I'm normally a Jimmy John's enjoyer. I get it probably once a month or so when I'm too busy at work to think about something else. This time though I was sorely disappointed enough to write a review. First of all it took forever for my food to be delivered. Nearly 45 minutes for my food, which would normally be okay but I'm less than a 5 minute drive, even on a very busy day. The food itself was disappointing and I didn't realize it until halfway through my sandwich but the bread was dusted in some sort of grey ? I shouldn't have to clean my sandwich before I eat it. My drink was wrong. I'll still probably go again in a month or so but I'm very disappointed in my experience this time. read more

Freaking fast service! By the time I paid, my sandwich was ready! Ordered the meal deal ($10), which I learned from the email that was sent to me. I added ham for .99 to the Vito, and it became the Italian Night Club ... awesomeness! This meal also included a bag of chips, a drink and a choice of cookies or brownie. I chose the Fudge Chocolate Brownie which was delicious. My sandwich was also very fresh and delicious. The dining area was big enough for large tables with at least 6 chairs! I used to come here everyday for lunch. I often brought colleagues and made work calls on my lunch break. Sometimes I just wanted a reprieve from my workday. HOWEVER they have started to play the music way too loud. You cannot even have a pleasant conversation without yelling. That being said I will be finding another daily lunch spot as well as recommending this as a go to lunch spot. Too bad the employees play the music for themselves to listen to without considering their customers. This is not a club or college party. Freaky Fast!!! Delicious and faster than fast are everything you would expect at this Jimmy John's. I usually pick "JJ"for lunch because they are fast and truly reliable on their sandwiches quality. One of my all time favorite subs is "Gargantuan". I get the giant size and it is the Bomb!!! Sandwich is often ready within a minute of ordering. You'll get to see they make sandwiches right in front of you using all fresh ingredients which really makes the difference. Loveee their great quality of soft bread, meat is nicely cut and super fresh vegetables. Their special Kickin' Ranch sauce is also pretty tasty. And if you like spicy, ask for hot peppers, it's optional on all sandwiches, so don't pass them up. This restaurant is always clean, very well maintained. The team behind the counter is great, friendly and attentive. Incredibly fast even when it's super busy. They don't have a drive thru unfortunately but delivery and catering are always available. I love everything about JJ. It's always fast and delicious. I honestly would pick it over Subway any day. This is the best place for sub lovers, you just can't beat the price or quality anywhere else. Absolutely a must try!!! Easy 5 stars for "speed, service and quality" for this location!!! read more

Terrible service! Staff didn't even say welcome in or will be right with you. Staff seemed absolutely irritated and unapproachable. Disappointing that a big name doesn't want my money... with six staff members plus present not one of them welcomed me nor attempted to take my order. There's more than one register for a reason. I have never been disappointed at any Jimmy John's but the service here was just a bit friendlier. The french bread has exactly the same great quality every time at every store. The perfect fit for any selection and really makes the sandwich. I tried the Chicken Ceaser Salad warp and was happy with the quality and taste but I will stick with the sandwiches in the future. read more

I love the sandwiches there. But what kills me is that they have an entire crew of teens that don't adhere to health code via wearing hair nets. If you're gonna work on a line or restaurant of any kind you have to wear a hairnet. Staff in general were nice enough but definitely need to work on the customer service experience. If anyone is noticing, as the order is taken the line goes to work, selecting your bread type and size, sandwich components, extras, Mayo, mustard, dressing, on sandwich or on side, pickles, peppers, sprouts, chips. Cookies. Drink. By the time you've made your selections and paid...your sandwich is complete. BTW they will cut it upon request. Excellent tuna, great roast beef, yummy turkey and tasty ham. There is an assorted Italian meats and cheeses sandwich as well. There are no chicken salads, or egg salads. Jimmy John's doesn't pretend to be any thing more than what it is. A fast sandwich shop. Fresh, made to order sandwiches. Appealing to the eye. No laid out, dried out portion controlled meats staring at you from behind the counter. No pictures of sandwiches that are bigger and more attractive in the pictures than on the plate. No spokesman sitting in jail! Their product is fantastic, their service is top notch. I have eaten there for over 10 years, but no more. About three months ago I signed up for their "rewards" program, which looked pretty good. Like most rewards programs, the more you buy, the quicker you get your rewards. Today I was expecting a free sandwich because I had qualified with my purchases. I was told that my awards had "expired". I asked the cashier what the program was, how long my points were good, etc. etc. and he couldn't answer any of my questions. I was never told that there was an expiration date on my points. I've had a rewards card at Subway for over 10 years and it's still honored, which is where I'll be eating from now on. read more

This Jimmy John's is the best one because the one of Bluff seems to be run by a bunch of teenagers who act like they were hired 4 days ago. The service is really fast. Usually by the time I get my card back in my wallet the sandwich is done, but despite the speed they don't sacrifice accuracy because they've never messed up my order. I love going to JJ's for my lunch break because I know I won't have to waste a lot of my precious break time waiting around to order, waiting for my food, etc. The sandwiches themselves are really good. The bread is amazing and the meats and cheeses taste like like they came out of an upscale deli. I usually spend about 6 bucks and that gets me a pretty big sandwich. They say they deliver but I was less than 3 miles away and they wouldn't deliver because it was too far away. What the heck Jimmy Johns!
