This is a bad location. Would not recommend. Service is terrible. Stay away. Always out of main items. I hate going here. Bad experience every time!! read more

Every time I order from here, they forget the straw. Every single time. Once, twice, fine. But no, it's every time. Usually the orange chicken is good, it's my guilty pleasure snack. But this time I felt like the taste was off, and I found bits of broccoli and noodles in it. So they must have been serving it with a pretty nasty serving spoon too. read more

Panda Express - No straw - Chinese Near Me - Saint Charles, Illinois

Do you like overcooked vegetables that resemble broccoli? Do you love mushy, slimy chicken? Do you like cabbage with a tiny hint of lo mein noodles? Do you genuinely hate your taste buds? Then look no further because this is the spot for you! At the Panda Express in St. Charles, they make sure every bite of your meal is as unpleasant as the last. Seriously though. To the people who are keeping this place open, I just want to ask you one question: who hurt you? read more

Terrible customer service& food. wouldn't recommend. 0 Stars if I could pick it. Sad

Worst fucking place ever I order thru them and there's always a fucking issue now I ordered through door dash and they randomly now open at 1pm why would 1 there app allow me to order food for delivery if they weren't fucking open. Their google time is incorrect and I'm not not going to be able to get my money back. Very pissed off and won't be returning. read more

AMAZING ALWAYS . Orange chicken is always on 10. Tge service was nice and my food was done mad quick.

I ordered from this place online and was told this location is closed right now. I understand businesses are short staffed and tired but if you can't fulfill orders then don't bother having the place open scale back operations to another location if you cannot manage this one. read more

I was actually surprised at how many people stopped in to get big containers of to go food. I hope this is not the most authentic place in St.Charles. Oh well to each their own... We were there too for some quick on the go dinner. Typical fast food Chinese. I did actually enjoy the chicken, mushroom and zucchini dish and liked the sauce it was in. Their fried rice was ok. Place was clean and the service was pretty good. I just don't know if I would go rushing back to Panda Express unless I was in an airport. read more

It's Chinese fast food-- obviously not going to be anything to write home about here. I used to like PE every once in a while, but now that I stick to a pescatarian diet, there's almost nothing here for me to eat. Even if there was, the quality doesn't justify the calorie count. I went here today to pu food for my bf, got him a 3 entree plate with fried rice and a drink. I also got myself an order of crab rangoon (3) and a side of chow mein. It was aiight. The store itself was clean, ample parking (since everything else in the complex is either abandoned or closed on Sundays) and the staff was attentive. No drive thru at this location. I do think it's a little expensive for what it is. If I'm going to spend $17 on a fast casual lunch, I'd rather go to another nearby option like Panera or Chipotle. I'll be back, I'm sure-- but no time soon. read more

I've been coming here since they opened and ate here at least twice a month during my junior and senior years of high school. I missed it so much when I went away to college, so I always had it when I came back. I loved everything (especially the orange chicken) up until the night before I was supposed to leave to go back to school after spring break when it all tasted a bit off and I got the worst case of food poisoning I'd ever had... I was sick for 3 days and it took me 2 weeks before I could eat normally again. That was almost a year ago and I cannot bring myself to come back here. In their defense though, that was one time out of the probably 75 times I've gone there, so it's not a bad record, but still...I don't trust it again yet. read more

ADRIANA DISTRICT GM if you see this good, bc I don't know how you could've hired some of the most clueless managers. So I walk in at this Panda location like I usually do, 3 things are wrong here It was 8:20 everyone is too busy with your pre close to take care of me, the gentleman taking care of the customer in front me has no idea what his doing. To top it off your out of stock with the hot sauce like always. At the end of the day i can't blame them, you trained them lol. - Francisco Conde read more

This place has gone from to worse. I got a bowl of veggies and orange chicken. My wife got noodles and orange chicken. We both wanted a cup for water. Here's what we got 1) $1.75 for each cup of water 2) cold orange chicken 3) long wait for veggies 4) we each only got 6 small pieces of chicken I asked for the owner and was told he never comes in. No manager at this time. Called the next day and gave my complaints to the manager. No apology, just told it's a corporate decision to charge for water. Also told that 6 pieces were actually a lot. I emailed corporate. District manager was very offensive However he said he would send coupons out. They never showed. I'm DONE with panda. read more

I came this place and get the worst service by a girl name Arisbeth who was in charge because there weren't a manager at the moment. I just ask for rice, and she put chow mein, I hate onions!! And I told her, I didn't ask for that, ¿why you add to my plate?" And she was trying to rush us to get our food which is something I think is not the way to treat customers, And she then started talking rude manner very unprofessional! I hope someone does something about it. As For me I wont be coming back never to this place! read more

Manager chased me out to my car to call me an asshole. Great way to treat customers. At no point should an employee (especially a manager) EVER chase a customer, let alone call that customer inappropriate names. I will never return to this panda read more

Orange chicken used to be my favorite go to at Panda Express at this location. My recent order was very disappointing. The portion of chicken was small upon the rice and very few of the pieces included chicken. Most were fried batter without any chicken at all. read more

I only got on here to review the service not the food. My kids love Panda. We have been coming to this one for years. I was a little surprised to see some of the negative customer service reviews. The kids that work here are always friendly, fast, and seem to be busting their butts off working. It's always clean. I don't expect much from kids but this staff stands out so had to shout out a positive review. read more

Walked in manager sitting at a table talking to crew member(I realize this is normal) walk up to order and they are out of multiple entrees that both my husband and I wanted. They then proceed to make the food as if they were not going to make more. It's an hour from closing and the fact that the manager walked behind the counter and continued to laugh with employees rather than help get our food out quicker is ridiculous. My husband and I are both General Managers at fast food restaurants and the complete lack of concern for customer service here is ridiculous read more

I had been craving Panda for weeks. When I finally went in for lunch I was left disappointed. There was a wait on almost everything I wanted. Which, being lunch time, I didn't mind too much. But then when I finally sat down on my lunch break to eat I noticed I didn't have any sweet and sour sauce for my crab Rangoon even after the employee asked me if I wanted it twice. I also did not receive my fortune cookie or any utensils! I couldn't eat the sides because I had not fork or spoon! Waste of money, so disappointed. read more

As I sit here eating my Orange Chicken and fried rice there is a man driving me crazy and I don't even work here. Do you really expect your food not to touch in a to go container? I am very impressed with how well this staff handled themselves. Great Job! read more

Ever since the other manager left and a different guy took over it hasn't been the same. The food was dry. The service slow. As the girls struggle to fill the plates I see the guy in the blue on the computer. When the girls call for him to come help he looked angry for being asked to serve the customers. The workers don't look happy. read more

While the food is ok, and the restaraunt is clean, this Panda Express has the bad habit of leaving half the front exit locked. When a door is marked "push", you expect it to move when pushed. When it's locked, you get an unpleasant surprise. Other than this, it's ok: cheap Chinese-like food. read more

The line was long, the place was very clean and there was a wait for Orange Chicken. The young man David, behind the counter, wrote our order down and said when the chicken was ready he'd bring both orders to our table. By the time we checked out, got our drinks, sat down to the table, David was there with our orders! He was so friendly and pleasant, nice to see. Food was great as always! read more

Worst prepared food and service of any Panda Express. Use to be one of the best. Mushy orange chicken and chowmein noodles so full of cabbage you can't taste them. I actually had to throw mine away last time it was so bad. I drive to other ones if I want it. Just where is the manager for this place? read more

Stopped in for the first time in a while. Food is typical fast food Chinese - American fusion. New "Premium" offerings for an additional $1.25, BUT the biggest surprise was the size of the portions. The "plate" aka Styrofoam box is about 25% or more smaller. It appears the prices are somewhat higher too. So two entries with one side and a medium drink ran $13.28 with Tax. At that point call the local place for take-out. And get the real thing for about the same price. I know prices are on the rise, but there are just too many better options out there. GO TRY THEM! read more

I used to like this place for lunch when it first opened but it has gotten lazy lately. You'd go in there at common lunch time (12:00-1:00) and things looked as if they had been sitting there for awhile. If your looking for a quick Chinese lunch, go to Silver Lake. You get more for a better price and a lot better quality food and better service. read more

Food is usually fresh but that's because I always have to wait for something to be cooked. The last trip the bowl I got wasn't very full. Usually it is really packed but maybe because it was busy and they were trying to get all the orders out that were waiting for orange chicken, they didn't really give as much as they usually do in my same order. Hopefully they were just having an off day in terms of getting the orders ready. The staff was nice as usual and the food was good since it was cooked while I waited. I had to ding them a start because I usually don't have much time to pick up my food and get back to work and the last few times I always have had to wait on something or get something I didn't really want to save time. read more

Yum. Panda Express is always good and this location is no different.

I don't like this location ever since they change the store manager again inthis year. I used to stopped by for lunch when the old manager was there. Their service was fast and nice with the old manager. However, everything changed since the new manager came this year. This young lady has no control over the food quality. Even though panda express sell the same type of food in most of their store, I would say this location does not offer the same good food as the one in Batavia. If I wan to have panda express now, I would rather drive 15 mins more to get my Chinese fast food from Batavia panda express Rather than this one! read more

I picked up some food to go tonight that I was going to save and eat Friday for lunch because I had already had a late VEGAN lunch from Qdoba, I wound up being hungry tonight and ate my food after I nuked it in my microwave. Not sure if the reheating changed the taste or texture all that much? I did have a coupon so it was not as pricey as it would have been otherwise. I think the quality has really gone down since I started eating Panda Express in Downtown Chicago in 1995. read more

Regularly come here for lunch break. Food's decent enough- if you've been in one of these, you've been in them all. Crab Rangoon is very good compared to other similar restaurants. Soda machine here, however, always comes out absurdly watery, so much so I've started ordering other drinks. read more

I came in at 3pm on a Saturday. There's 1 person serving but there's two other staff mulling around as if there aren't 8 customers waiting to be served. The Manager is busy cooking, ignoring the whole thing. There were a few food items missing so can't choose much. Trays look like they haven't been stirred in awhile. Fried rice had lumps on them. I ordered orange chicken and Kung pao with fried rice. As expected rice was cold, even though I asked the server to stir it up before serving. What's happening to the quality of food and service at Panda? This could possibly be the worst Panda Express I've ever been to and I'm a 10-year long customer. Oh, did I mention they ran out of a small size drink and they were going to charge me for a medium? Too coward to try the Chow Mein - it looked like it's been sitting there for days. read more

I was told I had to wait a few minutes for string bean chicken - no big deal. 20 minutes later, nobody had called me to the counter. I walked up to the counter to find my dish waiting on the ledge, cold. All of the staff were busy socializing, one guy was even using vulgar language. My 6 year old son even pointed out that "that man said a bad word". I asked them how long my food was sitting there and one of the staff said it was there for a while. As 2 staff members offered to get me new food (which I declined), another was laughing at the other for his mistake, which I found highly inappropriate. NOBODY offered an apology. I used to visit twice a week for the last couple of years. I don't think I'll be back for a while. read more
