Nothing really since nothing really unique. Breakfast here has always been not a miss? Won't say too much about this McDonald's other than service was decent & not that long of a wait. Plenty of folks come here in the morning and throughout the day for a quick bite and food quality was typical expected quality of any other McDonalds. If I were in the Morgan Hill area craving McDonald's for some random reason, I'll pretty much go here as my go to. Parking is ample as well and drive through time is not that long of a wait generally. read more

Tweedledee and tweedle dumb literally didn't even let me get an ice cream at 11 o'clock even though their website says they're open 24 hours and they took really long and made me wait in the drive-through line! for almost 45 minutes! Would never go there again the fact that they don't make nothing. They definitely shouldn't be taking that long. read more

This location appears well maintained. Perhaps it's a newer building? Parking lot was clean and drive through was efficient. I ordered through the app and provided the code to the cashier. They seemed to be having an issue with redeeming the code. I checked the app and my points were subtracted but the cashier claims that it wasn't working on their end. I told them to just forgot about the code and I'll simply buy the one item I wanted. Just an ice cream cone. *facepalm* After all that back and forth, I was given the silliest looking ice cream cone I've ever received from McDs. I give up. 1 star for having a nice looking location. Zero stars for anything else. read more

Don't go to this Mcdonald's if you want to leave with all of the food you've paid for! I have had multiple bad experiences with this place. They will forget part of your meal and not answer the phone when you call. They will ask what sauce and put no napkins or sauce in there. They will also get your order completely wrong. I've ordered 10 piece nuggets and got the spicy ones, got a regular instead of spicy mccrispy, ordered a full meal and they forgot my fries, ordered a two cheeseburger meal and got chicken nuggets. I'd highly advise any other Mcdonald's rather than this one. They just completely get your order wrong and miss stuff all the time. This is a reoccurring problem here. read more

Why did the McDonald's worker have to lie to me and tell me their coke slushie machine was broken? Dude tried to give me cherry slushie all watery and then I gave back the drink and asked for an iced Coke instead only for the worker to whip out an icy coke slushie. Bruh. Came here today, haven't had a quarter pound combo meal in awhile. Just like the other crappy McDonald's in town they took out the iced tea. Cashier said no free Refill on iced tea so went to In and Out...got a a fresh brewed iced tea with free refills, friendly service, and the cheese burger combo was better and cheaper...both Morgan Hill McDonald's are off my radar. Corporate backs this and says they can do whatever they want. So much for franchises being consistent. In any case they've forced me to find better options! read more

Stayed in the hotel across the street. Decided to drop in for a quick breakfast before driving to Big Sur. Ordering was quick. The wait for our food was a different story. Took a while before our food was ready. Food was not warm. Coffee at least was nice and hot. Probably will not be coming back here unless we absolutely need to. read more

Got my food. Asked if that was it because I ordered a huge order for family of 4 and it was packed in one bag. They said yes. When I pulled out of the drive thru, I put the bag down and the whole thing ripped open. Fries spilled everywhere, realized at that point they forgot my kids toy I asked for on the side: went back and explained the situation and asked for my forgotten toy and for replacement fries from them over packing the bag and they said they will only replace what was forgotten and I will have to buy fries again. I get it, but what horrible customer service. It's literally a medium fry. Covered in dirt and who knows what. I'd have to go around again because I was already at the pick up window. No thanks. Impressive We stopped by for breakfast on our drive down to Santa Barbara. Easy on/off from 101 Nice parking lot with many spaces. I was using the McDonald's app on my iPhone to place our order The app is easy to use and well organized down to specifying butter, condiments, and cutlery. Prices are very clear and easy to know what it will cost. After ordering I went inside and tracked the progress of my order, picked it up and saw that everything was provided as ordered. Restrooms were clean but frequently used. The "freebie" for using the app and special deals were easy to apply to my order. I wish other apps were this easy to use. read more

9/11/22 Asked for quarter pounder deluxe. Got a burger with onions and cheese. They remade it. Patty was drier than most other locations (I get this a lot so have experience.). Quite dry. Awful experience! We came here for the Happy Meal Halloween buckets specifically. There was a picture on the menu board for them. My husband ordered three for our kids. He paid, got to the second window and they handed him 3 Nerf happy meals. He questioned them and they said they ran out of Halloween buckets. They should have made that clear prior to ordering because we would have gone to a different McDonald's. My husband got home and there were Christmas toys inside of the Nerf Happy Meals. So very disappointing! $17. This was supposed to be a special treat for my kids. I called the restaurant 5 times to complain and no one answers. I will never visit this location again. read more

I was in the area and needed a quick bite because my tummy was roaring. The Drive-Thru line was crazy long so I opted to just pop inside to order. The line inside was short so i thought I'd be in and out pretty quick. I was wrong. One cashier working and she was training a new employee who was completely clueless. Like so clueless that I think he'd have trouble tying his shoes. I listened as a costumer approached him with empty cups asking if the tea behind the counter was "sweet" Tea because that's what he wanted and the fountain tea was regular. The new kid looked at the customer ... s..l..oooo..wwwly looked around and then completely ignored him. The guy finally walked away. If it's to hard to say " I'm not sure, let me find out for you sir" then yo ass should NOT be in a customer service position. After 15 minutes (yes .. 15) I finally got up to the counter and ordered the new Bacon Smoke House Burger. No fries no drink, just the burger. Easy enough. I sat at a table near the register while I waited for my order. I watched this girl who was trying to train this ding dong really struggling while co-workers paid no attention and the manager was zipping around but NEVER offered to help or step in to take orders as the line got really long. Even the ladies in back who were making the food were moving at a snails pace. No wonder the lines were stupid long. I finally got my burger and headed to the car. By this point I'd gone from hungry to Hangry. I opened the burger box and of course my burger looked NOTHING like the picture. SHOCKER! It was pretty pathetic and really greasy. What a joke. What I don't get is knowing how terribly slow this place is and how disappointing the food is, people keep going back. In-and-Out is across the street folks! Love how staff makes up their own hours. Love how you walk up to the door and the MANAGER runs over and locks the door right in front of you, then goes and sits down with friends and starts eating. I'm thinking wtf, look at watch and it's not even 8pm. I had a similar experience at the drive through and had a bunch of people waiting without the courtesy of saying they closed early. read more

I have finally found a place I wish I could give 0 stars to! This location has constantly had problems no matter how many times and different ways I have ordered here. Drive thru, In-store kiosk, with the cashier, and the f#cked up mobile app have constantly given me so many issues and wrong orders. Today was the kicker! Drive thru was long, parking lot not that full, but I have a newborn and the Wife and I wanted some food, nothing major. Ordered through the mobile app, got to the location and parked... 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes... 20 f#cking minutes! So I go in.... People were waiting, employees looked disheveled, no cashier, wrong orders were having more people come in and management.... HOLY SHIT! Did they not know what the fuck they were doing! I kid you not, I saw an employee go to a lead/manager and they said either do the order or take your break. if I was the employee I would have done the same damn thing! How many of you would want to not deal with something and take a break! Seriously, the franchise owner of this place should fire their management staff! I saw multiple employees looking for leadership to find a brick wall. It's hard enough to get workers here during this time but this... I'm never coming to this location again! I feel bad for the employees that are trying their best, and yet have a management staff that couldn't coax a trash bag into a garbage can! I will absolutely go out of my way to go to another location or entirely different fast food place for this! I would rather eat something from the frozen food section still FROZEN from the Walmart behind this location than step foot into it again, it would also be faster.... read more

I've been coming to the Cochrane Road McD's as long as I can remember, maybe off and on for the past 20+ years. As many of the other reviewers may have pointed out, the DRIVE THRU service here can be spotty at best. I would say that about half the time there is either a misunderstanding with the order taker, as English is not their primary language. Sometimes they will simply get confused when you order a sandwich and choose to leave off an ingredient (i.e. NO EGG, NO PICKLE, etc) and I'll need to repeat my order 2 or 3x and they might get it right. ;) However, lately about half the time they get my order right the FIRST time, but those are easy with no customizations, or special requests. Also this location is very stingy with napkins, maybe you'll only get 2 or 3. If you ask for additional they will just tell you "the napkins are already in the bag". If you insist, they are obviously irritated and begrudgingly will give you maybe 1 or 2 more. This store is what it is, and the other reviews are largely correct. I'm afraid read more

I have been stopping at this McD's for several years as it made a great place to stop whenever I or my family went to the SF Bay Area and wanted something decent and quick on our way back home. I took my wife to the San Jose Airport and figured I would get something to eat on my way back home. Ordered a McChicken sandwich and a McChicken Value Meal. Ordered at the kiosk but paid at the register as I decided to use cash. The person who rang me up also put my meal together so I figured, incorrectly, my order would be correct. As I was in a hurry and had to get to work in the Monterey Bay Area, I didn't check my order as I have never had a problem before. This time I did as one of my sandwiches was missing but as I was already on the highway heading south, I didn't have time to turn around and go back. I already directly contacted McD's about this but I will see how they handle this. read more

My recent visit to McDonald's left me thoroughly dissatisfied. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by a series of issues. Firstly, my order was incorrectly prepared not just once, but twice. To make matters worse, I observed another customer receiving a similarly flawed order, raising concerns about the overall accuracy of the service. On top of that, the Big Mac I ordered failed to meet the usual standards. Not only did it lack the expected taste, but it also left me with stomach discomfort afterwards. Though the employees looked tired, you did not see the "burned out," "I could care less about this job," glazed over eyes that you see at many fast food places. It looked like there were assigned staff to patrol the eating area to make sure everything was clean and well-stocked. So, why not 5 stars? Honestly, it is the very success of this chain that makes the eating environment less than pleasant--it is soooooo crowded that I feel stressed every time I go to and In-N-Out burger anymore.
