I called the restaurant back at 5:57 to ask them to replace the error and I was met with abysmal customer service, a lack of communication and an inexcusable argument consisting of a 30 minute fight on the phone to replace the error. I was met with an abrasive attitude that lacked any desire to remedy the mistake that was made. I spoke with the delivery lady and she told me there was not a way to fix the error. I then requested to talk to a manger and was told the manager was not there. 10 seconds later the delivery lady said the manager was there and passed the phone to her.... I was then given two options, 1) they would deliver the correct food but I would have to pay the $3.50 delivery fee. 2) I would be able to receive the correct food next time I ordered for free and still have to pay a minimum delivery cost and the delivery fee. Basically telling me I would have to pay either way for their mistake. I then was told the manager said they would deliver the food for free. I was held on the phone for over half an hour, which is noted in the attached picture. It is now 8:13 almost 2 hours from when I was told the correct food was on its way. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant. This is the epitome of a business that has no regard or care for their customers.
