Tried ordering online but the app wasn't working correctly. Called and talked to the Manager Ann and she was no help at all. She wouldn't honor the price online for the family meal deal if we came to the store and ordered there. She was rude and unhelpful and told us there was nothing she could do. I work in different towns..i work for Union Pacific Railroad and we work in different towns..so its hard to stick a diet..but went to this panda Express and caitlin noticed i kept staring at the menu..told her i was on a diet and she mentioned the mix vegetables and i didn't know they even offered that..and she mentioned the mushroom chicken..tried a sample and loved it..so i just wanted to say thank you caitlin (hope i spelled it right)..thank you so much for helping me with those healthy choices..Panda Express ppease take notice on the great customer service she gave. read more

It's Panda Express and Ontario Oregon people, don't be ridiculous and compare Panda to anything else but "good food fast" and not "fast food". Wow... we never go here and the one time we do.... we get charged extra for our sides and then they don't even given to us. So we call and let them know we were given boxes of chow mein with no entree and they act like I did something wrong. They told me if I come back they will give it to me or set me up a credit for what I already paid for. The manager actually said "we aren't going to give you anything unless ya pay for it" although I drove 20 minutes there and then would need to drive back again. There were no sauces as well. When I asked to make sure we got them including the side of teriyaki sauce we paid for I was told with an eye roll... "yeah it's in the bag" and the window shut. Driving through and we stopped here for dinner. First off the restaurant was FREEZING cold. So cold it was uncomfortable to dine in. They were out of most entree items (still had more than an hour before close) and the young man cooking was too busy trying to flirt with the young woman working to make any more food. When they finally brought out some broccoli beef the broccoli was super under cooked. Basically raw with some sauce thrown on it. Would not recommend this place. read more

I come into town approx every 3 months i always take my daughter here before we go shopping for my father. The last 3 times have been just plain awful. The first they had literally just opened so we have them the Benefit of the doubt. The 2nd and 3rd timed its after 1230 they should have ample time to have food COOKED . the noodles are not cooked. The meat is C O L D. I bought the food take a bite and throw it out.. I go to chain food places when i travel because my children like to know they are getting the same thing each time.. 1. The location is incredibly inconvenient. It's in the same lot as Wal-Mart so getting into the parking lot takes a while since the traffic is so heavy. I wish they would have built the restaurant in a different part of town, but I understand why they chose the location since it is in such a busy area. Minus 1 star for that. 2. I waited in line for five minutes before I even ordered, and once I did the girl behind the counter was short with me and very rude. It felt like I was being rushed and I honestly did not enjoy that. The portion sizes are a joke, I've been to Panda Express in Nampa and the entrees are ten times the serving of the ones at Ontario's location. Minus 2 stars for the rude girl and small portions. 3. I then had to pay for the food, which was overpriced for the quantity I received. Personally I don't think it was worth the price, but I really have no say in that matter. On the plus side the cashier was incredibly friendly. She also took notice of my children, even though they did not have a meal, and put extra fortune cookies on my tray. She also offered to give me an extra cup for ice since I had purchased a bottled drink. 4. My food tasted okay, although the food was cold and over-cooked. It was absolutely freezing in the restaurant, and It was uncomfortable to sit for more than two minutes because I would just end up shivering. I will add that a very nice employee was kind enough to wipe my table off before I sat down, and went out of her way to get me a high chair for my baby. Minus 1 star for the cold temperature and mediocre food. I am not impressed at all and will not be eating at Ontario's Panda Express again. Normally good food. Went here at 8pm after a movie for dinner. Half of the food was gone. We were dining in and we're waiting for items. After 20 minutes of waiting, we asked for a refund for the missing items. During this entire time, the manager, assistant manager and a couple of employees were hanging out and flirting, in uniform, in the dining area. This location seems REALLY hit or miss. We usually use the drive-thru. The last visit was fine, no issues, but the visit before; that took FOREVER. I actually started timing it. I think we were there for almost 30 minutes. And WTF was the reason why?? I saw what seemed like a manager arguing with the employee inside the take out window. Literally, we were sitting there waiting and our order was on the counter next to the employee, Finally, the girl opens the window and gives us our food. We were both pissed off by that point. The employee seemed flustered by whatever had been going on though, because she didnt apologize...regardless, it really made me mad. Whenever I get that bad luck at panda visit, I swear the place off forever but there just arent that many choices here. So we always end up back at some point, giving them another chance. read more

Went there at 5:20 order my food, and gave them a $100 bill that they said they couldn't take. "I just opened this till at 4:45" she said. "So I can't take that." She told me. You can go break it at a gasstation or something. Not a impressive response, my only option was to drive somewhere else to get you a large company smaller bills. Step up your game panda. read more

Aubrey B was the employee that took care of my order. She was extremely friendly, very helpful and totally professional. I wasn't sure what I wanted to order and she was very helpful by suggesting menu items. She even offered for me to try anything I had questions about. This was probably the best visit I have experienced at this store, thanks to Aubrey. She even made sure to tell me about the survey on my receipt. We met some family for lunch on our way back from Twin Falls, ID to Camas, WA. Ordered my favorite Honey Walnut Shrimp, Angus Steak and Sweet Fire Chicken with fried rice for my husband and I to split. All of the breading was falling off of the shrimp. It was soggy. The steak was overcooked and tough. The fried rice was not cooked all the way, it was still crunchy. I returned the rice for noodles which were also undercooked. They wanted to charge us .99 for a large cup of in house water instead of the super small one for free. Ridiculous. We took the small one. Threw most of our lunch away but had an awesome visit with family we don't get to see very often. read more

4/23/21 2:02pm the women at the window (Miriam Z) was very rude and cut me off multiple times. i tried to add something at the window before i paid and she said i couldn't add to my order so i paid and went back around just for her to cut me off while i was ordering to tell me they were out of the item i was trying to order so i said never mind and drove off. i'm pregnant and when i got home to eat she didn't put my rice in the bag NOR did she charge me for it. i know she heard me because after i asked for a side of rice she said "small or medium" and then told me they only have "medium or large" which didn't make sense. so when i clarified that i wanted medium she knew, and still didn't add it to my order. the fried rice was very undercooked and hard. i will go back one more time but if she's there i'm not handing her my money or eating there. rude and impatient people shouldn't work at the window. looks horrible for the business. read more
