Only have one person taking orders up front while she is sweeping and cleaning windows also. Didn't get any napkins with my order and none out for use. Had to go to front counter after I finished eating and wait for person to come to counter to wipe the ketchup off my face before I left. The parking situation is very inconvenient. Apparently this place was built to accommodate mostly drive thru costumers. Just terrible. Food was inedible. We were asked to pull up to wait at a second window and they apparently forgot about us! Absolutely no one ever appeared at that window after 10 minutes. Finally when there was no one behind us we backed up to the first window where there was a young employee standing. We asked what was going on- after she closed the window we saw her laughing as if the situation were funny!? Finally we received the bacon ranch chicken sandwiches a few minutes later. She said "There are some fries in there too" (For the wait I suppose) Only there were not any fries-there was a pie, but only one for two of us. Ok. Every single time I've gone to this McDonald's on Southwest, they've messed up my order. If it's not wrong, then they completely forget about me. One time I was sitting in the car with my two toddlers screaming and crying, unable to get out to ask about my food. I had to call inside just to get someone to bring my order. The lady was polite and gave me two free burgers, but that doesn't make up for the fact that this happens every single visit. It's exhausting and frustrating. The ONLY reason I come to this one is because it's closest to my apartment. It has got to be the worst McDonald's in town. They are never, ever, ever EVER on time. It takes forever for your food to get to you. It doesn't matter if you order ahead. It won't matter if you go inside because you'll either get ignored or there will only be one person and it's incredibly slow. Curbside? Same story. I have to actually go in and get my food and even then I ordered ahead and ended up waiting for 25 minutes in the store. On my lunch break. Yeah I was a bit pissed. Ordered a combo breakfast meal for the 2nd time here and caught that they were up-charging me for a large soda. I said I only wanted medium. Drive-through tells me "we're only serving large drinks at this time." Of course you are, you low-life scammers - why not be deceptive and add .60 cents to every combo meal. Been there 5 times and each time it has taken 13-18min to get food. They do not seem to care about the term fast food. The first two times not only did it take over 15min to get my food. They make a burger with no onions wrong and put onions on it. Even though they put the paper on the sandwich that says no onions. When talking with the manager about the final time. The girl was defensive and dismissive saying they were in shift change so that was why it was okay for it to take 14min to get a McGriddle sandwich combo. Went here yesterday to grab food before heading home and the service was completely awful. The young man who worked the night shift deserves to be fired as his customer service skills were poor. I waited 40 minutes for my food when I witnessed him trying to win an argument with a lady who was concerned about the second drive thru lane. Apparently she waited there for 20 minutes and no one helped. The same guy also THREW a medium cup at me in hopes that I would catch it. I already contacted corporate and will update everyone on the matter. If you want to wait an hour for a simple meal, this is the place to do it. My order was also wrong, I asked for a chocolate milkshake and got a blend of shamrock and chocolate. My girlfriend asked him to remake it and childishly said that shamrock is "good" and that I should just keep it. Also heard him ask his manager if he could keep the drink that I drank out of! My family really enjoyed this place mainly for the massive play place. There are many peek holes so we can see our kids where about majority of the time. There is also a co-ed inside the play place making potty breaks easier to deal with between eating, playing, and needing the restroom. The area is super clean and comfortable to kick back in while the kids play as well. read more

Rating this place only, because the guy on the speaker lied to me. Placed online order waited in the stall for about 11 minutes. The drive through line freed up so I went through and let them know I was the order waiting in the stall and wanted to get my food through the drive through, no biggie right? I was on lunch and needed to get my food. The guy said no, no? He said your food is being walked out to the parking lot right now..so I asked can you bring to the drive through waiting area instead? and he said yes.. Sooo, Drove to waiting area and waited for about 3 minutes. Got off my car went inside and let him know who I was and he said your order is right here still getting ready...Wow.
