I'm reviewing the Panda Express on 47th east Palmdale. I remember being satisfied eating Panda Express for years. It's my to go food when I don't have time to cook and grab a quick bite to eat. I usually eat at a different location. Ever since I moved this is the closest location near my home. As of lately, and maybe only at this particular location the food been different and horrible! I'm embarrassed to say I've eaten here at least 4 times now. The fried rice is super dried and taste old not fresh. I have a feeling they been mixing the old and new rice together. Cause I know this rice is not right! The beef and broccoli doesn't taste the same. Beef and broccoli is one of my favorite dish. How can you messed up on this simple dish??? I love to smother my rice with the beef and broccoli sauce and it was always so delicious. But as of lately the taste been off, something is missing. The orange chicken wasn't bad but can be better. The pepper steak or whatever it's call was horrible. The seasoning or flavor is off! And that's like one of my favorite sides. I had the chicken teriyaki and they forgot to give me the sauce so my chicken was super bland and dry like this damn desert land. The sauce was no longer the same anyway, it comes in a package which I think is so gross. Chow mien was stiff and again taste old. Everything from this 47th location was half ass done and old. I am so disappointed and disgusted. I will never go back there again. I think it's the cooker, cook or whatever you call them. They are either skipping out on main ingredients or not trained to cook according to Panda Express recipes which is against their franchise policy to cut corners and change the recipe. Well whatever it is they need to get it together cause you just lost a customer. Actually the whole family and my friends not going back. It's not cheap for nasty food. It's terrible y'all! Coming from Hollywood We've ordered Panda Express quite often, and of course moving to Palmdale we were very excited about it. But when I ordered I was in total shock how miserably they serve, it's ridiculous and for the price it's a total NO!! There's other places that I can go to and they serve pretty decent. We moved here close to three years and for being a place I used to go to in Los Angeles at least twice a month this Panda Express in 47th only been there once. read more

Cheyenne had the WORST customer service! I typically love to eat Panda Express but the experience I received from her made me not want to return to their stores again. To top off the attitude while serving me, she served me at least 5 pieces of shrimp. I asked her can I get more? That amount is just ridiculous for a grown adult. She states that's the portion she's supposed to give. Not to forget, she also never greeted me just looked at me waiting for me to speak. HONESTLY, i looooove panda express. and my kitchen is currently under renovation, so i had to order today. I got it off doordash, I got two plates. one plate was double chow mein & double broccoli beef. there was FOUR pieces of beef... It's Friday night and it's busy but let me tell these ladies and gentlemen are handling the rush like pros because that's what they are, PROS! We placed an online order with specific instructions. I had an order of 6 plates. When I was checking my order the "team leader" Jessica was rude big time she is literally a bit.... I asked her to double check my order and orders were half way the portion very little was the worst. She just said I give you a refund and go, she don't care she dont have any costumer service she didn't find a solution just the easy way. Bevin was extremely rude! We told her what we wanted and she didn't do anything then claimed it was our fault for not telling her the entrees we wanted. When I tried telling her she was busy having an attitude and talking back to hear me say what I wanted 3 times already I had told her! This evening we chose to place an order using Grub Hub for delivery. We have ordered from here before , and our last experience was not so great as they got our orders mixed up with one another, how could we have imagined that we would be in for another bad surprise this time around. We ordered the two bigger plates which can be seen in our photos. As you can see on one of the meals we ordered 1/2 Chow mien and 1/2 White Rice, along with Orange Chicken, Broccoli Beef and Super Greens. The two unhappy surprises were found in this Bigger Plate and not the second Bigger Plate. To begin with , where is the White Rice ?? and Second, Look at the 2 Tiny pieces of Beef in the Beef & Broccoli. It is obvious to me that someone is not doing their job properly. When I called several times, the phone finally got answered, the young lady was polite and in the end provided me the phone number of their Corporate Office , I carefully noted the number and here it is: (626) 799-9898 as provided to me by the young lady. I hope it is correct and will be calling them in the morning. We paid a fair sum of Money for our meal and do not expect a 5 star Dinner, but simply what we paid for. I haven't been here in years and now I remember why... I feel like it's over priced and skimpy portions-compared to other fast food Chinese food joints in the area. It's priced as a sit down place where they serve you but instead you get you food in a styrofoam box. I remember the orange chicken used to be good but not anymore it was over cooked and chewy, but still had a good flavor. I also didn't like all the celery in the chowmein way too much imo. Let me start by saying I absolutely LOVE Panda Express. However, this location needs serious improvement. The service is sooo slow, it takes forever to get your order and leave. They are always out of the teriyaki chicken, egg rolls, and veggies. I need to wait for them to bring out more. I live on the east side and this is the closest panda to me, but I would recommend driving to the west side one by Walmart. That one is GREAT! read more
