If you're looking for a new sports bar with incredible food. Then, come here! They had all of the big games playing on flat screen TVs that ranged in size. With plenty of seating inside or outside. Everything was clean. They had a full bar in the middle of the restaurant. The decorations were all Chicago themed. And, the service was outstanding! (Our waitress Evelyn was Awesome, she was very attentive). I absolutely loved my experience. I ordered a Chicago Deep Dish Pizza and it was excellent! It takes 45 minutes so, be prepared to wait. But, trust me. It goes by fast. So, next time you see Riverside Pizza & Pub. Stop by for a pizza or a bite to eat. You won't regret it. read more

Ordered takeout tonight that was just a sampler platter appetizer and bruschetta pasta. Super simple, no modifications. We get back home and, while the sampler platter looked fine, the pasta was literally just pasta, Alfredo sauce and chicken. No bruschetta, no balsamic, no Parmesan. We call to tell them and they say they'll bring us a new one shortly. Fine. They show up 30+ mins later and have remade only the pasta. While I understand the appetizer was correct, it would have been proper form to remake the whole order for the ridiculous inconvenience and wait time. So, we un-bag the pasta and it's correctly assembled but the sauce is disgustingly separated and completely liquid. Anyone who has ever made or eaten Alfredo knows that it's a cream sauce. You can see the separation of the sauce in my photos. Tasted absolutely disgusting on top of being a sloppy mess. All in all, horrible experience. If you're going to eat here then I would dine in, so that your incorrect order can be remedied as many times as needed without waiting on delivery. Didn't bother calling to complain again. They aren't even competent enough to make a basic order properly the first two times. Gag! Plenty of better options to eat around here. Skip the slop and get something good elsewhere. read more

Riverside Pizza & Pub - Chicken Bruschetta Pasta - extremely poorly made and disgusting tasting - Pizza Near Me - Batavia, Illinois

A few friends and I went to the Riverside Pizza and Pub for lunch. This joint serves typical American style bar food. Our table ended up trying a good variety of food. My husband and I had the fried pickles and the thin crust western pizza. The fried pickles were like fried coins of deliciousness. The pizza was large and had plenty of toppings on a crispy crust. Someone at our table ordered the pretzel and it was the size of a pizza. We had a good experience at RIverside Pizza and Pub and would come back here again. read more

Terrible spot. Not only are the employees terrible the food wasn't cook all the way through. Would give it 0 stars if I could

We were in the Batavia area and had a taste for pizza so we went on a few other Yelper recommendations and tried Riverside Pizza and Pub. This is a very busy pizzeria and bar serving some great pizza and other bar food staples with a sports bar vibe. They have Happy Hour Mon-Fri from 3-6pm with beer, wine and martini specials . Their menu is huge with a nice selection of appetizers, burgers, salads ,pizza and pastas. We ordered a Sausage pizza and a GF Western pizza. Both were fantastic! Our server Evelyn was very nice and service was fantastic. With locations in Batavia, Oswego,So.Elgin and St.Charles..we will definitely be back ! read more

This is a very popular pub with locals for good reason. It is family owned, well run and welcoming. It's a sports bar but family friendly too. Our server Evelyn was really nice. Prices are reasonable and the pizza is excellent. They also pour a great drink. I appreciate that they offer a gluten free pizza crust option even on their specialty pizzas. Happy hour goes until 6pm Monday through Friday and by arriving early you'll avoid waiting in line to be seated. We plan on returning to try other items on the extensive menu. read more

When I was visiting family here we went to this place. When we ate our pizza we noticed that the meat they put in it was undercooked. When we mentioned this to the staff they got defensive and accused us of wanting a free meal. We just paid and left. Soon after we got back home most of us got sick. If you do not want food poisoning and value your health stay far away from this establishment. read more

Do not do their pizza food challenge. They claim the pizza challenge is a certain weight. However, they don't want you to win so they make your pizza way over the stated weight. A guy named eli tried the challenge ate the complete pizza.Even with the added weight and they denied his win.Because he supposedly washed his hands too soon and got up from the table. read more

I am writing this review to warn others about a deeply concerning and unsafe experience our group had at this location involving the manager on duty.A few months ago, my friend had a consultation with this manager, who falsely accused her and her boyfriend of leaving an unpaid tab and told her she wasn't welcome. Believing this old misunderstanding was resolved, we visited the restaurant yesterday. As soon as the manager recognized my friend, she approached our table with extreme hostility and told her to leave. Because of the manager's aggressive and rude demeanor, my friend began recording the interaction on her phone for her own safety. In response, the manager escalated the situation physically by pushing the phone out of my friend's hand. This physical altercation caused a glass to shatter on the table, after which the manager called the police.A manager physically altering a guest, damaging personal property, and escalating a situation to the point of law enforcement intervention is completely unacceptable and dangerous. We have documented video evidence of the entire physical encounter.I strongly advise customers to avoid this establishment until ownership addresses this severe misconduct and liability. read more

This may have the best pizza in town. It is our favorite pizza place so far. The appetizers are good too so they are perfect if you need to wait on a deep dish. It is busy on the discount day during the week but still worth the wait. During the summer, they have outside seating. read more

Consistently amazing pizza. The wings are no joke. The staff are fantastic and the location is perfect. Not loud when full.

Gluten-free pizza was pretty half decent! Steve was all super friendly and the place was clean.

Excellent service by Katelynn S! We had a wonderful dining experience. We ordered to share Beer Battered Mozzarella Sticks and Sriracha Shrimp m. We also ordered each a 10" personal pizza. Love the atmosphere. Can sit anywhere at the bar. Touch Tunes jukebox is available. The food comes out fast and is hot and fresh. Reasonable prices. Great location and lots of parking. read more

The best tavern pizza around. Blazing hot. Delicious. Great wings. Terrific taco salad. Have not had a bad dish and go often.

Posting a second review just to update from my last. I complained that to-go orders are often wrong and I stand by that - but eating in the restaurant has mostly been a positive experience. Half price wings on thursdays are great and pizzas are mostly consistent. Last time I was here my waitress lowkirkenuinely looked like Charlie Kirk so plz keep an eye out for her. My new complaint is their bar on the other side of the strip mall, Overflow. I was let in underage, and was sat down. Then I was carded when I got my order taken, even though I was only ordering a soda water! The waitress was very rude about it, she literally took the menu out of my hand immediately. I'm not angry about the rule but angry about the execution and enforcement. What made it worse is there was a woman across the bar with a beer in one hand and a newborn baby in the other hand- inappropriate and a young child inside is going against the under 21 rule. Obviously no shit the baby isn't gonna be drinking but KEEP THE RULES FAIR FOR EVERYONE! LET ME HAVE MY PLAIN ASS SODA WATER WITH MY FAMILY IN PEACE! read more

Tried this out for the first time and would eat here again! We got the sampler appetizer to share. Then I got Half Rack Ribs and my son and husband got Pizza. With my meal I did get coleslaw and salad. I was very impressed with their coleslaw as I am not usually impressed. KFC is only other coleslaw I ever liked. Theirs was amazing as well. Ribs were wonderful- small taste of onions. We were highly impressed with service as Kelly did amazing and was very friendly and ambiance was fun! Great place all around! Kids friendly with kid menu as well! read more

Sausage was raw on my pizza!!!! Nothing like getting raw food served to you. If I could leave a zero I would.

Recently went here with a group of 9. Typical sports bar vibe but with a more open feeling. Friday night was busy but the service was quick. God bless our waitress for putting up with the "old man jokes" from our table. Nothing raunchy, just picking on the wives and making generally dumb comments. I had the Southwest soup which was probably the best thing I tasted. Others really liked the other soup of the day. As my entree I ordered the half rack of ribs and fries. This I felt was just meh. It didn't have a lot of sauce which I prefer and was a little heavy on the paprika. Also thought they were a bit dry but that may have been because I like more sauce. Others ordered the bruschetta and pizzas. Bruschetta had way too much going on. The guys said the pizza was okay. Would I go back again? If someone else were paying and it was a family get together like this of course, but on my own-no. read more

Ordered 7 pizzas and salad for delivery for a holiday luncheon at work and everything from the phone calls to order and follow up calls for adding to the order to the delivery person to it all arriving on time went GREAT. The pizza was very good and liked by everyone. This was a 1st time order and will definitely use them again for any future work luncheons. A special thank you to Nicky and Megan! Nice Pizza restaurant in Downtown Batavia, we ordered Deep Dish Pepperoni, Thin Crust Vegetarian, Fireside Salad (Mixed Greens) and Cheeseburger/ Fries. Service was great and very accommodating with food allergies. Restaurant busy, clean and fantastic Atmosphere. Thank you read more

I love their pizza and it's ridiculously cheap, the absolute best deal on pizza delivery in the tri cities no comparison. You'll pretty much always be able to get a seat here as long as the upstairs isn't closed for a private event, which is nice. Service is quick and friendly. Crowd is kinda weird lol but that's all right. Nothing bad. Get the beer nuggets! read more

It's not really a comfortable setting, it's crammed & loud But the food was very good Started with beer nuggets, it was large & pretty good. I had the chicken bruschetta salad it was huge & had plenty of dressing on it. Wife had ribs & shrimp combo, she actually liked the rib & she never likes anyone's ribs. 2- sons had Alfredo pasta dish. 1 added meatballs & the other added baked cheese. Both liked theirs. Last son had a chicken sandwich with fries, it was a decent portion too & good. Please do something about the glasses of water, it has a dirt after taste to it. I drank 1/2 of mine & all 5 at the table were the same. Wife said lemonade wasn't good either, probably the same water. Bill was $100 B4 tip for 5 dinners with an app & 2 lemonades read more

Great pizza here! My boyfriend and I come here every month to see what the new pizza of the month is. It's always a fun and adventurous flavor that always ends up being delicious! The pizza comes out hot and has always been great. I'd say it's about a 25 minute wait for the pizzas. The service is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is what you would expect from a pub or a sports bar, it can get a bit loud but it doesn't interfere with the experience as a whole. I would recommend trying the pizza of the month! read more

My family was on vacation back home and we stopped in to this pizza place because my son is a pizza-holic and it did not disappoint. Honestly, I believe if you can get your hands on a pizza that has a tasty sauce (not too sweet, bland, or salty), you can't go wrong. The price was fair and the establishment was perfect for a family outing by the river. They had a nice bar for a cool drink on a hot day and games for the kids to play. The employees were polite and pizza came out in 15 minutes. I would have taken a picture but my son devoured it before I had the chance. read more
