The Sunday special where a kid meal is $1.99 with the purchase of an adult meal has become a once a month treat. Having the app also has exposed to other unique offerings and their newest menu addition too. They've been doing a lot of solid digital marketing in the general vicinity as well and I often find great value offerings through that channel as well. Most recently that was discovering the 20 piece boneless Hall, which for $10 was enough to feed both of my kids or me a little snack and one of the kids as well. I think they need some work unless I say something specifically I feel like I always get the end of the bachelorette prize they're warm, not hot but they're limp and often quite greasy if I ask them well done or Crispy I feel like they get overcooked so I just don't know at this point how to best enjoy the french fries here. All that service is always 100% and the staff is always able to put a smile on your face. That's a pretty basic part of the order, and once you're already home, you shouldn't have to drive all the way back because someone didn't check the order before it left the restaurant. What's even more disappointing is that before writing this review, I actually called the restaurant to give them an opportunity to make it right. I asked to speak with a manager and was told the manager would call me back. That call never came. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. But not following up with a customer after saying you would is what really bothered me. A simple phone call and acknowledgment would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, between the incomplete order and the lack of follow-up, this was a very disappointing experience.
