Wow ! Our waiter I think her name was Theresa Simon?? She was INCREDIBLE. I've never left a tip so big and with a smile so wide. She was incredible. She both renewed my faith in humanity but also the restaurant industrial complex. read more

Met up with some friends on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. We sat in their "outside" patio area. Such a fun atmosphere. We had drinks and food. I want to say I had shrimp tacos although I don't see them on the menu online. My tacos were delicious. Some of the other items we ordered were the wings, salads and cheese curds. All the food was great, service was ok. It was busy so out took a while for our server to get back to us but overall we had a great experience. read more

Standard pub grub with inventive items on the menu. I loved the Italian beef egg rolls with the nacho cheese for dipping. The mac and cheese, rich and delicious. The cobb salald wrap was perfectly wrapped and did not fall apart, with a good balance of ingredients (not overpowered by lettuce). Family atmosphere in the front with swinging chairs. read more

Absolutely amazing! Jay and Anna the host and hostess were amazing! They always made sure that the game was playing and during commercials, music was playing! Thorizo the bartender was superb! She was so kind and welcoming. Absolutely beautiful atmosphere along the fox river with a beautiful patio. Not sure why so many patrons drink Malort but they were all extremely kind and welcoming! Will definitely be back. read more

Flagship in the Fox is a cool spot in St. Charles with a fun atmosphere, but the food itself is just okay. Nothing really stood out, pretty standard bar-style fare. The chicken tenders were fine, but nothing special. Overall, it feels more like a place people come to drink and grab salty, fatty food to soak up the alcohol rather than a destination for the food itself. That's not necessarily a bad thing, just sets the expectation. Good vibe, decent food, but I wouldn't come here specifically for the menu. read more

Service good. Food grossly overpriced for what you get. The steak sandwich was embarrassing and the Philly cheese was dry and burnt. The quesadilla was a star. Very tasty. No manager in sight. Five servers congregated at the front door. Skip it, go back to Portillo's for a better quality meal at a third of the price. read more

Came here after a show at the Arcada Theatre on a Monday night. Unfortunately the kitchen was already closed so we didn't get to munch on anything. The bartender was friendly. Plenty of TVs to watch. read more

Ordered fresh pulled pork sandwich (also had a pulled pork grilled cheese that was tempting). I love it when a place sells tater tots, hot, crispy and fresh. Order to go was ready in 15 minutes. Plenty of food for my husband and I to split. Took our meal to the brewery next door and enjoyed it with Pollyanna beer! read more

This is a fun spot along the river, but it doesn't stand out in any particular way. Standard American cuisine that is good, but nothing to rave about. It's a large space with a bar in the middle. Plenty of tvs. Great for outings with friends, sport events, trivia nights, etc, Our server was super enthusiastic but he wasn't horrible. I had a pleasant time with friends but I probably won't go back. read more

Sorry to say, but the experience was underwhelming. The atmosphere was extremely loud due to poor acoustics. Just a normal bar atmosphere, no loud obnoxious patrons, and I could barely hear when my guests were talking. Food was meh. I will say that the French Onion soup was good, but the grilled chicken sandwich had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. I had to check to see if there was mayo on the sandwich, which it did, but it made no difference. Service was unenthusiastic, and I thought the food runners were more interested in their job than our server. Sorry, but will not be back. read more

Update 7/21/24 Great nice outdoor area and I side with wall windows that open to give the feeling of being outside. We shared a Bacon Jam Burger with a side salad that was big enough to keep me satisfied until dinner time. Cocktails are weak for me, mostly watered down. Service was okay, nothing to write home about. read more

Everything was great! The Italian beef egg rolls, potato skins, and pretzel appetizers were ample and delicious. The turkey club sandwich was huge. The burgers are very good and very big. The grilled cheese was delicious. The service was good, waited a bit to order drinks and food. The ambiance is great. Wide open and bright. read more

Definitely a Sports bar. Yelp said moderate noise but I would say very noisy. The Burgers were great and the Funnel fries were AMAZING!

Amazing Bar atmosphere, can be loud but food was amazing. I would recommend the Bing Bang Shrimp Tacos if you like a little kick to your taste buds (I also added Chulula sauce to bring the heat up higher. Definitely family friendly and service was very quick. Highly recommend it read more

Overall pretty relaxed area for a Friday evening. Got a place to sit right away. The staff is very friendly and inviting. We ordered the veggie burger and philly cheese steak. Veggie burger- 7/10, could use a little more flavoring in the patty or sauce. Fries were really good Philly Cheese- 8/10, really good and favorable but filling. Tater tots were very crispy White tea shots- 10/10, couldn't taste the alcohol Vodka soda-6/10, good flavor but the red bull taste was lacking Service was really good and will be back! read more

We made reservations for a Saturday night, and good thing we did because it was PACKED! Parking was tricky to find because all the lots were full!! The front area is an enclosed patio that has swings, slot machines, and other games. We were seated in the back corner, a little away from the crowds and noise. (It is EXTREMELY noisy!!!!!) TONS of tvs to watch any sports game! I got a southwest salad that was great proportions and tasty! And we also got cheese curds that were great! I would 100% recommend !! read more

We walked in and were told there were two tables outside that just needed to be cleaned and then we could have one of them. Well two hostesses go clean the tables, come back, give another couple one of the two tables and then after five minutes one of them leads me and my husband INSIDE (which we didn't want but of course midwestern politeness stopped us from saying anything) to a table that wasn't even cleaned yet. There was a stack of bills and dishes on the table. They cleaned it off while we sat down instead of taking us to the table we wanted, saw, and would prefer in the first place. It was stupid loud for no good reason. 1pm on a Sunday is not primo bar party time, or so I thought. I would write about the food but we're still waiting on it and are about to leave. No reason we should be waiting an hour in the loudest place on earth for a microwaved sandwich. read more

4 stars for great big place with pockets of Al fresco (weather permitting) dining option, great tasting food, great value, and clean & good location! Their burgers and grilled cheese are so yummy and meaty! The burger was cooked perfectly and had the perfect bread to meat ratio. Their wings were also cooked to perfection! The real winner here are their fries! Mind blown! Their frying technique and seasoning for their fries deserve an award! All the food items were fairly priced. I feel like I haven't seen this great value in a long while. So your tummy hurts from eating too much, but, not your wallet Why not 5 stars? We came here at 2pm ish and the place was empty. I want to assume that we would have gotten better service since they weren't busy but our server was lacksy daisy. It's all good. My group was not high maintenance, just me. I just wished to have been checked on for our drinks and my much awaited bbq sauce. I would just hate to come here when they're busy, because I surely hate waiting! I'll be back for their burgers and fries and their excellent priced menu! read more

This is a solid place for a bite to eat and a drink. It's also a great place to watch sports because there are plenty of televisions. It's a large space and was pretty quiet on a Tuesday. I had one of their items on their February specials menu, the Salmon Southwest salad. My husband had the Buffalo Chicken wrap with fries. I enjoyed the salad. The salmon was tender with a glaze, so the salad did not need too much dressing. The dressing was a typical southwest dressing, but it was good. My husband enjoyed his wrap. I also had the strawberry basil lemonade mixed drink. It was a little sweet, but I squeezed the garnish wedge in it, and it was just right. The service was attentive, and we did not have to wait long for our food or drink refills. read more

Stop in for a drink This spot is slightly off the beaten path (64), next to Pollyanna Brewing, basically the same building. When you walk into Flagship, it's kind of an outdoor area with tables where you can sit and eat food. This is the area I like best. The food is pretty good and you can get all the drinks out there. It's heated in the winter, so you don't feel outside. It has these thick plastic windows that can be pulled up in the summer, so it feels more outside. The inside of the bar is my least favorite. Mainly because it always super crowded, long lines for drinks, the music is loud, and it's more of a dance floor. My recommendation is to get a table outside, and go inside when you want to dance. read more

I road my bike 20 miles and built up an strong hunger. I could have eaten anything. However, this food is horrible. The pulled pork sliders taste like bad sloppy joes. The fries cold and mushy. The pretzel not bad... how do you mess up a microwave pretzel. The price for all this was $46. Thanks for nothing! read more

I added avocado to the grilled cheese and it was so good. The side of tomato soup really takes this meal to the next level. The tomato soup is very creamy and fresh tasting. How awesome that they deliver next door to Pollyanna Brewery. Don't even have to give up your chair at the bar. Who doesn't think that's a great idea. Right? We tried a couple of appetizers on a Friday night before dinner. Loaded Potato Skins takes me back to the '90's. Oh they're delicious! A must if ordering appetizers here. Chicken fingers do NOT come with fries. (It was shown with fries in the photo.) We we're not disappointed. Opened for indoor and outdoor dining. The food portion size here is insane. I got the $11 sliders appetizer with your choice of 3 sliders. I got one of each - pulled pork, hamburger with cheddar and spicy chicken. These were the biggest sliders I've ever seen! I enjoyed them all, too, but not in one go. I had to take them home because they were so big. The $10 mojito was ok. Served in a plastic cup and didn't look like much crushing going on with the ingredients. ....| \ _ , , , - - , , _ , .../ , ` . - ' ` ' . _ \ - ; ; ; , _ ..| , a - ) ) _ . ; . This is such a great sports bar ! Lots of seating and tvs so perfect for a sports watching . They had a typical bar food menu. What really blew me away was the hot honey chicken sandwich . The food at flagship was fantastic. Surprisingly one of my favorite things may have have been the tomato soup. I would definitely recommend if you want to go out for a drink with friends and a place to start out the night! They have a barstool area with swings which is so fun. They also have a great price on drink buckets! The only issue I hav switch flagship is the staff was not very friendly. I felt that we had to constantly be looking for our server and when we switched to the bar section everyone made it seem like our group was a bother. read more

Great place to go before a show at the Arcada. We came in after getting terrible service across 64 at a bar. We had an hour left until the show after wasting time at the crazy fox. We came in, got seated, had excellent service from Meagan our waitress, had great food, and didn't miss our show. We will definitely be back! read more

I don't know how I have gone so many years without trying Flagship. They have so many good things on the menu that it was so hard to choose - nachos, quesadillas, grilled cheese, mac and cheese, tacos, wraps, etc. We ordered some cheese curds for the table and then I ordered the mac and cheese grilled cheese as my meal. The cheese curds were alright but the sandwich was amazing! My cousin got the pulled pork grilled cheese and I tried some of his and that was spot on too. The sandwich came with perfect portion of tomato soup and fries (which I swapped for a side salad). Overall, very happy with the food, service and live entertainment. read more

Parking on a weekend evening is nearly impossible. The space is modern and set up nicely. The outdoor seating is good. The food is delicious, the service was a bit slow. Would recommend despite the difficult parking and slow service. Suggest maybe a weeknight. read more

Flagship on the Fox has become a staple in Downtown Saint Charles! The food is another level of the typical average sports bar food menu. They offered mouth-watering burgers and so many options for sides. The salads and sandwiches are hearty in size and very tasty. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, and are never too far away in case you need them. The atmosphere is always cheery and a wonderful gathering place for friends and family. The Flagship always accommodates large groups on a dime. I had the Cobb salad, that was so fresh and had large portions. On certain nights, they will also have live music playing. The Flagship on the Fox is a beautiful addition to the river walk of Saint Charles. It's a place where you can return weekly--a very positive and welcoming vibe at the Flagship on the Fox. read more

Decided to stop in on a Sunday night. The place had so much seating! There is an outdoor area, and inside area, and bar area. All tables were spaced out. As my boyfriend and I were not that hungry, we split the Mac n cheese burger. It comes with a scoop of Mac n cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and pickle. It was delicious! We chose tots for our side and they were delicious. They have a great beer selection. I think at time of my visit they had 19 draft options as well as cans/bottles. Our server Daniel V was excellent and very attentive. Cute place. Definitely recommend. There is street parking or a small parking lot across the street as well. read more

We went for happy hour on a Friday night. It was packed at 5:00. Their happy hour specials are probably the best in town. The food was actually really good as were the drinks.
