used to love coming here, i can tell has good owners. Last night ordered a QP with ketchup only, when i got the burger, it had pickles and onions. Naturally I go inside to resolve the issue. I'm told by a woman working cashier that she did indeed put ketchup on it and if i wanted no pickles and onions i shouldve specifically said that. I dont know about anyone else but usually ketchup only means nothing else but ketchup. Then after a little back and forth she took my sandwich and the cook started swearing and yelling in spanish. Little did he know I actually speak spanish and heard everything he was saying.... Hopefully I can find the owners number and reach out because theyre usually really nice. Crew Service are hot asffood was excellent as the young short lady in the back taking orders

The staff here really struggle at even basic customer service. The latest? 3:30pm on a Sunday afternoon and I'm in a line of 7 or 8 vehicles backed up at the drive thru. Does the crew instruct the bottlenecking SUV at the window to please park in the designated waiting area so the 7 vehicles behind them can get their food? Nope, we all sat there for over 10 minutes without budging. Finally the SUV pulls away and I can see the ice cream cone I ordered sitting in the window and I watched as the youngster at the window tried to hand it to the three vehicles in front of me. As you can guess, by the time I got to the window it was a melted dripping mess. I said to the employee "you're not really going to hand me that melted dripping mess that's been sitting there for 10 minutes right". He just stared at me slackjawed and mumbled "did you order an ice cream cone"? By that time I was done and told him "just give me the cone" and I ate it as quickly as I could so it didn't melt all over my interior and clothing. And no, he didn't even give me a napkin. And this isn't the first time I've experienced stuff like this. The employees here are in desperate need of some time in the training room as they can't even provide basic customer service. I'm done with State Street location, why would I ever go back?!?! read more

Never had a problem with this McDonald's. Excellent staff. Very considerate. Even when there's human error and an order is wrong they apologize sincerely and fix it right away. Great service even in an extremely busy environment. Good job guys. read more

This McDonald's is trash. They constantly get our order wrong or forget important stuff. This morning was the final straw. There's no option to add picante salsa on the Uber app, so we ordered a sausage burrito only for the salsa. Of course, they didn't include the salsa. Only order here if you meticulously check your bag after receiving it. read more

The inside of this McDonald's has a very nice aesthetic to it. Service was quick, faster than most I've been to. My only complaint is the parking lot is confusing and the drive thru was confusing as well. Like I said, just like any other McDonald's. read more

Don't bother... Go to the Smith Road and Route 64 location in St. Charles instead. This McDonald's has its host of issues, two ladies that work drive thru orders are rude and interrupt you while ordering(this has happened several times), slow service(today I was the only car in drive thru to start, not sure what happened but the line got 8 cars deep and I ended up waiting ten mins instead of the suggested 90 secs or less. Mauricio was very friendly today, in the drive thru, he is a lone bright spot. Recommend corporate come in and do an audit and some massive coaching to the employees and management of this location. read more

This McDonald's is far better than the Batavia location. In fact the difference is like night and day. The food is almost always hot and fresh and unlike the other place you don't have to worry about people running wild when there's a fair or something going on in a downtown area. Even though the Batavia McDonald's is closer to my home I will gladly come to this location instead for their far better service and hot and fresh food! read more

I have to say I love McDonald's food and service, but this steak and egg biscuit was a complete turnoff. I picked up a few things for breakfast before going into a long day of work and thought "hmm let me try something new" so I got the steak and egg biscuit. As I was in for a few bites the steak tasted like meatloaf and as I bit one more time I came across a hard chewey like substance. I don't j ow what it was but it seemed to be like a tendon or joint of a cow! If you go to McDonald's for there breakfast I do not recommend getting the steak and egg biscuit. read more

No Habla Engles! No one, including the Manager, at this McDonalds, could speak English well enough to take my order. After 5 minutes at the drivethru terminal, I was still unable to get my order understood. I parked. I went inside. I was pointed to a kiosk in the entryway. Not wanting to type my own order on, I asked to have my order taken by a person at a cash register, and a look of panic came over the Manager. I spoke slowly, allowing the Manager to key-in each sandwich, and finally got our breakfasts (all correct). Really?? No English spoken at the Geneva store? I know with fast food you have to expect errors from time to time, it comes with minimum wage jobs but this is the third time out of my last four trips I order a steak egg and cheese bagel sandwich and I get the bacon egg and cheese bagel. Your bacon is like rubber imitation bacon and tastes horrible. Most times I only want the sandwich but the only time they get it right is if I order the meal by number, it appears to be too much to ask them to understand a 1 sandwich order. read more

One of the nicer McDonald's to eat inside of. The interior seems fancier than that of most McDonald's - more oriented toward adults than kids. I was successfully able to use the AT&T wi-fi here on the one occasion I tried it. My order has always been correct, both when ordering inside or at the drive-thru. This McDonald's is alright. And that's about it. It's okay. The day time food is mediocre and usually not prepared very well, as in lettuce all over the place on a McChicken, or pickles falling off the side of your hamburger, or even fries put in a bag upside-down. Disappointing most of the time. The worst though is that online their hours are still set as 24 hours, which must have changed years ago as I have mistakenly gone here more than once after around 1 or 2. Once about a year ago and this was before the remodel and it was closed at 12:30am ish and now about a week ago and it was closed at 1:00am. It's absolutely ridiculous. I know a lot of friends that have made the same mistake and we're pretty fed up with it. What's the reason that they can't change their hours online? Mediocrity isn't something you should aim for, but for over a year this McDonald's has been on par with just that. read more

The fastest McDonalds I've ever seen. I frequent in the morning for an Egg McMuffin and a coffee and it's ready faster than I can pay. They hand it off to me smoothly like a quarterback to their running back. I have never waited and they're always accurate. Keep it up people!! read more
