The wings here are okay most of the time. You can tell they're not always the freshest, I imagine they just do big batches rather than cook to order thus the low quality of the food. It's typically overcooked, yet also cold or lukewarm at best most times. This specific location off of Main St also has some of the worst customer service ever. We've now had two different occasions where staff was incredibly rude over the phone and in person. They literally said to my husbands face "can you hurry it up" as he was placing the order. (This was just today, 12/10/25) I don't normally mind when someone is having a bad day but this just seems to be their regular demeanor daily, as we also had a difficult time obtaining a refund on one of our orders not too long ago. I had called several times starting at 1 hour and the response was just to blame delivery service even though I ordered on Wingstop website. Our goal in 2023 was to eat in every restaurant on Main Street in Saint Charles, Illinois. Wingstop was our next dining experience. While we sat in the dining area we observed many customers picking up orders to go. I took an order of boneless wings with hot sauce home for my son to taste. He stated they were very good, large chunks of chicken with a very tasty sauce. Our dining in experience was not positive however. First there was nothing on the menu that could even be remotely considered healthy. Everything was fried, no baked chicken options, and no salads or vegetarian options. We purchased a chicken sandwich with a Hawaiian sauce, fries and a drink, a 10 piece boneless wings with hot sauce, fries and a drink, and a three piece boneless with barbecue sauce. The three-piece boneless came with more than three pieces, they were many small fried dough balls with very small pieces of compressed chicken drenched in barbecue sauce. This was not edible and ended up in the garbage. The chicken sandwich was good, the fried chicken was a nice chunk of chicken, not processed chicken and had a very fresh bun. The fries were good and hot and seasoned well. The soda machine claimed to have 100 options however, there was no ice, no cherry or vanilla flavorings available, the Coke was flat, and the Dr Pepper had fizz, but of course was warm. We requested ice from the back and they stated they did not have any. There was no apology and no offer to refund our money. The drinks were warm and ended up also in the garbage. The dining room was clean. If you are a wing eater, this may be a good takeout restaurant. Dining in, we would not recommend it. read more

We frequent this Wingstop for lunch all the time. The wings have always been hot and saucy. I like how they don't skimp on the sauce like Buffalo does. My favorite wings are the garlic parm from here. They are just the perfect amount of garlic where your breath doesn't smell for hours after. Ordered from West Chicago last week and St Charles location today ... both times - disappointed - and today received wrong items, it was carry out, so didn't know till it was home and opened up items. Ordered Lemon Garlic, got Lemon Pepper, also ordered Garlic Parmesan, .. no flavor on wings, ordered and paid for 2 extra sauce, (flavors) and that is all that brought the garlic Parm flavor to wings ... I always have bragged about wings from WS .. but after a few bad experiences lately at different locations , I cannot guarantee that there will be any consistency from location to location. Sadly, it looks like my review is similar to others. Tonight the manager purposely messed up my order and then tried telling me that's what I ordered on the phone, but I definitely did not. He Charged me for an extra drink, large fry and extra boneless wings. I only knew about the drink when I was at the store picking up my order because the lady handed me 2 cups. I said I didn't order 2 and I asked if she charged me for 2. She got her manager and he was like you did order 2 and I said nope definitely didn't. He argued then proceeded to tell me that he didn't know how to reimburse me. Ummm not my problem sir. The owners of this franchise either need to Learn how to operate their business properly, which includes training their managers how to reimburse for wrong charges or don't have a business at all. The manager then took $2 and some random change out of the drawer which wasn't even the correct amount and gave it to me. Then I got home and realized he actually charged me for way more than what I actually ordered and I called. The manager proceeded to yell at me on the phone and told me he doesn't have time for this and that he's busy. I asked for the store managers name and he rudely yelled again at me so then I simply said I'll just call my bank and have them take care of the entire charge because this is terrible business and how he treated a customer is uncalled for.
