Best wings! The garlic soy is amazing. It was so good our family had it 2 days in a row.

I have driven past here many times and finally decided to try it. We came to dine-in on Wednesday night around 7:30pm. The service was a bit slow, but there were only two people working. It took about half an hour to get our food. We enjoyed watching Deal or No Deal on the TV while we waited lol. The guys working were really friendly, brought our food to us and even asked us how we liked the food. I would probably only order takeout from here in the future because they had those orders ready on time. I ordered the 6 piece boneless wing combo, which comes with fries and (possibly?) a drink. I did not realize that I could only choose one or the other for the combo: a drink or side of sauce. While ordering on the kiosk, I selected cheese sauce and it replaced my drink because they were under the same category of options, which I didn't even notice. Although I felt like it was my fault for not double-checking, I still don't think a tiny container of sauce is a fair drink substitute... oh well. Another thing to note is that online when placing an order/viewing the menu, it says the combo comes with a 20oz bottle of soda even though they only had 12oz cans in stock. I think these discrepancies could easily be fixed, and might prevent some confusion/disappointment among future customers. I appreciate that they gave me two extra wings because the boneless are somewhat tiny. For my sauce on the wings, I chose to try the Buldak-Gochujang and it was a little sweet with a hint of spice. The plain fries were just okay. They offer a bunch of different topping options for the fries, which I might be interested in trying next time. read more

Fry N Wings had some mixed first impressions. The place was pretty empty when we went, and the staff wasn't especially helpful or welcoming. The tables were also a bit sticky, which didn't make the best first impression. That said, the food was really good. Everything tasted very fresh, and the wings were especially solid--not overly breaded and cooked really well. They also have a great variety of sauces with plenty of spicy options and lots of flavor choices. If you're going strictly for the food, the wings definitely deliver. read more

We tried Fry 'n Wings -St. Charles for the first time. The place has lots of space. It's a great place to watch a game, but they need to add more TVs. We had a pretty solid experience with the wings, though there were a few things that could use some improvement. The sauces we tried seem to have a good variety of flavors, though it's a bummer the Buldak Gochujang didn't live up to expectations--it tasted like plain hot sauce which is a bit of a letdown when you pay extra and you're expecting something more tasty. The Honey Thai Chili tasted great, but needed more sauce on the wings. A little extra sauce could have made it pop. The Parmesan garlic and BBQ were great. They do charge extra for carrots, celery, and ranch. As for the napkins, they need to get some sturdier napkins. We will have to go back again soon. read more

Solid wing spot. Got takeout. The Parm garlic and the Asian/Cajun wings were great. My wife got buffalo wings as well. The fries were a bit soggy even though we were waiting 15 mins for them (got there too early). Overall positive experience. I was a fan, wife not so much. It was my first time trying Fry n' Wings in St. Charles and the food was delicious. I tried the lemon pepper, soy garlic, honey Thai chili and Asian Cajun. The flavors were all great. We did come on a Saturday night so it was crowded and service was slower, but it was worth the wait. The place has tables and chairs, but not for a big group. We found out about this place from an international food festival in Bolingbrook. There is a sufficient amount of free parking. Plenty of tables inside to dine in. They do sell some of their merchandise. Service was good, there were only two employees so it does take about 20 mins to get your food. Prices were a little pricey but food was worth it. Lots of flavors to choose from. The regular French fries were okay. The buldak and ranch fries were good. It has a mild spice to it but still very enjoyable. The flavors we got were salted egg, soy garlic, honey Thai chili, and buldak and gochujang. Salted egg and honey Thai chili were my favorites. After that first bite, you'll want more. The buldak and gochujang was a little spicy but also sweet. Soy garlic is good. Only criticism is that they should probably adjust the spice levels for buldak and gochujang and mango sriracha to the same levels. In the pictures, you'll see they're 2 in one picture and 3 in another. Please make them all identical to each other. I would come back again. read more

I absolutely recommend this place located in St. Charles. Food's delicious! The wings are cooked properly. They're crispy and just freakin' delicious! I love that they have steamed white rice to accompany my wings order. For a limited time, go and try the Sisig wings! Salted Egg flavor for wings is different and delicious! Don't neglect the Asian Cajun too! Brought our son here for the first time and he loved it. Our son loved it so much, he ordered a bunch of wings a few days after our last visit. Ok the place is a strange on the inside, theres a huge tarp hanging from a void in the wall going to the adjacent room, is it a rental room perhaps? I try to avoid places that have that "Pardon our dust, under construction" sign, but i did a online order sight unseen, so it was too late to turn back, and im glad i didnt because these were some of the best wings I have ever had, i got soy garlic and thai chili honey, both delicious. My experience with this place wasn't the greatest, granted I came in an hour before close, but they didn't have a single other person in the store waiting. My food came out after about 15 minutes, takeout. I ordered the boneless 8pc combo of Parmesan garlic and buldak gochujun. When I got home, I realized that they gave me bone in. I have texture issues, so I always order boneless wings. I also ordered the buldak ranch fries. When I tried them, they tasted good, but they were really soggy and greasy, like the old had been too cold. I didn't get my side of ranch. Overall, just a mid experience, willing to try again for lunch, but not for a while. read more

The boneless wings are crunchy crispy yet very tender inside! More tender than some competitors; we liked Fry N' Wings better for that. None of the sauces we tried (we tried six) were crazy spicy, though we only did a one-chili level of heat at most. Would've liked to have some of the wings more sauced, some seemed as though they were not tossed prior to boxing up (we took everything to go). Also it's not listed that some flavors were sauces and some were dry spiced (parmesan garlic), that would've been good to know. But the bite and flavor for every one was really tasty. Note: It seems to be about 13 minutes for the order to be ready after ordering. The She-Bang Asian Cajun fries were good, not too spicy, though they were soft by the time we ate them, maybe 10 minutes later. The place is cute with merch and some Asian ramens and sauces and treats lining the walls. A good amount of seating but otherwise pretty nondescript. Who I can assume was the owner or manager was helping the line get orders ready and he noticed the mistake right away and got my order started. Took about an hour longer than expected but I understand that shit happens and they were very genuine about their mistake. Wings were fantastic! Great quality chicken and some fun and unique flavors. I had the bone in combo, salted egg flavor with white rice. I grew up on fried chicken and white rice and this was a little nostalgic. Food was bland and full of grease. No seasoning when I ordered the salted egg wings in which was the purpose why I ordered was to taste the salted egg flavor since it was unique. Also I ordered ranch and didn't get it with my order. The restaurant was slow at the time which should be no excuse why this food was greasy. Love the food here. Dined in a few times and ordered a last minute party tray. They had it ready exactly when they promised. The Buldak-Gochujang and Salted Egg taste amazing and are in my top three. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The Sriracha Ranch Fries are really good. I have a mild allergy to Sriracha but it didn't stop me haha in my opinion, definitely better than Wingstop. Great place for wings in the area. I really enjoy their Buldak and Parmesan Garlic Bone-In wings. I've had their wings about 4-5 times and I can't bring myself to get any other flavor. The breading is crunchy and perfectly crispy. Their fries are similar to McDonalds style fries, not my favorite but still pretty good. The staff is super friendly and I am happy to continue to support their business. Only reason not a 5 star is the wings are a little pricey, and I did order one time and got boneless wings despite always ordering bone-in (I will admit the boneless were very good relative to other comparable wing joints). read more

The wings I sampled were good, though the spicy ones I ordered were quite mild. Nothing was disappointing, but also, nothing struck me as really unique or exceptional. A new wing spot with lots of potential but room for improvement. Food: great fries, delicious chicken tender and yummy boneless wings. Really good sauce selection. Bone-in wings were just average to me. Service: lots of room for improvement here. A lot of learning still to be had as they're a new restaurant. No set hours is a major issue. I also had my to-go order sitting on the counter for 20 minutes and no one had called my name or let me know it was ready. Some of the younger staff need to develop their customer-facing skills. But they're new and I know the road is bumpy at first. Ambiance: not much to say here. A few tables but nothing special. Gets the job done. The bathroom was clean so that's a plus.
