This has got to be the most unorganized place in all of San Angelo. We have tried 3-4 times and they are ALWAYS out of most of their menu. They consistently close down early because they run out of food. After a year it's apparent that every ordering manager needs to be replaced. Went to Panda again today, that was a mistake. As soon as I got there I was put into line for 15 mins. My thigh was facing the sun so now one of my thighs is sun burnt to hell while the other thigh is undercooked just like the chicken here. I got up to the speaker and instantly they already pissed me off before I even got to say a word. "Welcome to Panda Express, it's going to be a 15 min wait for chow mien and fried rice. Is that ok with you?" How the fuck are you going to tell me the most popular sides are out when I just saw Ms little YoungLife girl in the keep in front of me order chow mien. I think the restaurant is catching on to my face when I'm ordering. They have a camera on the speaker, but I doubt it actually works because the speaker screen is running Windows 98 and doesn't work half the time. But in all seriousness, they definitely recognize my face, I'm gonna have to start dressing like the UNABomber if I expect any service from that place. So I agree to wait even longer because why would I wait 15 mins to get up to Bill Gates computer screen just to back out like the US did in Vietnam? It took these sloths 30 fucking mins to cook me up some of that fried rice. I had a better chance at going to bonsai to sweat in front of a grill while watching some Asian man from Fresno flip some things around, but no. Instead I sat in the parking lot of Panda Express thinking about how the Chinese could sit around all day while trying to order shit like this. But I was there so long that I actually found the origin of Panda Express food... it's from Mexico. 7/18 update: went back today... food for 3 adults and one child was $42. Ordered 3 orders of spring rolls... only got 2 but was charged for 3. My meal included broccoli and it was bitter. Ordered Rangoons...a few did not have cream cheese (see pic) also, they didn't give me any of the sweet sauce to dip. This panda is not so express. On 3 separate trips, we've had significant waits based on X entree being out of stock. Today's wait was over 25 minutes: after we ordered and paid, I was notified that the orange chicken was out and there would be a wait (2nd time waiting on Orange chicken during a normal meal hour, turns out orange chicken is pretty popular). That information would have been nice to know when I tried to order it or before I paid so I could make another entree selection to go home and feed my hungry children. After waiting in the parking lot quietly as 2 other orders were delivered ahead of us for 20 minutes, I went in the store and the shift supervisor told me that the orange chicken was ready but another entree I ordered was out, and when that came up, the mixed vegetables were out. The shift supervisor offered appetizers for the trouble, which is a good gesture, but I would much rather have my TIME back. Bottom line: decent food, ok price, NOT so express. read more

So I called back and she said we are open to drive through only until another employee shows up. They should have told me that the first I called or came outside and told the four cars that were waiting to get in or find some employees that know how to get to work on time. The food is ok to me if you get it hot or fresh, which is 50% of the time now and always out of something we order. Entrees, super greens, or spring rolls. Drive thru is on the slower side but better than some. Why is the lobby not open? That would fix 95% of the problems I think. So I had to download yelp so I could write this review. Today around 2-2:30 I went to Panda Express. A very polite man took my order, asked after ordering the egg rolls if I needed sweet and sour, asked if I wanted extra teriyaki for the chicken I ordered, etc. so I was very impressed by him!! Then I get to the window, and this very sweet lady (Christian or Christina?) handed me my food and repeated my food with all of the extras. I asked her for soy sauce and she said oh it's already in the bag, but would you like extra? I downloaded this app so I could tell Panda Express that these two deserve something amazing.
