I am writing this to complain about the atrocious service I received tonight. I have been going to the Wheaton Chic Fil A for the past 12 years and never had a regretful experience. I ordered my usual spicy chicken sandwich, fries and chocolate milkshake thru the drive thru. I waited close to 8 minutes, although there was no one in front of me at the time. Secondly, when the order finally came, the lady there tried to give me a chocolate milk instead and I stated no that I had ordered a milkshake instead. She then got her manager Who told me they would charge me for a milkshake instead of the milk. Despite the wait and the fact they screwed up , I said no and the manager stated she would give me a refund. I checked my credit card and no refund was given. Really disappointing experience, I never expected this from chic fil a in Wheaton, not sure why they would do this.

Very clean - staff was very friendly. I am still waiting on the food which I ordered which was waffle fries but this stay is comfortable & air conditioned and should be worth the $3.34 that I paid!

Such a friendly place! I got a gift card to use from them and wanted to try some of their nuggets that everyone raves about and they truly didn't disappoint! Everything was fresh and delicious and the service was unmatched. They brought the food to me and even was gracious enough to bring me extra condiments! I definitely will come back!

    Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich

As a family we used to love this chick-fil-a. But this last run thru was a nightmare in waiting. Aside from the requirement to circle the building just to enter the drive thru, I placed my order. I almost always order extra pickles but this time clearly someone was in a nasty mood inside. From the usual 2-3 pickle slices that come in the sandwich, when I arrived home I opened my sandwich to reveal not a normal amount of pickles but 13 pickle slices and a VERY soggy bun. As I'm eating my fries I notice the lower half of the fry box is just half of a fried potato. This restaurant leaves me some very big concerns on quality nowadays. Wish this place stayed like it was 6 months ago.

A "Large Fry" with my meal. Sad to see a consistent decline in the quality of service at this location.

Food is good but fries are frequently not full. Sad to see that overall service here has come to be below average.

Not very happy about my recent experience here. My husband ordered a chicken club sandwich for me and 8 pc nuggets for himself. When we got home there were no nuggets in the bag and also just a plain grilled chicken sandwich.. my husband had just driven over an hour back from work so he did not feel like going back out to correct the order. Wish the workers would pay attention to the orders a bit closer.

My boyfriend and I come here at least 1-2 times a week and sometimes I'm there 4 times just because I work nearby and because sometime when we can't come to a decision on where to eat we just always say, "can't go wrong with shwarma." Our favorite is the chicken shwarma entree! And I really like the lentil soup from here too. They really do have great service and I am a fan of the aesthetic of place. I like that they also make a lot of their own proteins out of seitan instead of just the store brand plant based meat products which they have but not in most dishes. The food is really good. I really liked the Mac and cheeze, the fried "chicken" appetizer and the beet soup the most. They don't seem to make their own drinks but they do have a lot of great food options which is all homemade and they do offer some delicious healthy drinks for purchase. They also sell a small selection of nut butters, baking ingredients and kale chips that they make as well as a few more snacks that they don't make. Like a very mini vegan grocery. The ambiance is nice. Lots of live plants and comfortable booths and tables. I especially love the table in the corner by the window and big plants. The cheese held together pretty well and was like a spread to place on the crostini. Wasn't messy to eat and all the flavors went well together and were amazing. Earthy and a hint of spice that isn't over whelming. Don't realize the spice after a few more bites. Then we shared the Red wine braised short ribs. They split the entree for us and it was plenty of food. The polenta was delicious with the sauce. The braised short ribs fell apart easily. The arugula, onions, and shaved fennel made the dish very pretty. Definitely recommended trying this dish.
