Usually I would say this would be 5 stars. One of the only things I eat here is their parfait. My husband got me one this morning and there was MOLD on the strawberry. The yogurt was watery which just made me think these are pre made and this one was probably sitting in their fridge since before the remodel. Makes me question ordering this in the future. UPDATE- 5/16/2023 Management called me and advised they addressed it with their employees for quality control and let me know the yogurts are prepared daily. Chick fil a always has had great service and has shown they are about their customers. Honestly though it seems no matter what Chick-fil-A you go into you get the same high quality food and service across the board at least in my experience anyway. Ordered a catered lunch for a wedding. Paid almost double the first quote for delivery. I spoke with the girl the day before to confirm the order. Confirmed there would be plates, napkins, utensils, ice, tea, etc. Service up until the delivery was great! I felt like it was a huge relief for the day of. Upon delivery, none of these items were provided to either suite. The bridal suite could not eat the salad platter because there was nothing to eat it with/on! No ice, no utensils, no plates, no napkins. The bridal party attempted to call Chik-fil-a twice after she left so she would turn around but they never got an answer. This was disappointing. This was the Dirtiest CFA I've ever gone to. I go to many when I have my grands. I sat in the lobby for over 2 hours to allow my grands to play and just wanted to see if they would come clean tables or at least sweep the floors. NOTHING!! Every employee at this facility is incredible! Their service goes far beyond any other restaurant in town, their management team is incredible and they definitely put people first! They make sure you leave happy and satisfied, they go out of their way to make sure that everybody gets what they ordered and that they are satisfied, I played bingo there every Thursday and they do a great job! I had a good visit to this Chick-fil-A! Before I go forwards with my review know I worked for a Chick-fil-A for over 2 years, so that is why I am so critical of Chick-fil-A's. Food: I ordered the 12 count nugget meal with a medium fry and medium coke light ice. Chick-fil-A got my order correct. The nuggets were good but I can across one or two nuggets that were just terrible! I can't explain it, whether something happened when cooking them, but it was terrible and I had to spit those nuggets out. The fries were very much salted and the coke tasted great. Service: The service was fast, I got through the drive thru in about 8-9 minutes. The woman who took my order at the kiosk was kind, fast, and had a mighty good attitude! So did the young man at the window, they got me my food and even sent me on my way with a compliment. Condition: As seen in the pictures, the condition of the drive thru is very poor, and upsetting seeing a drive thru is such poor shape. Looks like un-finished construction, maybe I caught them at a wrong day, and it will be done tomorrow, but if that is the case they should've closed the drive thru and get it finished today. I was not only afraid for the condition of my car after driving over those metal barriers, but also afraid of there being any more structural errors that could ruin my car. First time at this location in Waxahachie to say the least disappointed with the quality of food and especially the service and the way I was treated because I brought my drink in the play area. If you don't want your "$4,000" flooring to get spilt on like the Operator himself said put up signs so people like myself who's a mom watching her son in there like a responsible one won't bring a refreshment while I am in there. I have been to many Chick-fil-As and worked there aswell and I have never heard of this, will not be coming back to this location. Don't waste your time! Chickfila has a very high standard, but this one is a cut above the rest. I was doubley impressed when I saw the owner himself being not afraid to do the jobs of his other workers; I appreciated that demonstration of servant leadership that he probably didn't even realize when I saw him taking care of matters of the dumpster. It's Chick-Fil-A so you know the food is good. This location is a pain though. Line (as with all chick-fil-a lines) is miles long. The difference is this location doesn't do nearly as good of a job at moving it fast. I've waited almost a hour in line before. The food is fine but honestly not the best.
