Used to come here all the time because it was close to our previous apartment. While the serving sizes are still a good portion, the quality isn't the same as it used to be. The orange chicken was too sweet maybe because there was so much extra sauce which was off putting since I was craving lunch not dessert flavor. The beef in the broccoli beef was chewy and there was something hard in it that was neither beef nor broccoli maybe cartilage but not intended to be in the recipe. Not pleasant to bite into. While the person at the drive thru was nice, this location really needs to invest in a mobile wallet payment scanner like other local drive thrus have. For someone to have me unlock my phone and then hand it to them where they use it somewhere out of sight doesn't seem great from a personal information compliance standpoint plus if the cashier were to drop my phone and the screen broke, is Panda going to reimburse for glass screen replacement? If you're paying with mobile I highly recommend either going inside this location since they aren't set up for modern payment methods yet in their drive thru or going to a drive thru elsewhere where they scan your phone at the drive thru window and you don't have to hand it off to someone. read more

Ordered fried rice with beef and broccoli. Rice was barely cooked and dry. Broccoli barely cooked hard as a rock. Couldn't eat any of it!!

This location is frequently completely out of entree's, and I highly suggest you don't order a bowl here. They hardly put anything in them, far less than other locations I've been to. The white rice is also quite dry and tough, like it came from yesterdays batch or something read more

I have yet to find a Panda Express who makes their orange chicken with a consistent taste. Which feels like a lottery ticket... it's either super spicy to point it's just not fun especially when orange chicken is known to be sweet. but when it's sweet it's super super good! Which is heart breaking honestly because it love orange chicken from panda when they get sweet. The friend rice is very very bland. So the taste is underwhelming. so the lack of consistency while also pricing their food high is just not worth it. their service is normally slow and they don't greet their customers. The ambiance isn't there either which is sad because I love when restaurants get the ambiance going and it feels like you are being immersed into a new part of life! read more

I try not to be a Negative Nellie, in fact, I usually look for the best in situations. So I'll start with the positive. The drive through was efficient and didn't take too long to whip through, place my order and then get my food. The lady at the window was friendly. However, when you visit a restaurant, it's the food that you're after. And today's food was a bit of a let down. The rice was dry; hard actually. I'm sure it had been sitting out in the warmer for quite some time. The orange chicken had a bad taste to it-I couldn't even finish it. The beef was not much better. In fact, I took a few bites and then tossed the entire thing. It's a shame, really. Having drive through options out this way is really convenient. But I don't want to spend $12 for a meal that ends up in the trash. read more

Great service, quick, consistent taste, clean. Everything to ask for at a fast food place, would recommend.

I love the food here. Now and forever. And it's always fast and warm. I have no bad things to say.

Broccoli with a single sliver of beef. Might as well asked for a plate of veggies. Asked for sauce at the drive-thru and was given none. Worst order I've ever had. read more

I ordered on the app and the food was ready almost right away. I love the huge portions and the food tasted super fresh and amazing

This location used to be good and consistent beginning of 2023. But these past couple months the food is inedible. A lot of the entrees tastes like dried out bread and find random cartilage consistency pieces inside of it. read more

Told me broccoli beef would be 5 min wait. After 20 mins I was tired of waiting and asked for a refund. They said they can't issue refunds. I wouldn't have ordered if I knew it was going to take 30 mins. The person in the car next to me had been waiting even longer. Good food normally. read more

I'm not sure what the negative reviews are all about, but all I can assume is that they are outdated. I don't normally take the time to go out of my way to compliment a "fast" food restaurant (although I should when it's deserved), but my experience today has definitely compelled me to do so. I ordered online for pick up and noticed my order was not completely correct once I got home. I had promised my kids a "treat" and was a bit torn as to whether or not I wanted to drive all the way back or not, but when I called, someone offered to deliver us our order. I was blown away at how fast and polite the service was and I believe it was the manager that delivered it himself. Honestly the service alone will bring us back to this location in particular. Happy kids = happy mom =) read more

Rushed over to get food. Got there at 937 and they said they closed at 930. The door and online state 10 pm. Very frustrating.

This was he crappiest food I've ever been stupid enough to pay for. You're guaranteed to hate it if you go there. Too many horrible things to talk about, so I'll just simply say: "Yuck". What a waste of my hard-earned money. If this was what all fast food restaurants were like, I would stay home and eat moldy day-old peanut butter sandwiches. Hey one positive note, the building looks nice. read more

i ordered from uber eats. this people didn't include utensils, or teriyaki sauce for my order of $50 dollars. why should tip uber or these people when they can take the time to make sure the order is complete. $50 dollars and can't add utensils or sauce. the uber driver should have at make sure they got sauces or utensils. read more

Heard they had a $20 family deal. Tried ordering and was told could only do it through the app. It would be $34 otherwise. Pulled around to the parking lot, and tried to order through the app. Although it was over an hour to closing, the app would not let us place the order. It gave a pickup time of approx 35 minutes, then said there was an error. It then offered a pick up time approx 5 minutes later (40ish minutes). Tried placing the order again, got the same error. The app then showed no more pickup times available. What a scam. If they hadn't screwed up our order two weeks prior, and forgot our mushroom chicken, I might give them the benefit of a doubt. After two bad experiences in a row, they've proudly earned their 1 star rating. read more

I'm really disappointed with the service. My husband had a really bad experience in another location so he got free entree cards (2). Now I went to use them and they told me I need to pay for the rice and chow mein, which I didn't have a problem with, but they gave a little tiny box for the entree's. When I went to pay for the rice and chow mein, they were charging me $12.60 I was confused and I asked why I was paying that much for chow mein and rice? Somebody else came and asked me "what's the problem?" (Making it seem like I WAS the problem) So I explained the situation. They took forever to figure the coupons out and at the end the two "FREE entree's" were worth $3 (total). It doesn't seem right or fair! After these 2 poor experiences, we WILL NOT give your businesses another shot. Thanks for the attempt but your franchises really need some serious coaching on customer service and your business model stinks if a dinner entree is a small box containing about 3 fork fulls of meat. Stop being cheap and get with the program! Adios Panda Express! Your food is good but your portions stink. read more

Savery (Sady G) from South Jordan UT was very rude rushing me to get my choice of entry.. she look at me like if I dint know what to order ... there's was only one customer behind me but the tone and rudeness she put me so nervous that I feel so pressure ... also she was telling me that I need to fast choose my entry...the entry bowls where empty most of them ... she said the rice was going to take 9 minutes and the Shrimp 4 minutes and didn't told me about the teriyaki chicken...she also ask me so rude the entry wen I told her twice I wanted the mushroom one .. she just stay quite because it was her fault she did not put it before but she ask me again thinking I that I didn't tell her ... also she took for ever to give me my entry (teriyaki chicken )as it was ready along time ..I had to go get it because they never gave it to me and it took more than 10 minutes like 16 approximately... I went with my family to eat a nice dinner but after that situation I was not hungry no more ... she even change her tag name from Sady to Edgar literally she was acting so inmature..the manager said her name was Savery but on her Tag said her name was Edgar ..she forgot probably that on the receipt also had her name (Sady G) as the Server...she would go back and forth to chat and laughed with her co-workers and they where looking at me laughing that everyone in the dining room heard it .. I felt uncomfortable so I just waited for my family to finish so we can leave ... I mentioned the situation to the Manager but he acted like he didn't care ... he went with her and staring chatting but she was laughing I never want to go back to that Panda Express after that horrible experience at South Jordan UT #3088 read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been a fan of Panda Express forever. We moved to the district area about 2 years ago, and I have since gotten such a gross taste in my mouth for Panda Express. Every time without fail, our food is gross. The rice is crunchy, the broccoli is barely cooked, the orange chicken is soggy, they forget sauces (like teriyaki sauce with my teriyaki chicken), the noodles are dried out, the list goes on. After probably 6-8 attempts with dismal results, I will never return to this location. Now... to build up the courage to try panda again at a different location.... read more

I tried this location today and had a great experience. This is an new location so the restaurant is nice and clean, Food tasted great and was fresh. The two Ladies on the front were very friendly, I will definitely be back to this location. This is my local Panda so I've been here several times. The food is what it is. It's standard Panda Chinese food and for those of us who love it, it's always consistently great. But I'm leaving this 4-star review for the service at this specific location. In the many times we've been here, there have been a few mix ups, but every single time the staff has gone above and beyond to make it right. They are courteous and polite. They know when they are busy and when you go into the store they greet you and tell you upfront if there's going to be a little bit of a wait. The drive thru is always busy so I recommend going into the store to order and take out. I've been to numerous other Pandas around SLC but I always come back here because of the service and mostly always fresh food. read more

Read a lot of terrible reviews for this location. We went about thirty minutes before closing. All entrees were full. The food was fresh, and they made us rangoons when they were out. Nicest Panda we have been to. Clean and nice atmosphere! read more

I love Panda Express, but this place is the worse Panda Express I've ever seen. Waited half an hour in the drive thru, the food wasn't ready and they asked me to wait for 5 minutes, but I waited over half an hour more just for a f...ing Angus Steak even though the restaurant wasn't busy at all. Don't come to this place. Employees are very incompetent. The worse experience I've had in a Panda Express. read more

Good customer service manager wendy looks like she loves her job every time i go on Sunday afternoon

Alright. I'm leaving a review because of one person. Arissa was KICKING BUTT tonight. She was friendly and focused and genuinely? Running that whole line like it was nothing, handling serving every single order, helping doordash drivers, offering accurate time estimates on food, clearly communicating with her team, asked for help when she needed it? As a former restaurant manager I'm honestly wordlessly impressed. Give her a raise! Ellie at cash was also super nice and didn't look flustered at all putting together all kinds of orders. Y'all did great tonight! read more

I don't do reviews and I'm generally a happy guy that will be happy and just go with it. But..... today..... oh today.... Very slow service. Both inside and out. Waited 1 hour in drive thru and the line inside, that snaked to the parking lot didn't look much better. I'll be honest.... Happens every time. Never gets better. Nothing is ever fresh here and they are always out of everything. Having been to Panda Express hundreds of times this has to be one of the slowest and least efficient. I'm guessing an over haul of the whole management is in order. Find somewhere else if you can! read more

I love Panda Express but this location is terrible. Twice I have gone through the drive through and ordered only to have me wait in the parking lot for the food to get ready. When they brought me my food, part of my order wasn't even there. This last time I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes waiting to order and I decided to just drive away. Idk what was going on or if the speaker was broken. All I know is that no one came out to explain what the issue was and with the track record they have I figured I'd just leave and give a one star review. Panda Express food is great. But the crew you have at this location has issues. read more

Food always cooked to perfection and very warm when received! Lovely customer service!

I had ordered a plate and the orange chicken I wanted was out and three different employees said they'd bring me the orange chicken when it was ready. Customers were piling up, including the drive thru, but they all got their orange chicken orders when it was ready except for me. I went up there to ask about it when they said they were out again and they'll bring it to me when the next batch was ready. That next batch came & went and my husband went up next to ask about it and was told we had to wait until the next batch was ready. We were already finished eating by that point. We waited for awhile longer, but ended up leaving. We should've gotten our money back but we were on a time crunch and just left. I understand it gets busy, but to be passed up with customers who clearly ordered after me, batch after batch, was pretty upsetting. read more
