Idk who upset the little guy at the front of the line, but this dude gave me like 1/3 of a portion. I got 3 hard tacos with rice, beans and sofritas. This Chipotle was a complete disappointment. The rice was undercooked, the steak was dry and flavorless, and the overall preparation was shockingly careless. It's hard to believe this location is even open clearly, they have people working in the kitchen who have probably never cooked before, and basic cleanliness and attention to detail are non existent. Honestly, Taco Bell is far better than this. This is an embarrassment to the brand, and I cannot recommend it to anyone who expects properly prepared, flavorful food. read more

Every time I go here I get helped by the same person. He's a tall guy and he does a great job, very friendly and willing to help. Just about every other employee here does the exact opposite unfortunately... they just stare while you wait and look at you like someone else will deal with it. The constantly have new people and the issue I find is just the inconsistency, I get you have to learn how to do the job but I'm about to order and the guy in front of me got way to much rice so they end taking some out the bowl and putting it back. The guy training tells him just throw it in the bowl don't put it back just a quick scoop. Then I get a bowl with double chicken, the second scoop is half a scoop legitimately then he proceeds to take half that scoop out like he thought he out tho much?? I could tell he was nervous with the guy looking he this shoulder which is why he took half out so I ended up with normal chicken paying for double. Retainer should have fixed my order, I mentioned what happened at the register saying that's not double chicken but he just sorry about that and proceeds to charge me anyways. Employees don't know basic food handling, health and wear gloves while making food and working the cash register. When I made a comment to the employee to remove gloves when working the cash register, I was given a response of "Would you like to stick around and tell me how to do my job the rest of the day." Absolutely shocked at how an employee and potentially manager would respond in such a way. Will be a long time before I go back to any chipotle. read more

This location not so much, upon arrival all of the tables were filthy, so when someone accidentally took our pick up order we had no where to sit. That's bad when no one is in the dining area. I looked around thinking it was because they're short handed, but even the glass by the food was covered in grease. food was good and was pretty clean overall but the lady serving me was actually tweaking, she was going super fast throwing me food around on my burrito. additionally when she initially asked me what i wanted while warming my tortillas i said brown rice black beans and chicken, she then proceeded put the complete opposite stuff on my burrito and had to wipe it off and restart. Restaurant was dirty, so even though there was only one couple in the restaurant at the time we sat down, we had to sit right next to them because nothing had been cleaned yet. The food upon walking up to the glass counter looked like it had been sitting all day & food particles were everywhere in the kitchen, the only thing that looked decent was the chicken. Therefore, my wife and I got the chicken in burrito and bowl form. Same ingredients, not a single topping was different and the both of us got food poisoning. Felt how bad it was on our road trip back home to lake powell, had to pull over several times. All of last night into today have been miserable, I strongly advise not going to this location by any means. Came today at 7:38 on April 18. 3 boys on shift and one girl. No one asked how they could help us. When we tried to order steak, the girl said they didn't have any, and when we tried to get lettuce, she said they were out. We asked how long it would take to wait for steak, and she said she didn't know. After 1 of us ordered chicken, one of the boys came up and said there was steak behind her. I ordered barbacoa and she went to the back to get it but would not fill up the front tray. They cut the steak but not any lettuce. If you close at 10:00 why wouldn't you have steak or lettuce at 7:30? Really unfriendly staff, and I'm surprised they were "out" of food 2 and a half hours before close. read more

Passing through for a bite to eat & first they were already out of brisket at 11:30am, so I got chicken instead. The chicken was SUPER dry & inedible. It tasted like it was left out overnight. First time to this location. Service was exceptional. I ordered Salad. Even though they started with fresh lettuce, some was slightly wilted, yet still edible. I forgot my cc and cashier said go eat now and return with payment, which I did. I then ordered chips. Was not happy with them. They were thicker than I remember from my days in Northern Virginia. This review is for the new location off the Washington Pkwy exit (not listed). Order for 12 people placed online hours prior to pickup. Left a good tip... I arrived on time and my order was not ready. I asked for an ETA and all they could say was "It'll be a while". It was apparent that they hadn't even started making the order. The place was not too busy. They began scrambling to get me squared away. While I waited I was offered something to drink and some 50% off coupons for my trouble. When the order was handed over to me, I found that I was shorted a large guacamole and was provided no utensils/napkins/etc. I was directed to the self serve area to gather what I needed. I later found out that one of my employees' burrito got steak instead of the barbacoa that was ordered, while another order (bowl) was missing it's carne asada completely. Aside from leaving an honest review and never returning, I wish I could take back the tip that they didn't earn. I order lunches weekly for my crew and went out on a limb with this place (especially considering all the food contamination issues they've had over the years). I haven't had chipotle in over a decade, but I remember enjoying their food when they first hit the scene. Now I'm completely turned off by thought of this place and at the very least, I cannot recommend this location. Guacamole was good as was the queso blanco... but the burrito I ordered wasn't worth the gray hair. read more
