We recently visited this place along with kids and absolutely loved it. We ordered a veggie pizza and a chicken pizza and a kids pizza. Everything was absolutely delicious. On the side, we ordered a salad and the salad is pretty much whatever toppings you put on pizza. So instead on a pizza you would put it on greens. The salad was also very delicious. Overall, a nice spot with some delicious pizza and salad. We ordered on the app and the food was ready as soon as we arrived. The staff was really friendly and if we needed any thing extra like a plate or sauce, they did give it to us. The place was really nice and clean, and it was quiet enough to have a conversation. Had a really awesome vegan pizza from here. They offer vegan cheese and vegan sausage, and it's unlimited toppings for the same price so I also loaded up on a bunch of veggie toppings. The guy who helped us was so nice and friendly, I wish I had gotten his name so I could shout him out. Great energy interacting with everyone and he changed his gloves without me even saying anything about it when I asked for vegan cheese since he had touched meat/cheese right before. When I paid he told me it was okay skip the tip page on the tablet so I did, and then I actually felt bad because he was so nice I kind of felt like he deserved a tip. I love Mod Pizza! I used to go to the Foster City one quite often before it closed. Since I was on a roadtrip back from SoCal, I saw one on the way home, so I had to stop by! I got half pesto half creamy Alfredo sauce with pepperoni, sausage, chicken, onions, red peppers, pineapple, and roasted garlic and finished with pesto. It was a hefty pizza! The toppings still held really well on this thin crust! I personally enjoyed the half with creamy Alfredo side more. It was an overall delicious meal! I only did not enjoy the chicken as much (hence one star removed) since it didn't taste as fresh. Service was okay! It was pretty empty so the employee making our pizzas was quick and attentive. Worse service ever stood first in line over 15 min without any service left without pizza. I was literally the only person in line.

Visited for lunch. We were a party of 7. Only one person was working just before 11am but noticed a second worker joining her about 11:30 am when the lunch crowd started to pour in. We ordered a bunch of small pizzas and I had a MOD sized (medium) salad. I ate the salad and it was about average for a fast food salad but drenched with too much dressing. It was quite large and I took half home and had it for dinner. The pizza eaters finished all their pizzas. They did not comment if they liked it or not, but it looked and smelled good to me. Freshly made thin crust pizza with your choice of ingredients. The person making our food was efficient and friendly. I wish they would of allowed me to put on my salad dressing, so it wouldn't be soaked in the stuff. The table we were using was sort of sticky. Parking is close to the door. read more

Per usual, I like all the toppings on the pizza. They never seem to fail with the consistency. Usually, it's young teens working there but all very helpful. We came here as a big group post soccer game and I can tell they were a little overwhelmed, but still served everybody reasonably. I'm very happy with the service this day. read more

Stopped in after7 years and noticed the service was great and the place was still clean. Other Mod places closer to me have closed. The only problem is the pizza does not have that great taste. I will have to go to S.F to a small Italian restaurant to get the right taste crunchy with real Italian cheese. read more

Here, I had their cauliflower crust, which was perfectly flavored, not burnt, and slightly abundant--not the super-thin crust you often find elsewhere. The entire team was attentive, patient, and made sure we got the exact amount of toppings we wanted before moving on to the next step. Health concern! As we began our order a man was going around with what looked like a food thermometer. He was also handling an iPad to read the results. He would stick the probe into a container of ingredients, then take it out and WIPE IT WITH HIS HAND, the same hand that was handling the iPad that has been set down and handled by who knows what, then would place the probe in a whole new ingredient! No sterilization, no cleanliness whatsoever. Concerns about cross contamination (don't get me started on food allergies cross contamination!!) but the most disgusting part was him wiping it with his hand!! He did have a glove on, but what good is a glove when it's touching everything!!! I canceled my order. That's just poor practice and quite frankly gross and unsafe cross contamination. However, we've occasionally come across a few locations that didn't quite meet the high standards we've come to expect. This particular location was one we liked--nothing extraordinary, but decent, especially since it's nearby. After tonight, though, our opinion has completely changed. First I want to say, I love Mod Pizza. Maybe it's because the store I frequent is Redlands, CA. This store Morgan Hill, however is pitiful. The restaurant is filthy. Tables are dirty. The staff is unfriendly wouldn't even muster a smile. My husband started the interaction with a "how's your day". Fine, was the response with a look of (don't bother me or distain, on her face, they could be the same). They were out of certain items. When I inquired what was missing, there was no effort to replenish. It's noon on a Friday, and I think there a staff meeting happening. They have their laptops open, and one of them has MOD sticker on it. They seem to be oblivious to that 3 of the smaller tables were uncleaned, and we had to choose a large table. There very few customers, compared to my fav store. There's a yellow sign outside the bathroom. I don't dare use it. I gave a tip. I now regret that. I'm tempted to leave my mess at the table. I'm not that kind of people. But given their disregard for me, I'm tempted. Never coming back to this store. read more
