This spot is located right off the freeway on Sutter Blvd. This location stays busy, like most of them do. Not sure how they all work, meaning if the same or not, but this one brings you your food when you dine in. We got 3 chicken sandwiches and also 3 waffle fries, & 3 drinks too. I was so excited to get a Chik Fil A in town but I'd still rather drive to the Gilroy Chick Fil A. Just too many issues at this location. Here are my top 3 issues. 1. It just takes too long to get your food here. Drive thru or in person. Expect to wait even if it's not full. 2. Mobile orders are absolutely pointless. The wait is just as long as the drive thru. 3. You rarely hear "my pleasure" from employees. I know that seems petty, but if you can't get the basics right, how can I trust you with anything else. read more

We go to a lot of Chick-fil-A and this is by far the worst one. The service is pretty terrible with the people on the microphones not knowing the menu and just basically disorganized. They got our order wrong even after correction. Ownership needs to figure out what is going on. read more

You know your small town ain't so small anymore when a new Chick-Fil-A opens its' newest location in your community. Welcome to Morgan Hill! Arrived here for an early dinner on a Wednesday. The restaurant is located in a nice new plaza in Morgan Hill. Parking was easy and accessible in the large parking lot. The decor was the usual Chick-Fil- A modern stylish bright atmosphere with plants, high tops, booths, and lamps. Many years ago this land was home to a Marie Calendars and then a Forbes steak restaurant. It was interesting to see that this Chick-Fil- A building was built from the ground up after the demolition of the previous foundation. I ordered the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich, waffle potato fries, and a regular deluxe sandwich. Everything was tasty and delicious as usual. The staff was friendly and accommodating as they gave us a variety of extra sauces to go. Overall I enjoyed my experience at Chick-Fil-A. I am a fan of crispy fried chicken sandwiches so I will be back. read more

Takes along time for drive thru. Poor order communication. By far the worse Chick Fil A experience. Management pay attention

Everybody think so what the heck it's Chick-fil-A they're all the same right? Nope. First of all it's so freezing in the restaurant you can't really sit inside. The store wasn't that busy and yet we waited 15 minutes for our food. When it arrived, it was cold, well at least lukewarm. We returned the fries and the second batch hot tasted overly greasy like the fat needed changing. It just seems as if they were short staffed. There was some lack of cleanliness and just trying to get someone to clear the empty table in the shade outside was difficult and then she didn't even wipe it off Disappointing visit- won't be returning here anytime soon. read more

This restaurant is notorious for taking forever to get you your food. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, please set aside some time to get your order. On one occasion, they lost my mobile order and I sat in the drive thru for over 20 minute before the problem was resolved . My most recent visit included chicken minis but only half of them had chicken. I understand this restaurant is relatively new but it needs to improve quickly. read more

The place is a mess. It's 121 in the afternoon. Bathrooms are out of toilet paper. The garbage cans in the dining area flooring trashcan recycle, sauce, counter is a mess, I came inside because the line outside was too long, but the inside isn't any faster, even though there's barely anyone in here. Giving it a 3 because the food is pretty decent like every other Chick-Fil-A establishment. The biggest issue is the wait time is a lot longer than it should on the Drive thru. If you go in person very likely you will get ignored because all the workers are focusing on the Drive Thru. It more looks like a lack of workers than anything. But they are pretty nice. But if the food was not good it would have been a 2 star. Doordash has actually worked out pretty well also. read more

Most inconvenient, difficult place to get to. Someone figured best to block the entrance from Sutter north so you have to wait at the light on Cochrane to swing-a-bitch to enter. Then you can't get back on Sutter north. Who the hell comes up with this crap? Difficult to get 'In n Out'. Speaking of In n Out. Go to in n out instead. The food is decent. It's Chik-fil-A. Don't have problem with this fast food at this location. But, the food is not fast. Quite the opposite. Mobile order is useless. I ordered in advance and still wait longer than people that actually order in person. No point to it. I'm not sure what the process is inside. But, you would at least think that the mobile oder should get to the front of the line. I have ordered on Mobile and the 4-5 cars behind me that I heard order in person got their food first. Again, pointless. I mean, I didn't order anything fancy. Just chicken. Sometimes, I drive by and see only a few cars in line and think, I'll go now so that it's quick. Nope. Still slow. I tried the Gilroy location the other day and it was not like this. Hence, why I'm writing this review. I have not been in last few months because of the speed. Hopefully they improve this. Extremely salty fries !! No option for fries without salt either ; when you ask they look confused and refuse , not good for people with conditions I personally am healthy and want to STAY that way ! Terrible experience. Chick-fil-A is supposed to be known for great service, but this location was the complete opposite. Hardly any workers were on shift, the place felt unorganized, and I waited over 30 minutes just to get my food. Absolutely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. This establishment is TOP NOTCH clean inside and I would imagine so is the kitchen. Everything I've ever gotten from them has been so yummy and fresh. Every time I go to this Chick-fil-A, even if there is not a long line it takes so long and is like the workers don't even care. My order always has something wrong with it, today I got no sauce, I asked for extra pickles and got no pickles, and my boyfriend sandwich was wrong too. 1st visit a couple of weeks ago. Horrendously slow drive thru and very confusing with the two lanes. took way too long to get our order and it was not correct. 2nd visit today. No one taking orders outside and to pay them. Very agonizingly slow drive up at 11:05 a.m. 5 cars ahead of us. Got our name wrong. Got our order wrong. When I approached the restaurant, the young man waved me down, took my order, very precise great service however when I went to receive my food, I was there for a couple minutes waiting for my food. It was only one car ahead of me then when they left a young man approached me and said if I can pull over further in front, which I did so I'm waiting few more minutes just to find out that the reason he pulled me over further in front was so we can talk to the guy in the car behind me. Both young lady and the young man just started talking when there's a line of people and back of us waiting for their food. This does not look good at all.! Ordered a Market Salad (w/Cheese on the side) and 12-ct grilled nuggets thru the drive thru at 11:41am. Noticed it was difficult for the person taking my order to input the "special request" (of cheese on the side). Got to the window, was asked again about the cheese. Then was asked to pull forward to wait. Realized 5-6 cars got the food after i pulled forward. None of this frustrated me until I realized i was waiting for 20 minutes for a salad and nuggets. Walked in at 9:06am this morning (Saturday); no one was in line which is exciting at a Chick-fil-A. Store was also mostly empty. No one was at the register. Five different people saw us; only one of whichever acknowledged us at all. Left at 9:16am after no one even attempted to take our order. For a brand new location, this was a surprisingly bad experience for what is typically an amazing fast food chain (lived in North Carolina for years and this was our #1 choice). The food at the Morgan Hill Chick-fil-A is delicious, but the service is painfully slow. I have been there several times, hoping it was just a one-off, but unfortunately, most of my visits have been sluggish. Compared to the Chick-fil-A locations in Gilroy and San Jose (Silvercreek) which are incredibly fast and efficient, making Morgan Hill's service feel like it's moving at a "turtle-like" crawl. My wife just came from there trying to get us breakfast but ended up leaving the line once nobody's voice emerged from the speaker. She waited in the line until breakfast turned into lunch time and was prepared to order us lunch instead. We changed our minds and went to McDonald's. read more
