be more pumped about the location! On the Boulevard and right by DSU! if you order a couple things separately the bill can add up pretty quick... but what I recommend: get the 5 dollar box. it changes often and it lets you try all the good food taco bell has to offer. but no matter what happens, the NACHO SUPREME will always be my true love. Came here after a long drive because it was really the only thing open at midnight. Placed my order and went to my hotel room. When I pulled my food out only half of my order was correct. Really disappointed because I was very hungry. Nothing worst then being hungry and not getting the food you ordered. Please be careful when packing food and maybe take the extra step and confirm the order before you hand people the wrong order. I'm sure someone else's order was also wrong. read more

My spouse went through the drive through last night and placed his order great experience. When he got home he noticed our order was wrong, I called & spoke with the manager whom was such a sweetheart The manager remembered the order we checked the receipt she had charged and done everything just as we wanted it but unfortunately the food was the incorrect order. Taco Bell - not Cinnabon Delights 12 Pack - Fast Food Near Me - Saint George, Utah

Taco Bell is the way to go if you want cheap decent Mexican food. However sometimes the drive through line can take up to 10-15 minitues just for a single taco. One of the best items on the menu was the steak queseritio. It was so cheesy and had warm, steak, beans, and rice. But before Covid, they got rid of it, along with many other items. It it a little frustrating having to find my new favorite thing at taco bell, but the new 5$ Chalupa box is so crispy yet satisphying. Also, to get to taco bell is not a far drive from all over town. Lastly the service is not to bad at all, as the cashier is always friendly read more

$3.50 for a Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunch. And I get whatever this is. No cheese at all in the outer layer and because of that it makes everything super dry. A fast, clean restaurant for a tasty meal. I stopped with my husband and kids for a quick bite on our annual road trip at this Taco Bell. Food: Good - We ordered a 12 taco box of crunchy tacos and a Cantino Power Burrito - steak. We all enjoyed the food. We all agreed the food was tasty, hot, fresh, and exactly what we expected. Service: Good - We were greeted when we came in. The women at the counter was friendly and took our order efficiently. We had just filled our sodas when our order was called by name. We felt like the service was timely and efficient. A employee even stopped by our table to ask us how everything was and if we needed anything. Facility and Cleanliness: Good - The dining area looked clean and up-to-date. We felt comfortable and all tables and chairs were clean and fresh. The bathrooms were also kept clean and my daughter was not grossed out by anything in the women's restroom. There was even a sign posted that said the bathrooms were checked for cleanliness every 30 minutes and if we noticed anything that needed attention to please let an employee know. Recommend: Yes - I would recommend this Taco Bell for a quick tasty bite to eat. read more

We went to this St. George location after the Taco Bell in Hurricane ran out of beans! How does that happen?! It's just ridiculous! I don't know what the previous reviewer is talking about though. This location was clean and empty, and the workers were fast and subservient. Also, they had so much Baja Blast that the worker literally overflowed the cup and spilled a bunch all over the place. One more thing, this location is cheaper than Hurricane because the crispy potato soft taco was $1.09 here but $1.19 in Hurricane. So, if you're looking for regular menu items then this Taco Bell is for you. If you like all the weird stuff on the menu like the previous reviewer then you might need to try another one. But watch out for the Hurricane branch because they run out of beans. read more
