Tried ordering online but the app wasn't working correctly. Called and talked to the Manager Ann and she was no help at all. She wouldn't honor the price online for the family meal deal if we came to the store and ordered there. She was rude and unhelpful and told us there was nothing she could do. Worse service I have ever received. We will be filing a complaint with the company. read more

Cleastest and politest Panda Express I have ever been in. The manager came and asked my wife and I how they did and how they could be better. Top notch! read more

Foods good and staff is friendly but don't dare order chow mein past 9 or you will be one of 4 cars waiting longer then 10 min for your food

Service was terrible and the lady had a hickey on her neck who was working and it was gross and they messed up my order 2 times never getting my money again I spent 18 hard-working dollars and they made me give two dollars to the homeless people OK that last part was a lie but still it was poor service read more

Poor service!! Also almost out of everything with over an hour till closing. The girl working behind the counter was distracted by what im guessing was her boyfriend. read more

Great choice when you don't know what to eat. They are always so nice. Although I got a fortune cookie with no fortune but that's ok.

It's Panda Express and Ontario Oregon people, don't be ridiculous and compare Panda to anything else but "good food fast" and not "fast food". Very delicious food - always the same at Panda; friendly people, clean dining area, and priced right. Panda is always a dependable place to get a good meal, generous portions, and healthy fare for reasonable price. read more

Wow... we never go here and the one time we do.... we get charged extra for our sides and then they don't even given to us. So we call and let them know we were given boxes of chow mein with no entree and they act like I did something wrong. They told me if I come back they will give it to me or set me up a credit for what I already paid for. The manager actually said "we aren't going to give you anything unless ya pay for it" although I drove 20 minutes there and then would need to drive back again. There were no sauces as well. When I asked to make sure we got them including the side of teriyaki sauce we paid for I was told with an eye roll... "yeah it's in the bag" and the window shut. This place is not run by or employing professional people at all. read more

team @ Ontario Oregon greets when you walk in which is nice Manager Antonio very accommodating to customers he's awesome, always asking when we come in if we needed anything else. Clean dining area. read more

Driving through and we stopped here for dinner. First off the restaurant was FREEZING cold. So cold it was uncomfortable to dine in. They were out of most entree items (still had more than an hour before close) and the young man cooking was too busy trying to flirt with the young woman working to make any more food. When they finally brought out some broccoli beef the broccoli was super under cooked. Basically raw with some sauce thrown on it. Would not recommend this place. read more

The WORST chow mein I have ever had. Portions were tiny. This location has ruined Panda Express for me. I may never visit another location again. read more

The workers at this location went above and beyond when I booked the catering order for a rehearsal dinner on the wrong day. They put it together in 20 minutes and literally saved the day. If you need to cater any event I highly recommend the staff here!!! read more

Cleanliness of store was up to par compare to most stores I have visited. But what really caught my boyfriend and I's attention was the service from Perla. Excellent customer service skills keeping a conversation with us while preparing our food and while we ate as she did her rounds of cleaning the store. :) read more

I come into town approx every 3 months i always take my daughter here before we go shopping for my father. The last 3 times have been just plain awful. The first they had literally just opened so we have them the Benefit of the doubt. The 2nd and 3rd timed its after 1230 they should have ample time to have food COOKED . the noodles are not cooked. The meat is C O L D. I bought the food take a bite and throw it out.. I go to chain food places when i travel because my children like to know they are getting the same thing each time.. But not bad food each time.. VERY DISAPPOINTED.. read more

Panda Express - Cold thick uncooked noodles - Chinese Near Me - Ontario, Oregon

My wife and I had been shopping and stopped in for a bite. The server & our check out person were very pleasant and smiles. Even though we were splitting a three entree order the check out person gave us two fortune cookies. Thanks for the home away from home hospitality! read more

1. The location is incredibly inconvenient. It's in the same lot as Wal-Mart so getting into the parking lot takes a while since the traffic is so heavy. I wish they would have built the restaurant in a different part of town, but I understand why they chose the location since it is in such a busy area. Minus 1 star for that. 2. I waited in line for five minutes before I even ordered, and once I did the girl behind the counter was short with me and very rude. It felt like I was being rushed and I honestly did not enjoy that. The portion sizes are a joke, I've been to Panda Express in Nampa and the entrees are ten times the serving of the ones at Ontario's location. Minus 2 stars for the rude girl and small portions. 3. I then had to pay for the food, which was overpriced for the quantity I received. Personally I don't think it was worth the price, but I really have no say in that matter. On the plus side the cashier was incredibly friendly. She also took notice of my children, even though they did not have a meal, and put extra fortune cookies on my tray. She also offered to give me an extra cup for ice since I had purchased a bottled drink. 4. My food tasted okay, although the food was cold and over-cooked. It was absolutely freezing in the restaurant, and It was uncomfortable to sit for more than two minutes because I would just end up shivering. I will add that a very nice employee was kind enough to wipe my table off before I sat down, and went out of her way to get me a high chair for my baby. Minus 1 star for the cold temperature and mediocre food. I am not impressed at all and will not be eating at Ontario's Panda Express again. Besides the girl who served my food, the employees are great and are the only reason why I would ever return. This place needs a lot of help if they want to be successful. read more

Got a great meal via drive through. Other than they didn't offer to let us try anything this time around and she seemed like she was in a hurry to get us out of the way even though there was only one car behind us. Other than that our food was absolutely delicious and fresh. read more

Normally good food. Went here at 8pm after a movie for dinner. Half of the food was gone. We were dining in and we're waiting for items. After 20 minutes of waiting, we asked for a refund for the missing items. During this entire time, the manager, assistant manager and a couple of employees were hanging out and flirting, in uniform, in the dining area. I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. read more

This location seems REALLY hit or miss. We usually use the drive-thru. The last visit was fine, no issues, but the visit before; that took FOREVER. I actually started timing it. I think we were there for almost 30 minutes. And WTF was the reason why?? I saw what seemed like a manager arguing with the employee inside the take out window. Literally, we were sitting there waiting and our order was on the counter next to the employee, Finally, the girl opens the window and gives us our food. We were both pissed off by that point. The employee seemed flustered by whatever had been going on though, because she didnt apologize...regardless, it really made me mad. Whenever I get that bad luck at panda visit, I swear the place off forever but there just arent that many choices here. So we always end up back at some point, giving them another chance. read more

I'm from out of town and usually really enjoy panda express but this specific location has made me refuse to eat at most places near our hotel. it took awhile to get our food, our order ended up being wrong and everything in our plate was extremely dry. my mouth felt like the Sahara desert. wouldn't recommend. read more

Went there at 5:20 order my food, and gave them a $100 bill that they said they couldn't take. "I just opened this till at 4:45" she said. "So I can't take that." She told me. You can go break it at a gasstation or something. Not a impressive response, my only option was to drive somewhere else to get you a large company smaller bills. Step up your game panda. read more

Great food. Great service with a smile. Didn't feel rushed. Very relaxing experience.

Aubrey B was the employee that took care of my order. She was extremely friendly, very helpful and totally professional. I wasn't sure what I wanted to order and she was very helpful by suggesting menu items. She even offered for me to try anything I had questions about. This was probably the best visit I have experienced at this store, thanks to Aubrey. She even made sure to tell me about the survey on my receipt. Otherwise I don't think I would have paid any attention to it. I will definitely be returning to this store in the near future. read more

Great value for the price, freshly prepared, good variety, served hot. Excellent service, with great attitude. We'll keep coming back!

We met some family for lunch on our way back from Twin Falls, ID to Camas, WA. Ordered my favorite Honey Walnut Shrimp, Angus Steak and Sweet Fire Chicken with fried rice for my husband and I to split. All of the breading was falling off of the shrimp. It was soggy. The steak was overcooked and tough. The fried rice was not cooked all the way, it was still crunchy. I returned the rice for noodles which were also undercooked. They wanted to charge us .99 for a large cup of in house water instead of the super small one for free. Ridiculous. We took the small one. Threw most of our lunch away but had an awesome visit with family we don't get to see very often. read more

4/23/21 2:02pm the women at the window (Miriam Z) was very rude and cut me off multiple times. i tried to add something at the window before i paid and she said i couldn't add to my order so i paid and went back around just for her to cut me off while i was ordering to tell me they were out of the item i was trying to order so i said never mind and drove off. i'm pregnant and when i got home to eat she didn't put my rice in the bag NOR did she charge me for it. i know she heard me because after i asked for a side of rice she said "small or medium" and then told me they only have "medium or large" which didn't make sense. so when i clarified that i wanted medium she knew, and still didn't add it to my order. the fried rice was very undercooked and hard. i will go back one more time but if she's there i'm not handing her my money or eating there. rude and impatient people shouldn't work at the window. looks horrible for the business. read more
