Delicious food! The pans of food are huge!!! Literally I had leftovers for 3 days. It feeds up to 15 people plus. Everything was fresh and made so well. It was my first time trying this place after eating from other places. The food was good and had good flavor so I appreciate that at least it was good. BUT their customer service needs a little work. The Latina girls working tonight were rude when trying to order food and had me wait over 20 minutes for a boba tea when it wasn't even busy. They even said an item I wanted was out and couldn't get anymore but when I chose something else and paid the item they were out was replenished and when I went back to get a side of it because that what I really wanted the girls gave me such an attitude my son had to walk out because he couldn't deal with the attitude towards me. To top it of they didn't even give it to me at the end. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long while and I work and have worked in the food industry so I know how it can get but wow. This is pretty much the only Chinese Food place I go to. The food is good but lately ( depending on who is serving the food) they tend to put BIG ASS pieces of the orange chicken in the bottom of the containers to take up space. I got 3 in my order. Decent/good Chinese food is not really a thing in Palmdale. At least on the SE side (trust me, we've looked). So far, this is our go to place but you have to order fresh. Lines are usually for won ton soup (or wor won ton for all meats n shrimp). We then get the mixed vegetable with tofu or combo chop suey. Wife likes hot & sour soup (egg flower plus chili sauce). Buffet style stuff is meh and boba drinks are powdered stuff. They hook u up with a Chinese new year calendar if you spend more than $25 so that's something lol read more

This rate based quantity and price. Food is ok but the compensate you quantity. They pack you food like crazy. Quality is probably a bit better than buffet but def worth it. I even prefer this over panda. Service has never been bad. Obviously english isnt the first language so dont be surprised if dont understand you right away or talk in their language. UPDATE: DECEMBER 2019 ..... DON'T GET SOUP FROM THIS PLACE.... I got Wonton Soup and the Vegetables used were rotted looking with discolored bruises ... They were no good. ALSO, the Soup itself had a bland taste, just NO taste or flavor was added :-( ..... The Wontons were traditionally made.... I regret leaving a $5 tip because the meal was not edible I was so skeptical about this place simply because I'm not a fan to already prepared entrees. Anyway, I just happened to stumble in here the other night and ordered Coconut Shrimp, Fried Rice and Noddles.... Loved seeing the bean sprouts in the rice (yummy) however lacked opinions and egg...lol... But it was still great..... Noodles were a little too thick and soft for my taste but were still good tasting... Shrimps were amazing!!! Very fresh tasting .Next time I'll ask for less sauce tho I will be back to taste something else .... This is the best tasting Chinese food I've ever tasted. The chow mein is long, oily, sweet sesame and perfect cylindrical texture. The meat is so well seasoned and just the right texture. I had the orange chicken, it is soft, not rubbery like other restaurants. The pork is perfect! I am so thrilled that a place has kept the quality and authenticity of good Chinese food. Every time I've been here the employees are rude. They're impatient w customers ordering and stingy with utensils. If you ask for chopsticks, they take away your forks. Every other Chinese fast food place I've been to is more than happy to give both. When you ask for the forks back they're very annoyed about it. It's happened to me a few times. This place is pretty new because I saw the place getting putting up signs when i used to study at Panera next door. One day while eating at Panera, I saw that the place finally opened and a lot of people were going in and out of this place. So next time I was nearby, I decided to try it. The place is clean. They do NOT use MSG. Cheap eats if you do the combo ($4-6). My favorite is the orange chicken. The portions are huge and two people can probably share one combo.
