We got to the store, and I walked over to the mobile order corner to wait for the notification that my order was ready. One of the ladies asked if I was waiting and if she could help me, I inform her that I'm waiting on a mobile order. She leaves to go looking for it but one of the gentlemen approaches me soon after with my order nicely packed. Definitely much better service quality than I'm used to at my usual Chick-fil-A. The only drawback was that there wasn't any sauce included in our bag. Luckily we dug in as soon as we got back into the car so I was able to go back inside and request those, but it's just not a meal without that Chick-fil-A sauce so I was relieved that we didn't leave too quickly. Still great service quality though, I requested four sauces and received four with no hassle.

I didn't taste the chicken because of the burning of the good good sauce. I can't tell you if it was grilled. How could I? The ambiance was at my home and it wasn't very good with all the pain I was going through. The order was through Doordash so if they didn't put it on the menu then that's on them. I don't know who thought this good good sauce up but they need to be taught how to make a sauce. And if you are going to put a hot sauce on a sandwich warn the patron. If I had been told the sauce was hot I would not have ordered it.

The food was very tasty and fresh. I always check the restrooms for cleaniness. If they never clean the restroom, they probably won't clean the kitchen either. The men's restroom is decorated really cool and worth seeing. I took photos for ideas of future remodels. Our waitress was very attentive and checked on us several times. I was very pleased and will be back again when I visit again.

Vivian Howard of North Carolina, Chef, Restaurateur and teacher to hopeful home cooks with her current show on PBS, "Kitchen Curious" cites Bojangles as the source of her inspiration for dirty rice, wanting to recreate that specific flavor profile at home. Yes, Bojangles. She even went through their drive thru on the show where she makes her own version of dirty rice. So I finally went to the Bojangles near me in Lancaster one evening. We stopped in and marveled at the many biscuit combinations on the menu. I will say that reading through the reviews on our way there was weird though. There are apparently "legacy" Bojangles out East that serve bone in Chicken and more selections of sides or "fix ins." This caused consternation after this Lancaster franchise opened and they didn't have bone in chicken. It seemed to affect customer perception of the current trimmed down menu of biscuit and tenders, salads and sandwiches only menu early on. The menu reminds me of Chick- fil-A, just different. As for today, I came for the Dirty Rice. But we did order two Chicken sandwiches plus pickles, a family size dirty rice and a family size coleslaw, to go. Bojangles does not have jalapeños FYI. The menu neglected to show a sandwich only price. So I asked. I was told $6.92 including tax. The family size fix ins were $4.99. Combos with sandwich, beverage, and side choice are approximately $9.50. Sandwiches come with lettuce and tomatoes according to the menu. The restaurant was clean with booths and tables. Service was friendly. When we got home though, I must have been misunderstood or I misunderstood what went on the sandwiches. We had ended up with only pickles instead of added pickles. I don't usually post photos of food with utensils or half full containers with food already removed but today, I am doing that. I sliced up some tomatoes, washed lettuce, got out the jalapeños and more pickles and mayo and we fixed up our sandwiches. I would like to think that everything would have been sorted out at the restaurant if we had dined in, but only 2 pickles? Seriously? The chicken itself was cooked perfectly. The exterior was still mostly crispy and was well seasoned. It certainly needed the veggies. And I have to have my jalapeños! The bun was brioche however and perfectly toasted. Now the dirty rice. I could taste the chicken bouillon in the well seasoned rice and the big chunks of sausage were appreciated. It was good. So was the coleslaw. Nice and cold, crunchy and a perfect foil to my jalapeños on my sandwich. So we spent spent $24.42 on two people for no drinks, two large sides and two sandwiches. Honestly, it was good, but it is not something that I would eat frequently. As I said, we don't usually eat fried chicken out. They are open 24 hours! With a well lit drive thru and easy online ordering. Go and check them out!

Out of all the fast food, this is the everyday sandwich choice that is fresh, high quality and delicious - every single time. We have been eating and appreciating their sandwiches for years and so we were thrilled to see this franchise open. As with all the others, the people are friendly and helpful and the sandwiches are so good. I had my favorite, The Original Italian. The Italian meats are sliced fresh and the bread is perfect for a sandwich. I get the Mini, a 5 inch sub on white bread with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni. Dressing the sub Mike's Way really pops and I get it all - lettuce, tomato, onion, olive oil and red wine vinegar, salt and oregano. Jersey Mike's also offers a hot cherry pepper relish that is WONDERFUL! Yes, it packs some heat; but it is the good kind. The other item to request on the side are their excellent, crisp and tasty sandwich pickles. I like to eat them out of hand rather than on the sandwich, but remember to ask for them. My husband always gets one of the 7 inch Regular size Cheese Steaks. There are nine different selections and they're grilled to order. This time he had the Big Kahuna Chicken with grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapeños, and extra white American cheese. He loves the way the Rosemary Parmesan bread tastes with it and the way the bread holds all the juicy ingredients in. He also uses some of the hot cherry pepper relish and eats the pickles, too! They're really that good. Most of the suburban Jersey Mike's Subs that have popped up are small - heavy on the to go side of things. This restaurant is the same. Three 4 chair tables and three 2 tall chair tables. It's a shame really because we love to eat our sandwiches "hot off the press" so to speak when the bread is perfect and my husband's sandwich is steaming hot. But it's adequate and most folks actually are just coming and going. The parking can be a little slim, it's a busy lot. Frankly, I would even walk from down the street if I needed to. Once again, it's that good!
