The food was great as usual. I had a mobile order and I went up to get my food. I could not hear the associate that is behind the register. So I asked if she could repeat what she was saying. She said then had to repeat herself twice and rudely started stating for me to use my last name for my food. The rudeness was not needed not everyone can hear great, the associate needs to learn there are people who do not here well and she needs to not be rude. read more

Went late and the food was fresh as ever, good service. Going back soon. The quality of meat used separates the good from the bad in Asian to go. They excelled in quality. read more

I worked nearby for two years and ate here almost every day (yeah, hard to believe, I know), and I just want to say one thing -- I never got food poisoning, not even once in two years. Wow, wow, wow! Thank you to everyone who works here. Adios, goodbye, auf Wiedersehen! read more

I just ordered from this location and was very disappointed with the quality of food I received. This place could do so much better but they just go through the motions. And I will keep going out of the area to spend my money until they get better or get replaced with something else. read more

Ordering a 2 entree plate and only getting about one entree of plate of food kind make me disappointed. Especially when another worker gives the customer in front you heaps of food but you get the stingy worker. Good job older white lady, the younger black girl I got gave me a kid's portion. Perhaps its a race thing. I don't know. read more

No rating "0." Terrible customer service. I had a free entrée with entrée purchase. I had a redemption code on their receipt, which I handed to the staff member at the drive through window. I ordered 2 entrée thinking that one will be free. Apparently, as I read the sign on the receipt after I drove off, it had to be 2 entrée purchase and 3rd one free. She took my coupon with words "Let me see," charged me for 2 entrée without saying anything that at this point I qualified for 3 rd one free. The staff member kept my coupon. This is just today. I am going to write reviews every time I go there. So far Bad experiences. Before you drive off the drive through window open boxes and check if the order is what you asking for. Check your receipt as well. read more

Horrible service. Lady that served us made it seem like they were running out of food so they skimped on the serving even though they had a lit of food out. They had no ice at the self serve drink machine. The food was cold. Noodles were hard. I won't come here again as she was rude with an attitude. When we asked her to get us ice, she said, "did you try to get it out of the machine?" read more

At 2PM was the third time I have tried to get a quick meal at this Panda Express, in the last three weeks. They just can't seem to keep the food ready to serve. If they have hot trays or warmers they can keep food for up to 4 hours. When I come I do not want to wait. I want a quick meal that is ready to go. You are loosing a good deal of business by not meeting your customers needs. read more

We received great service. Tonight only the drive- thru was opened. Very fast service and the food is fresh and hot.

Went in yesterday to get some chicken and chow mein. The door was locked at 4:45-5pm. No sign was posted saying the dining room was closed, even though there were guests eating on the inside. When I finally got to the counter to order they were out of mushroom chicken and the chicken with green beans. But what really got me was that they locked the doors with guests inside during business hours. That is a fire safety hazard. I have no clue why the doors were locked and no notice saying why. I understand we still have COVID-19 going on, but they had guests in the dining room eating. read more

I recently moved from California to Red Oak Texas. Unfortunately this location is a disaster. I have only been here twice. The first time the food was not up to par and an item was forgotten. Decided to try one more time last night and just ordered a bowl for my wife and a 2 item plate for me. Got home and opened my container and there was only 1 item and a space for the second item (Beijing Beef). Clearly this franchise location deserves a big "F" for failure. These kids who are left there to operate this store are not well trained. This is totally the franchise owners fault. I hope it gets fixed. In the meanwhile, I will try other options or different location. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. we just walked in and everyone was just chilling doing nothing and didn't say a word. Nope

What a fudge!!! We went there today and was colder inside the restaurant than outside I definitely did NOT enjoy my meal cause it got colder in 2 minutes!!! Needless to say even my butthole was tight as I was not able to relax my body in such cold temperature!!! Y'all need to set that thermostat at 75 degrees. Seems like y'all don't want folks to stay and enjoy as everyone just ate as quick and they Can and get the hell out of there! Fix the temperature!!!! And by the way beware of the scalding hot water in the restrooms it will burn your hands!!!! read more

I think I'm done with Panda Express it used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant but I think now I'll find another Chinese cuisine this franchise is starting to become stingy on their portions and sloppy preparations as well but they'll sure give you a nice size portion of rice typical stingy Asian give outs I be better off buying PF Chang at the grocery store two thumbs down and -star for this place..and I went to another Chinese restaurant and got a nice portion and paid only 5bucks here I paid 9bucks for toddler portions I'm done with Panda Express and the photo posted is exactly how I received my meal smh read more

Basically tried to redeem my panda entree on the back of the receipt and they didn't allow me. How do I buy a plate go and give a review and no free entree? The food wasn't even fresh and I didn't get the right portion. Terrible customer service read more

Drive thru experience today was terrible. I had to wait a total of 25 mins here for one plate of orange chicken and one bowl of teriyaki chicken. Had to wait in parking lot for them to bring the food out for just 2 orders. Once I got my bag of food the order was completely wrong like it was someone else's. I was so mad and didn't have time to wait anymore so I just took it and left. I will never be back to this location. Sucks wasting money like that.. I seriously see this location going out of business because of the management and staff cannot figure out what they're doing.. Just give the people what they ordered. Won't be back.. read more

I am in the drive through on my way to work and placed my order no problem. Pull up to the window told there is a wait for teriyaki chicken 7 min. (I couold have been told this at the drive thru before they took my money but was not). I was asked to pull forward and I did for 20 minutes. Sitting in my care having a discussion with my husband if they forgot us or not....They did. I got out in the rain went inside and asked, did you forgot us? They had no idea. Then I was told they were only waiting on meat they had been serving other customers. So I asked Ms Alicia(who was so proudly willing to give her name in a very rude manner) For a refund and her reply.. "Oh! you aint gettin yo money back." I asked her o remake the plates that had been sitting for 25 minutes and she dumped the noodles back mixed them up and the rice remixed also and remaid plates with fgresh chicken. Now I have worked in food management and I know there is a rate bacteria grows on food. I wasnt eating that. I need all my social media platform to know this is not acceptable. When I asked for a district manager she refused me this information and told me to go look up coperates number. FYI, when you make a mistake apologize and keep it moving. And while you claiming to be the manager take responsibility. read more

I saw some people had county gave a bad review but I don't think so I believe they have changed the way they do things with all the people are real nice. They also have these cabbage Kale and broccoli mix that was real good as well. read more

This place is terrible we've called on several occasions asking if they had the Beyond orange chicken they said yes ,you get there within 15 minutes for them to tell you that they don't have any after waiting in line for another 15 minutes read more

I went to this place this past weekend and regret it. The ladies who serviced me were kind, so that is a pro. The con is that they forgot an item from my order (which is fine), but the Red Panda Express box they put it in was open, and the meat was exposed in the white thank you box. With what is going on with COVID-19, that is a huge problem with food handling. read more

Every time we come here they have what we ask for, or, they forget utensils/napkins/straw etc. worst panda we've been to

I gave them another chance and they dropped the ball again. The always ask for a donation and when you say "no thank you" they act like you are a human rights violator. I got orange chicken and beef and broccoli which they removed all the beef from. If i wanted broccoli with no beef i would order that. I do not go to restaurants to make donations and i do not want my polite decline to be taken out on my food. read more

I ordered delivery from here and never received my food. I looked at the tracker and it said they were less than 1 minute away. Looked again and it said 5 minutes away. The location remained 5 minutes away for about 10 minutes, then the order said delivered. I tried texting the number provided, but I received an error message in return. I tried calling the store 4 times the night of and 3 times the day after and got no response. ZERO STARS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! read more

They make their food too spicy and when we said something about we were told the cook doesn't measure the spices. Our kids love the orange chicken at Panda Express but won't eat it from this location because of the spice. Waited 5 minutes to be spoken to in the drive thru. They were out of several things on the menu. Didn't know what I ordered when I pulled up to the window. Asked me to pull off to the side after waiting 15 minutes. They didn't know which car to bring my order to. They tried to give my order to another car (several cars were asked to pull to the side). I had to go back inside to get my food. I told an employee they really needed a better system and he laughed. The whole thing took about a half hour for me to get my food. read more

Terrible service. I pulled up to Panda at 7:57 pm on Sunday night. Drive up full so decided to go inside. Got to locked door to see small sign that said SORRY - USE DRIVE UP. Pulled into drive up line...and after being trapped in line by cars ahead and behind, finally got to order. 37 minutes after arriving at Panda I got my order. Other than main entrée it was all wrong. Ordered steam rice - got fried. Ordered unsweet tea - got sweet. Ordered sweet & sour sauce - got soy. Of course this was not discovered until getting food home to wife. I won't be back. I went inside and ordered, and they didn't have what I wanted and had to cook it, which is fine because there were a good amount of people who ordered the same thing. The issue is that they told me it would be a 10 minute wait and that they would bring me my food. I waited inside for over 20 minutes and when I went to check on it, they had forgotten to give it to me. So by the time I got it, it was cold, and they even skimped on the amount of food they gave me. Like come on, if you are gonna forget about me when i'm in eyesight of my food, at least give me all the food I paid for. read more

Hi everybody! Are any of you looking for... ... a place in Red Oak to get mediocre Asian food... ... where they are always out of what you want... ... that is served to you by indifferent and sometimes even rude staff... ... all while paying too much for it? The most rude people I've literally ever dealt with in a drive through. Wouldn't read the order back to me. Talked over me the whole time I would try to order, and then proceeded to yell at me at the window when I was driving away. All I did was ask her to repeat the order to me because she didn't at the time I was ordering. Also, did not ask if I wanted any sauces so I had to wait for them to open the window again so I could ask. Normally I would not complain like this but this was just all crazy to me. At the very least they could learn some manners. Even if this was a persons first day in the job, a job teaches you the value of a dollar you should know manners on your own. read more

Paid over $7 for a Panda Bowl, something that I thought was Kid Sized. Paid $1 extra for the angus beef entree, got like a spoon full of beef and that was it. If your idea of an adult sized entree is a spoon full of beef then go pay $7 for it. Oh btw, the side that comes with your entree is rice. read more

If you decide to eat here, ALWAYS check your food before you leave the drive-through. :( You have been warned... The only reason this Panda location is getting 2 stars instead of 1 star is because I absolutely love Panda's food in general, and they sometimes give you a free drink if they mess up your order or you have to wait awhile. But I'm not exaggerating when I say that EVERY SINGLE TIME I've gone through the drive-thru at this location, they have messed up my order. Every.Single.Time. Whether it's the wrong entree, the wrong kind of rice, not including the number of sauces we requested... Something's wrong. We've learned to check before we leave the parking lot or we'll be inevitably sad when we get home. This last time was something special though... I noticed on the receipt that they had the wrong entree down for one of our orders. I corrected the error and they gave us a free drink because we had to wait longer. Well, I foolishly figured I caught the error because SURELY they wouldn't mess up an order twice in one trip. Right? Rightttt? Wrong. :( I got home and discovered I had fried rice instead of brown rice. Now, some of you reading this may be saying, "Ah, just eat the rice anyway!" But here's the deal. I hate peas. Peas are yucky to me and fried rice is FULL of peas. So I had to drive back to get a new bowl. I got there and explained that I didn't even realize the error until I got home and had to go all the way back. They replaced my food... But didn't offer anything. Not a free drink, nothing. :( Yes, my husband had gotten a free drink 15 minutes earlier, but that was due to a different error. I'm not sure why they're always running out of stuff and why the orders are always wrong. Maybe they are short-staffed. But I'm just not sure if I'll be going back to this particular location. When you order bowls to go, it's hard to open the bowl in your car and push the entree around enough to inspect the rice below and make sure there are no dreaded peas hidden from your sight. This review ended up really long. :-/ read more
