    Good fortune always

Came in for a late dinner pick up and most of the menu items were already gone. The trays had already been emptied and washed. There was a limited selection of what to choose from. Employee helping me out just seemed to be in a rush to get my order and get me out the door as it seemed like it was close to closing time. The dining area had already been swept and mopped, and the chairs were already put up on the tables. So ambience was nonexistent, lol. Ordered some chow mein, walnut shrimp and orange chicken. Also got a bowl with chow mein and teriyaki chicken. Chow mein was OK the walnut shrimp and orange chicken were OK too. But there seemed to be something that was a little bit oily. Hey! Got home and to my disappointment there was no fortune cookie in the bag.

This was an online order for a family meal. Great value!!! It was ready 10 min in advance. The restaurant was immaculate. Friendly & hard working staff! Very flavorful menu. Didn't care for the egg rolls but the other items were very good.

Box one of the two mushroom chickens I got.

I love panda and have gone to different locations, this location has been the worst each time consistently. They never fill the boxes all the way when you get the family meal. This time I took pictures. Why make the box a certain size if you're not going to fill it. I mean they didn't even try. Disappointing when you pay almost $40 and only get half the order.

We ordered online and Paulina helped us. The mobile order wasn't ready when we arrived, and in fact, it wasn't even pulled out of the POS system despite the store being empty. I had ordered a combo of walnut shrimp and I saw her scoop up the last few left. I asked her if I got a full order and she said they only give 7 pcs per order and I received enough. When I opened my box, I showed her that it wasn't enough. She accused me first of eating it, and then was petty enough to add 1 piece of shrimp in its own tiny box and deliver it to my table. She definitely won the petty award lol, but I'll never be back here again.

Plate with 1/2 noodle and 1/2 rice. Angus steak and teryaki chicken as spring roll.

The food is absolutely tasteless and everything needs soy or teryaki. The service was exceptional. Maybe being from Las Vegas, NV and california getting rid of everything that we like is the problem bc the place is clean and its very inviting and its too bad, but the bland flavor is the issue for $15

Apparently, I value this food over the children's hospital.

Since In-N-Out was California's first drive-through hamburger stand, it was the perfect place for us to study that history in real life. Assistant Manager Matt made the experience truly special from the moment we arrived. He was waiting for us at the door, had tables set up for the kids, and even had things ready for them to take home. You could immediately tell how passionate he was about In-N-Out's history, the quality of the food, and the people behind the process. He was so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely excited to answer all of the kids' questions. We were also so impressed by how much care goes into every burger and order of fries. Isaac, our potato expert, showed us the fresh potatoes, Molly was our tomato expert, Vicki was our onion expert, Anthony worked on the burgers, and the lettuce expert and front register team member were both wonderful as well. It was so fun to see each person's area of expertise, from slicing potatoes and preparing fresh produce to toasting buns and assembling each sandwich. We even learned that the cheese is folded slightly on each cheeseburger to give the burger a better final look. Such a small detail, but it really shows how much pride and care goes into their work. We left with a greater appreciation for In-N-Out's history, quality, teamwork, and consistency. This was such a memorable and meaningful field trip for our kids!

I'm not writing this to bash the location, but to give a clear and factual account. The order was clearly stated with the initial order taker, including no cheese and spread on the Flying Dutchmans. However, when we reached the first window, the employee read the order back with cheese, which was incorrect and had to be corrected. If the initial order had been entered and listened to properly, that error would not have happened. After receiving our food at the second window and leaving the drive-thru, we discovered that none of the sides of lettuce or tomatoes were included, even though the receipt clearly lists three sides of lettuce and three sides of tomatoes. My Flying Dutchman was also missing spread -- and looking at the receipt, the spread was never entered for the Flying Dutchmans, only for the two hamburgers. This indicates another mistake at the ordering stage, despite it being clearly requested. In the past, I've contacted customer service regarding similar issues and was told that concerns would need to be handled by returning to the location for a remake. That's not a practical solution. Orders should be made correctly the first time, and customers shouldn't have to wait in a long drive-thru line only to receive incorrect food -- or be expected to return and wait again for a remake. Photos of the food received and the receipt are attached for reference. I understand mistakes can happen, but repeated breakdowns in order accuracy point to a larger issue with attention to detail. Reliability is what In-N-Out is known for, and I hope this location improves consistency going forward.

May have been one of the better ones I've had in a while and for it to be at a chicken spot, that floored me. Back to the chicken....one of the kids wanted wings and one wanted tenders, so naturally, we ordered both, with a side of fries. Mama ended up sharing with the kids. We ordered them mild, because, kids. Also, we asked for the sauces to come on the side. The mild tenders had a nice kick to them. Luckily my kids can eat a bit of spice otherwise I don't know that they would have eaten the tenders at all. The chicken wings were crispy and delicious. The buffalo sauce on the side was tangy and delicious which mama enjoyed. And did I mention that mama also got to enjoy alllll the pickles? I'm the only one in my family that likes pickles, so I scored on a mini mountain of pickles lol Hubs ordered a combo with a slider and a tender on toast. When there are 2 items like that, you can pick 2 different spice levels, which he gladly did. He chose the 2 top spice levels. we loved the heat. We will probably be back because everyone seemed to enjoy the food and I love supporting a local business

I made my way over today to try this new place out. The menu is above the register, and they offer a variety of spice levels to add to your choice of chicken. For lunch , I opted for the "middle of the road " chicken tenders and waffles. The tenders are a good size, and they look spicy as hell. I am fan of spice, so for me the heat was just right . However, if you are at all sensitive to spice...this "middle of the road" spice option might be too hot for you. The coleslaw was bland and nothing really exciting. The waffles were a little more dense than I prefer, but they were OK. For my visit, the middle of the road tender meal that I had -was appropriately named. This place is just OK. In a world full of chicken options, this restaurant doesn't make the cut in my opinion. It's not bad, just nothing that I would hurry back for.
