I went on the Wendy's website through Yelp to order a Wendy's order. DoorDash kept trying to butt in, and I kept telling it to stop and denied it. I placed my order and paid for it and then drove to the restaurant at the address given on the order. When I got there, they didn't show my order, and they said I must've gone to the wrong place. When I read the address to them, they said the address was correct. Then he said your order was a DoorDash order!!!! "You will have to come in, we can't give this to you in the drive-through" I didn't ask DoorDash to get involved and I don't want DoorDash involved. I simply want to place an order from Wendy's. I will not be ordering from this Wendy's again because of DoorDash.!!! read more

Horrible customer service in drive thru. Was yelled at by staff when ask to speak to her supervisor was informed she was the gm. She was rude taking my order rude at the window and got my order wrong. When I tried getting her to fix it her response was she was a grown a$$ woman and didn't need a child telling her what to do. I'm 43. She basically threw my food at me never fixed it. When I said if never be back to this location she proceeded to say yes you will because your fat @$$ obviously eats here all the time. I ordered and paid online for a Dave's Double, but when I got home, I found out I only received a Dave's Single. I tried calling the store to request a refund for the price difference, but the phone number on the receipt went straight to voicemail every time I called (I tried at least seven times). Ordered a Asiago chicken sandwich and the chicken was literally just crust. The bacon was also burnt and there was barely any sauce. Like the majority of people had said, horrible horrible customer service. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a manager. When I came into the store after going through the drive thru to tell them they got my order wrong, the manager acted as if it were my problem. I tried to clarify to the manager what I ordered, her attitude towards me was if she was about to come back from the counter and pounce on me. As a customer, I was the professional between us two. I did not feel awkward one bit, but I could feel everyone (employees and customers) felt so awkward. She now is losing money from a previous customer. 4.5 Since there hasn't been a review in awhile I decided to come by here since its got such a low rating and was very VERY impressed. It was during lunch and they did a few things higher rated restaurants DON'T do. 1. While I was ordering the swept up the kitchen floor. 2. Wiped each tray before placing paper down. 3. Constantly cleaned tables/floors in dining area. I like that this Wendy gives a solid effort and is cleaner than other burger places here in town.. As Ive mentioned in another review People make mistakes every now and then, so dont Put them on blast for a wrong order. DO check your order before you leave though. I think that this place deserves another shot I came during lunch rush and they STILL focus on keeping everything clean and being friendly Besides they have always been a healthier option since the franchise started as compared to the others: Good salads Baked potatoes Etc. Went to the restaurant for lunch at 3pm, only two customer sitting at the lobby. We weren't greeted but 3 employee and Monica, the manager speaking in drive thru like know is there. We placed our order and I was very specific about what I want it and guess what, I got the opposite. Their customer service skills are awful. We asked for our money back and Monica, the manager didn't apologized at all. I really like Wendys but we attitude like that is why restaurants are loosing customers. Long wait in the drive thru for a frosty as I was traveling thru town. Customers in front of me had an issue with their order which took awhile to resolve. Finally got to the window, and they handed me a sundae?! Can't drive and eat a sundae! Gave me my frosty but didn't want to take the sundae back! I'm very disappointed. I absolutely love Wendy's but the costumer service here was just awful. It took them like 20 minutes to do a simple order and the ladies at the first window made it seem like the didn't care. First, they charged our card for the person's order behind us and not ours. My boyfriend highly suggested this place a few years ago & we were faithful customers for a while. Loved it! But honestly, within the past year or so, its fallen so short. We live very close by so a great burger was so convient, but my gosh they've fallen. We only go through the drive through, or should i say we went through the drive through. The juicy amazing burgers went from that to dusty & dry burgers, the fries are the same now. The service as in politeness went down & the food is awful now. The burgers, the meat in them are dry, and there's hardly any sauce. I've also heard through word around town that the manager is rude to the employees, and she's rude to the customers, not good business. This place went from worth the money to a waste of money. Really terrible service the past three times we have been here. One visit, they were completely out of potatoes. The next they were out of chocolate frosty. When we went through the drive-through, they had us pull over and wait for our frosty because the chocolate wasn't frozen. With all three visits, they had forgotten to give us major parts of our order (chicken nuggets, fries). To top it off, the staff wasn't very friendly. I love Wendy's. I have been a loyal customer ever since I was in jr. high and I'm 50 now. But, to my disappointment, today I ordered a Southwest Avocado salad (I can no longer eat bread) and it was iceburg lettuce, 2 teaspoons of overripe chopped tomatoes, 5 cubes of dry, cold chicken, and the southwest dressing.
