Plenty of folks come here in the morning and throughout the day for a quick bite and food quality was typical expected quality of any other McDonalds. If I were in the Morgan Hill area craving McDonald's for some random reason, I'll pretty much go here as my go to. Parking is ample as well and drive through time is not that long of a wait generally. read more

Tweedledee and tweedle dumb literally didn't even let me get an ice cream at 11 o'clock even though their website says they're open 24 hours and they took really long and made me wait in the drive-through line! for almost 45 minutes! This location appears well maintained. Perhaps it's a newer building? Parking lot was clean and drive through was efficient. I ordered through the app and provided the code to the cashier. They seemed to be having an issue with redeeming the code. I checked the app and my points were subtracted but the cashier claims that it wasn't working on their end. I told them to just forgot about the code and I'll simply buy the one item I wanted. Just an ice cream cone. *facepalm* After all that back and forth, I was given the silliest looking ice cream cone I've ever received from McDs. I give up. 1 star for having a nice looking location. Don't go to this Mcdonald's if you want to leave with all of the food you've paid for! I have had multiple bad experiences with this place. They will forget part of your meal and not answer the phone when you call. They will ask what sauce and put no napkins or sauce in there. They will also get your order completely wrong. I've ordered 10 piece nuggets and got the spicy ones, got a regular instead of spicy mccrispy, ordered a full meal and they forgot my fries, ordered a two cheeseburger meal and got chicken nuggets. I'd highly advise any other Mcdonald's rather than this one. They just completely get your order wrong and miss stuff all the time. This is a reoccurring problem here. read more

I was using the McDonald's app on my iPhone to place our order The app is easy to use and well organized down to specifying butter, condiments, and cutlery. Prices are very clear and easy to know what it will cost. After ordering I went inside and tracked the progress of my order, picked it up and saw that everything was provided as ordered. Awful experience! We came here for the Happy Meal Halloween buckets specifically. There was a picture on the menu board for them. My husband ordered three for our kids. He paid, got to the second window and they handed him 3 Nerf happy meals. He questioned them and they said they ran out of Halloween buckets. They should have made that clear prior to ordering because we would have gone to a different McDonald's. My husband got home and there were Christmas toys inside of the Nerf Happy Meals. Got my food. Asked if that was it because I ordered a huge order for family of 4 and it was packed in one bag. They said yes. When I pulled out of the drive thru, I put the bag down and the whole thing ripped open. Fries spilled everywhere, realized at that point they forgot my kids toy I asked for on the side: went back and explained the situation and asked for my forgotten toy and for replacement fries from them over packing the bag and they said they will only replace what was forgotten and I will have to buy fries again. I watched this girl who was trying to train this ding dong really struggling while co-workers paid no attention and the manager was zipping around but NEVER offered to help or step in to take orders as the line got really long. Even the ladies in back who were making the food were moving at a snails pace. No wonder the lines were stupid long. I finally got my burger and headed to the car. Drive thru, In-store kiosk, with the cashier, and the f#cked up mobile app have constantly given me so many issues and wrong orders. Today was the kicker! Drive thru was long, parking lot not that full, but I have a newborn and the Wife and I wanted some food, nothing major. Ordered through the mobile app, got to the location and parked... 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes... 20 f#cking minutes! So I go in.... People were waiting, employees looked disheveled, no cashier, wrong orders were having more people come in and management.... HOLY SHIT! Did they not know what the fuck they were doing! I kid you not, I saw an employee go to a lead/manager and they said either do the order or take your break. if I was the employee I would have done the same damn thing! How many of you would want to not deal with something and take a break! Seriously, the franchise owner of this place should fire their management staff! I saw multiple employees looking for leadership to find a brick wall. It's hard enough to get workers here during this time but this... I'm never coming to this location again! I've been coming to the Cochrane Road McD's as long as I can remember, maybe off and on for the past 20+ years. As many of the other reviewers may have pointed out, the DRIVE THRU service here can be spotty at best. I would say that about half the time there is either a misunderstanding with the order taker, as English is not their primary language. Sometimes they will simply get confused when you order a sandwich and choose to leave off an ingredient (i.e. NO EGG, NO PICKLE, etc) and I'll need to repeat my order 2 or 3x and they might get it right. ;) However, lately about half the time they get my order right the FIRST time, but those are easy with no customizations, or special requests. Also this location is very stingy with napkins, maybe you'll only get 2 or 3. If you ask for additional they will just tell you "the napkins are already in the bag". If you insist, they are obviously irritated and begrudgingly will give you maybe 1 or 2 more. This store is what it is, and the other reviews are largely correct. I'm afraid read more

I can't even believe this happened at this McDonald's. I don't go very often, but when we do, it's usually for breakfast after tonight I will never go again. I went through the drive-through around 10 PM an hour before closing, and was the only person in line. I asked for extra sauce on two out of the three burgers, and for the fries to be cooked to order. Does this really seem out of line? I don't think so. They completely doused the burgers with sauce, so they are soggy and uneatable.On the fish filet Instead of putting tartar they put a crap load of mayonnaise.
