Came in with no one ahead of me. Was told I needed to wait to a few orders ahead of me. Screen only showed three, but watching the staff work there was like watching the sloths at the DMV in the movie Zootopia. After ten minutes of waiting left. DISGUSTING!!! I have never left a review before but I couldn't not after visiting this location. The service was TRASH. All the sodas were out, ketchup was out, the manager lady was so grumpy. Food was good, no complaints. However, actually ordering and receiving the food was not great. I went through the drive-thru and I ordered a meal for my wife, and an additional fry and drink for me. While ordering, I had to repeat the order 3 times, after paying and leaving I get home to find no additional medium fry. This isn't the biggest deal in the world, but after repeating myself 3 times and finding that the order still wasn't right was a bit frustrating. To add, the attitude of the two women I interacted with was sub-par. Both seemed to hate working, or just wasn't having a nice day. More often than not, this type of service is mostly of fault of the owner/manager. Either they're not getting paid enough, or the environment is awful. Do better. read more

We ordered 2 bowls of chili, a six piece chicken nugget and a jr bacon burger. They were out of potatoes, ranch dressing and the wait was over 5 minutes..but we had a front row view of the employees throwing chicken nuggets in the dining room. In addition when we opened the chili, they had literally torn hamburger patties into thirds and shoved them into the chili. It was disgusting and discarded. read more

First, the good part...Happy to receive a good Wendy's double for $2. Best bargain of the year. Now the bad parts...the counter service was very disorganized. Had to wait several minutes as they were dealing with confusion over multiple DoorDash orders. Then I had to wait additional minutes for my food to arrive (close to 10 minutes total). But here's the really bad part. This restaurant has a TV available, but it was turned off at the time. I asked the person at the counter if the TV could be turned on for the NCAA Women's Basketball national title game, but the response I received was curt and rude after a couple minutes of waiting. "We don't have a remote," he said. I have been in the restaurant on days when the TV was on and working just fine. With the counter person's response, I'm genuinely embarrassed I bothered to ask. There's no real point to bother coming back to this Wendy's again after treatment like that. read more

Wendy's on Tenth East is terrible. They have never had coffee ready for breakfast customers whenever I have gone there. Today, after somewhere between 5-10 minutes, and after they had me pull forward with no one behind me, I went inside and they still had not filled my order. On the counter was one of the worker's orders they filled before completing mine. Tabitha, who claimed to be the manager, was rude, who at first claimed to not know the store number, was the main problem. Ten minutes + to get my completed order, attitude by the worker Tabitha means I go to the franchisee to let them know, they are driving customers away. The store # is 5061. At least that is the number Tabitha gave me. I should have recorded this incident...that is my only regret. Tabitha needs to find another job. And through discovery, we need to know if she falsely claimed being the manager. read more

I've eaten at THIS Wendy's 4x and each time, things got worse and worse! We arrived early evening and the dining room was supposed to be open until 9:00 p.m (according to the sign on the door). nope....not today! "Can't eat inside". So we reluctantly went through the drive-through. The staff were VERY rude and when I asked for Ketchup, it was practically thrown at me. Piss-poor customer service! They can't even get a VERY simple order correct (we had to send the burger back 2 times). All I wanted on it was: mayo, mustard and cheese. I got Ketchup, pickles, and lettuce! REALLY???? They either need to do a MAJOR overhaul of staff or a MAJOR training session with current employees! Whatever they do, it won't matter as I DEFINITELY will NOT be back to this location. We arrived shortly before the dining room closed which could have caused some grumbling by employees but not this crew. Crew leader Scott was very appreciative of our business regardless of the time.
